Great condo!!!! Me and my two daughters stayed for 13 days and we loved every bit of it. The community was very friendly and the view of the beach was breath taking. The owner Sean also had the condo with everything you needed from beach equipment to all the fixings in the condo . If you needed anything he was always a phone call away never made you wait. We will definitely be contacting him again next year for our trip. Im defiantly giving this place a 5 star rating will be back next year thanks again for everything!

We stayed at Cove View unit 1204 in Galveston in late July 2021.Our family of 4(2 adults and 2 kids(ages 7 and 9) stayed for 5 nights at the end of July.Pros-They had the fan and air conditioning on and it felt great when we arrived at night.-Decor. is very updated and nice, beds are good, lots of pillows(in 2 bed room, but they are firm kind)-Internet is really good and we didnt have any problems.-My kids LOVED the toys in the ottoman in the family room.-Cooler, beach umbrella and beach chairs are located in the master bedroom closet. Also, rain umbrella in closet near kitchen table.-Quiet, peaceful area-My daughter LOVED the shower head and we enjoyed the two bathroom sinks-The pool area is really nice and warm, however there is not a bathroom to use. Plus people dont observe the NO SMOKING signs that are EVERYWHERE.-Fans in each of the rooms!!!Cons-HORRIBLE communication! I contacted them online the night we arrived to complain about the moldy shower curtain(we went out and bought a new one the next day). I also asked about the pool bracelets and the code to enter the pool. In the morning, they did not contact me, so I sent another message. Around noon, I sent another message, still no response. At that time, I found Ants on the floor by the kitchen and a possible worm(under the refrigerator)*I have pictures that I sent them. Then I found the Ant killer under the kitchen sink. We went down to the pool house and knocked on the door. They told us, someone was going to drop off the pool bracelets sometime that day. Although, no one contacted us. Then while we were in the condo, a lady just walked in to drop off the pool bracelets and apologized and said she didnt think we were there! I guess they dont mind ENTERING WITHOUT KNOCKING. I have NEVER experienced this and the lack of communication in the past 10 years of staying at places through Airbnb and VRBO at least 3x per year. We still didnt have the code to enter the gate to the pool, even though I asked and she(the one who walked in) said she would text me it. A few hours later, no text, so I CALLED them and got the pool code FINALLY at 3:00 PM.-Also, they need to have someone clean the vents(they are filthy).Overall, the place is updated and it is nice to have beach items to use at the place. However, the communication really SUCKED and the price was high. You will have to drive to the beach and park near the seawall, but down a little, to avoid the rocks. Check out the Seahorse Grill, it looks questionable, but had excellent food and a variety for our kids.

My family rented a vacation home at San Luis Pass for a quick staycation and had a great experience with the team at Connect Coastal. Donna and Sean provided excellent customer service and the house was nice and clean!

Stay away from this business. On May 5th, I booked a family vacation directly from the website for this Memorial Day weekend. I paid fully at the time, but no email confirmation. I called the office and Sean told me do not worry. The next day, there was still no detail confirmation about my booking. I called again and Sean told me to text him the image of booking number and property, but then no reply from him.A week later, on May 11th, I reveiced an emal from an account manager Noel to inform me that my booking was canceled cos the system error. All their other properties were fully booked so I asked her to refund my money. After a week, I emailed her again cos the refund was no where to be found, but no response. May 17th, I called the office and Sean promised to call me back for detail, but never did. May 18th, I called again, he didnt pick up the phone, so I left an voicemail. May 19th, after several calls to the office, which nobody answered. Sean texted me back that it took another 2 days for a refund and contact him again if I didnt receive it.I was so sick of this unprofessional service. I paid more than $1500 to make the family vacation memorable. This vacation means a lot for us. You guys messed up, but at least made it right. After multiple attempts, I had to call my bank to dispute and finally received my refund on May 21.I travel a lot and book with many rental properties before, but this was the only one that made me really doubt about legitimate of the business. Run, run away from this rental property!

Its refreshing to find a vacation rental company that cares so much about their guests experiences. Communication was prompt and pleasant. We could not have been more pleased with the property, and it was exactly as described. We have been recommending this company to friends who are looking for places to stay in Galveston.

Be very cautious of spending money with this business. I booked a condo for an upcoming trip with a friend a month ahead of time or so. A few weeks before the scheduled stay, I realized that these accommodations wouldnt work as well as another condo I found on Airbnb. The cancelation policy was open and allowed for a full refund. (As per correspondence with an agent with CC) I canceled with Connect Coastal and requested a refund. I sent several emails. After jumping through hoops (including sending a screen shot of my credit card statement to verify that I had in fact paid for the stay) I was told that Shawn would take a look at it on Monday 10/19 and get back to me. I left a message later in the week asking for an update, and was blown off as of Friday 10/23. I guess I should have known better than to spend money with a company that takes payments through PayPal. Guess I know better now.
