We had a great experience with this business. We had been using another shop for years and their servuce had been getting worse as years move on. We took our vehicle in because we thought there had to be a better shop in town. Well there was. Chris did a great job. He found that some of the parts that the last shop were installed incorrectly. He check out some other issues that the other shop could not seen to get fixed. He was fast fair and honest. We will be moving our service and repair business to his shop. If you are looking for a good repair shop with honest people give Chris a call.

Paid over 1600$ same problem as when I towed my jeep in 3 weeks later less than 100 miles driven its useless he offered no relief! Will NEVER return or recommend!

I was on a working cross country trip with multiple animals in my vehicle. I was driving through Kansas and all of my brake and traction lights come on and I was in the middle of nowhere. I drove 20 miles and the first shop I stopped at couldnt get me in and told me to go to Chris. I drove a couple more miles freaking out the entire way and Chris told me the same thing when I arrived. I told him what was going on and I was just passing through,Chris himself pulled my van into the shop and checked out the codes. He cleared the codes and told me it was something that just happens and couldve happened because of the moisture. I drove to Washington State then back to North Carolina and everything is still all good. You are a very HONORABLE MAN!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART CHRIS!!! If Im ever out your way and need anyone to check out my car Id drive 100 miles for you to fix my car. Thank you for your help!!!

Great Service friendly people

A 1 star for this reason... Facts!I was traveling and in a bind, my clutch slave cylinder went out which meant I was not able to get home... The owner Chris made room to get me in between jobs... I was quoted a fair price, my truck was repaired and I was able to pick it up 2 days later on a Saturday... I was informed that a master cylinder was also put on my truck due to contamination, I was never called regarding it but do understand why it was done and I agree it needed to be done... But.... If there is work beyond the scope of original discussion or agreement a phone call should be in order to the customer...Additionally... After I paid and was driving away there was a noise from the clutch assembly that was and still is very loud... Also the shift from first to second has a problem... I pointed out the noise to the owner before I left the parking lot, he drove it and also pointed out the shifting issue as well as the noise... He said he didnt know what it was... My thoughts were that he would have said leave the truck so they could fix whatever it was due to their liability they took on by working on it. At least the issue they created should have been a no question policy of fixing it immediately...I myself understand mechanics and know that things happen, things can go wrong during service but you take care of it, you dont send the customer down the road knowing something isnt right, blatantly disregarding good practices. The customer gets their hand held coming in also needs it held going out...I have had to take on the task of sorting out this problem myself and will be contacting the owner to discuss how to resolve it..In no way am I saying they are bad, Im simply stating the facts to this point..My hopes are that it gets resolved and I can change the review to a job well done...
