Although their phone-in service leaves a bit to be desired (to clarify, the system they have in service...the people are fine), I have yet to find any prices for basic car insurance, lower than Academy Insurance...AND, Ive been with them for more than 25 years.

Friendly Staff and great service
Went in to try and get a quote. When I walked in, there were two young ladies siting at their desk. First of all, they were on their phones and looked up at me in disgust as if I just interrupted something. I asked if I can get a quote and the whole time they were rolling their eyes. Not once did they ask me for my name. They were being extremely rude. Couldnt take it, so I walked away. Worst customer service!
Best the girls working their are amazing helped with all my insurance issues for my vehicles. Would recommend Ashley has amazing customer service skills.
Me and mom came in and first offIf you might as well just look up their insurances yourself cause they take a huge cut plus the manager wasnt letting my mom speak and was treating her like crap. Terrible place, worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service!!!! Theres only two employees with more than 9 people waiting to be helped. Theres no where to sit, plus one of them had an attitude since the moment I walked in. Just terrible, I had to walk out the whole environment and work place is a joke. Nothing professional about them at all.
