My car was damaged July 20, 2021 in the parking deck of Candler Hospital, brought to the Joe Hudsons Collision Center July 21. The current date is September 27, 2021, when I am writing this review and no idea when I will receive my car. When I went to the facility and performed a walk around of the car, the representative informed me that the repairs should only take approximately a week to a week and a half once the work is started. Clearly this is not the case. The first delay was a engine harness back order which didnt arrive until 8/23/21 and was an out source repair. Since that date Management has given one excuse after another, with no clear date of completion. In the mean time, the insurance company has stopped the car rental after three weeks and I am still at the mercy of this company. If you are a person who has several cars for transportation you would be OK to use this company. If you dont have this option, consumer beware.

I Wish I would’ve read the reviews before taking my car there. They are slow, they are some liers, dropped my car off the day before thanksgiving. It will be a whole month next week since they had my vehicle. Mind you they had already order the parts before the car was even dropped off to them. The day I dropped it off they said “we going to go ahead and disassemble it” okay great. The status said it would’ve been done on the 11th of December. As of 10/18/20 my car is still there #neveragain

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here! My vehicle came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. After several “attempts” they still didn’t fix it properly.Beware of hidden damages that will be discovered later! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

This place is an absolute joke, if I could give it zero stars I would. First, I show up at my scheduled appointment (because they prefer you not just walk in) and they take every walk-in before me pushing my appointment by 30 minutes. I meet with the guy doing an estimate and he gives me a bunch of paperwork, sets me up with a date for repairs, I sign some paperwork and leave. Three weeks later, I drop my car off for repairs, pick up my rental and 2 days later receive a phone call from Joe Hudsons wondering why my car is at their shop.... TWO DAYS LATER. They ask if I had an appointment, and then try to tell me how busy they are and they would have never scheduled me for this time of year. Long story longer, they never touched my car, hadnt ordered the parts. I picked my car up, and I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Bring your car here if youre interested in paying for a rental and not getting your car fixed. This place should be shut down.

This place has been an absolute nightmare. They Lost parts that had to be ordered and took like 3 weeks to get delivered. Paint has runs in it. Paint on the windows/windshield. Dash warning lights still on after i picked it up dead battery when I picked it up.I have never left a negative review on anyones business before but this place is horrible.

The staff at Joe Hudsons Collision center were exceptionally polite during the course of my repairs. I had fairly significant work that was completed in just over a week, so timeliness was not a problem. They gave me a number of update calls throughout the process keeping me up to date on the repairs. They worked quickly with my insurance company on a supplement to my claim as well. If you are looking for a quality center for your insurance claim, look no further.

Communication was decent, my problem is more about the parts/service. I got my bumper replaced and it’s like paper. It bends with little pressure. This is my second bumper replacement so I know what a bumper is supposed to feel like. It’s attached poorly as well. If you can avoid this place please do, it’s so not worth it. The only reason I went here was because it was the only place the other parties insurance covered. Next I’ll take the money and go to a better shop, and I recommend others to do the same.Also, an employee is next to be begging for me not to post and talk to a manager. I came here at 4 pm after work and have somewhere to be. They can contact me if they want to fix the issue but right now I don’t have the time and I don’t have another morning to request off work to deal with this.

I’m giving this place a 5 star for all good reason.The regional manager went out his way to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with not only my truck, but the experience as well!! I will not call the regional manager by name.I believe that the owners of this business knows who I am speaking of. It’s nearly impossible to find a company who actually cares about not only the quality of work that is done to your vehicle but your experience as well!!This Company/ regional manager reached out to me on more than one occasion to be sure, that I was 100 percent satisfied!! I want to take a moment to thank. The owners of “Joe Hudson and the regional manager.” You guy exceeded my expectations!! I cannot speak for other regional managers but I can certainly speak for the one we have.We will be back!! So anyone wondering where to take your vehicle? **** After their confusion was cleared up, they handled the issue quickly and professionally ****I can’t even begin to state my frustration. My car has been there two weeks today. I have been there twice in person, called twice.... today they told me I need to come and sign paperwork for my car insurance, since it is 51 min drive for me I called my insurance. When they called the shop they said I don’t need to sign paperwork. ??? What ????For One insurance it is considered a total loss for the other it was reviewed by a contractor and it may not be??? Finally, this shop will finish the estimate today (two weeks is ten working days) I bet not until just before closing though, anything earlier would really surprise me ... hm, will it get done today?????

They went out of their way to insure that all exterior issues were taken care of, but they also discovered that the amplifier had talken a fatal blow also. There was no obvious damage to the amplifier but the found the problem as they did their total vehicle inspection. Saved me $1200+. Im so happy with their first class fast work!!

This is the worst place to go. They lie to you constantly and will tell you your vehicle is in one stage and it’s not even close to that stage. The worst body shop company there is. If you like your vehicle, don’t go there! Butcher shop!!Just because you remain anonymous doesn’t mean you don’t exist as a customer. Trust me, stay away from this place.

