Worst service Ive ever seen. My family rented a car to las vegas last week. The car broke down A/C when it was only 1/2 way. we had to endure the heat all the way with 100F heat. And the whole way back because of the holiday, there was no car repair shop. And the store doesnt have a branch on the street or in Las Vegas to change cars. Afterall. The owner of the car is no apologies or not responsible at all. He even arguing with us. I advise people not to rent this place.

Ive rented vehicles from this place for over a year. Sam and staff are friendly and the cars are in good condition and customer service is excellent.

I brought my friend here on the recommendation of his body shop. Do not recommend AT ALL. We test drove one of their rentals before deciding to leave there in a hurry. The car was tested was creaking and squeaking like it was going to die. Definitely did not instill any notion of the word safe in that drive 1/2 block down the street and back.

This place has gone out of its way to be helping me get one of its rental cars this wk and worked with me so i could be making it to work for me for the past few days. Ive only just recently started renting a vehicle on and off recently but the customer service this place has given me the past few days for me has been unbeatable. Thankyou u guys at this econo! Uve won u one new loyal customer and because of what u did to be helping me!:):):)