My car was involved in a hit and run almost tearing off the front bumper of my car. Geico, my insurance company has an auto accident adjuster in the facility there and both Casey and the folks at Joe Hudsons Collision Center were very helpful and professional getting my car repaired. They called and sent me updates throughout the repair process which really gave me piece of mind. Thanks to all for really great job!

I experienced nothing but great customer service and almost daily updates on the repairs of my vehicle. It was finished in a fairly short amount of time considering the repairs that were done and it looked brand new when I returned to pick it up. I would use this place again.

They lost my car key and never found it. They paid for another one, but who’s to say one of their employees did not steal it? Now I’ll be paranoid that someone else has a key to my car especially now that I’ve read reviews stating that things from other customers’ cars have been stolen. I only went there because someone else hit my car and their insurance was paying for it. Will definitely be going somewhere else in the future.

Communication sucks!!!!!!! Kept my car for 30 days and lied to me about the status every time I called. My husband had to keep calling and showing up for them to speed up the process with my car. The manager said they ordered the wrong part but instead of the lady at the front desk saying that she kept saying my car was getting detailed and it would be ready on the days I called. Just lying for no reason. The car did look good when I got it back so no problems so far there, but it’s only been a week. They stole all my change out my car so they have thieves somewhere in there and also my taser is missing. Just bad business. Be careful If you decide to take your business there.

I do not recommend this place at all!! They took way longer than expected. My insurance would no longer cover the car rental so they agreed to pay the remainder days my car would be in the shop. They lied!! Stuck me with the car rental bill!! And their stupid excuse of why my car wasn’t ready was simply that parts kept disappearing!! When I got my car back, the interior leather of my seats was filthy and they didn’t even bother to clean up all their mess!

This collision center was professional and always kept me up-to-date with my repairs either with the phone app, text, or personal phone call. My car was delayed because of the specialty Honda glass which could only come from Honda. This made me a little upset, but it was not their fault, as they made sure that the right parts went into my vehicle before they released it. Job well done.

Communication during repairs was poor. I dropped my car off on weds after work and was told I would receive updates via text. I called them friday to get update and the first text I received was on Monday with status of vehicle. I was not pleased with the lack of communication location from Joe Hudson staff. The staff was nice when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle.

I would never recommend this institution.I brought in my car for a rear bumper cover replacement - other party was paying for the repair. When the car was returned to me, there was paint and parts missing from the front bumper. Why?The MANAGER told me that I dropped the car off in that condition. Luckily I took my own pictures and proved otherwise. Worst of all, the manager communicated his lie through an innocent hourly associate - he did not have the courage to lie to my face or even to apologize despite being within earshot in the next room.Next, they had me wait, without a rental, and without apology, missing a morning of work, while they fixed the issue. They never found the missing parts, simply replaced them.Further, items were stolen from my vehicle while it was in their custody. Luckily, I removed all valuables, but still - no excuse for theft ever. I did not pursue this issue since I signed a disclaimer.Above all else, the hourly employee facilitating my drop off made fun of me for removing valuables and taking pictures, made sarcastic remarks about the risk. Rightttt.All in all, the place reeks of poor management practices, manipulative customer service policies, and poor control of process and of the employees. Dont risk having a bad experience, just go somewhere else.

Never got any updates on my car unless i called them and then it seemed like nobody knew what was going on. Told me my car was ready and when i got there all the repairs they did were terrible. Waited another week before i got my car back. The only good thing about this place was that the manager tried working with me on the situation.

Not pleased with customer service or work done. Communication is terrible and left with problems that it didnt have before. Came from over an hour away because Geico recommended it. Take your vehicle to a shop that cares and isnt backed by insurance companies. Will eat my losses and not return.

Took my car to them on the advice of my insurance company Geico, started with an out date of Sep 28, it’s the 10 th of oct and they still have my car. Did get a call from them in the 5 th to come get the car but once arriving to get the car noticed a scratch on the inside of the passenger door, was told to bring back the following Friday to touch up, then noticed the check engine light on, then went to exit my car and notice trim for inside car was missing, said they completely lost that part so had to leave with rental. Would love to give an good review but just can’t find anything to rave about, sorry but won’t be doing any work in the future on my car

When I dropped off my car for repairs they advised me that the repairs would take about 4 days. They had my car for over two weeks. When the car was finally ready, the paint on the back bumper was flat white which is not the color of my car. My car is pearly while. The guys excuse was you do realize that the bumpers are painted separately from the car at the factory. Really? Well at least the factory knows how to match the paint color. Smh! The excuses continued. When I went to pick up my car for the second time around, I felt like they were trying to push me out the door since it was close to closing time. The guy was like oh yes now the paint color is correct. Blah blah. They never apologized for the mistake. This was a total inconvenience. Worst service ever! I will not be recommending this place.
