Great staff on time and friendly

Well this shop looks different now. Seems a new Owner has taken over and is changing the look of the store. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even gave us tips on new up and coming stuff happening on the island.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy to find, great location next to Ritas. This is my second time and I will rent again next time Im here!

Best place to rent a bike

Staff was very friendly and the prices were very reasonable to rent a 2 person surrey bike. It was a fun experience. The gentleman who set us up with our bike was very friendly. He cleaned and sanitized everything right in front of us and was very quick on giving us all the safety information we needed so we could get on our way.

Great little gift shop and super fun peddle buggies! Reasonably priced too.

Glad I stopped by at this shop. The owner is super friendly, personable, and really helpful. She helped me with the items I was looking for, got me the bike I wanted, and even suggested some great food spots to try.The shop itself had a lot of great souvenirs, all at a reasonable price. Very well organized and clean which is a plus for me!I would definitely go back the next time I visit.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Thank y’all for being so awesome! My family and I came down from stroud Oklahoma to see my mom for Mother’s Day and we stopped in to rent a bike thought we were head strong about doing two hours with 3 adults and 3 children but we quickly wore out fast (not in as good of shape as we use to be😂). We forgot to to get a picture of us on the bike we were so worn out, so we came back the next day to ask for a picture and they gladly helped us out! I’m so glad that we did stop it was such a great and fun experience! The people at the shop were so amazing and sweet! Thanks for showing us what great southern hospitality is! Can’t wait to come back and see y’all!

This is a great place to shop for gifts and bike rental. The owner (Julie) is super friendly, very nice and helpful. Jake provides a good instructions how the bike work nice guy. We had a lot of fun and a great time here. Would definitely recommend anyone to this place! We will definitely come back again! 😃👍

Owner is a sweet young lady. Very nice and friendly customer service! GOOD PRICE on Surrey Bike Rental. Had a chance to ride an electric bike so fun.This shop has many cute souvenirs stuffs. Price are reasonable and pretty much has everything we need for the beach. Aww so glad we stopped by here! I was initially not too excited by the prospect of going bike riding. But after being dragged in, I had an unexpectedly great time both on the bike and with the entire experience in general.The place has a really warm, sunny vibe when you walk in. And the people that work there actually seem happy to have you and not like they’re just going through the motions. They were fun to talk to and had a lot of cool suggestions of what to do while in town. (Break out that Notepad app!) My boyfriend had to remind me why we were actually there and to get on with the transaction already.Personally, it says a lot to me when there’s an actual genuine happiness in a place. Sure, it’s a place of work and sales. But if you can tell someone takes pride in their business and making an effort with you, it makes you feel good about using their services.And wouldn’t ya know, riding a bike with another person turned out to actually be pretty damn fun...and daresay romantic? Hey...I can admit I was wrong sometimes. ;)

This shop has new owners who are AWESOME! We had the best time riding around the island. The bikes were nicely maintained and we got some great tips on good photo locations. We felt super welcomed here and would highly recommend coming here! Such a cute shop!

There is a new owner! She is remodeling her new shop! She is very kind and nice. She’s also a great person and she helped me find my things I needed to get. Make sure to visit her shop cause she’s trying to make a new shop with new people. This shop is now under new management. The new owner of this shop now is very nice and has an excellent customer service skills. We had a great time and enjoy our bike rides. Shop has most of the things we need for a day at the beach. Price is reasonable which is a plus.

Stopped.by less than an hour before closing and they were so nice. Let us keep bike for our full hour even the technically they would.be closed. And they take credit cards cuz who carries cash anymore. So friendly...had a blast!

Had a great time on our rental! Staff is super nice and friendly! We accidently left our water bottle on our bike, they found it and called us! Since they were closing we asked if they could leave it outside for us and we got it back no problem. We really appreciate the honesty and that they cared enough to call. Thanks everyone!

Great family activity! We rented the 6 seater bike, plus had our 3 yr old ride on the front! Good time together, and a good way to get ur exercise while on vacation! Definitely recommended!

Over the years, I’ve been indifferent about the process of renting bikes. But after taking a chance at this shop I can now say that my concerns have came to pass! The sequence of completing the rental to enjoying our day was streamlined and easy. And everyone was very friendly too! Will come back again.

Must go spot! Awesome people! Remodeling and updating the old shop and it’s like day and night! Coming from someone from out of town and with High expectations, they did NOT disappoint.

15 bucks for an hour on their 2 person bike thing. Not bad and we had an enjoyable ride down the seawall. They dont really do proper maintenance and clean and take good care of their bikes but oh well werent buying it we were renting it and it was fun and a good price. The souvenirs were in worse shape than the bikes though. At least when I was browsing the jewlery and hair accessories, the packaging was filthy and made my fingers black so beware.

This place sucks. The people running the business are super rude and the bikes are SUPER run down. A little hospitality goes along way. There are plenty of other bike shops around I would drive a little further and avoid this place at all cost. I would give them less than 1 star if permitted. Never renting from here EVER!

Never been here. It was the first place I clicked on to see about getting a bike rental. But based on the reviews u have Ill keep searching. Bad attitude and bad bikes is not a good look and not anything I wanna deal with. You sound like a vacation ruiner.

Super rude and bikes were garbage. Took significant effort to get the bike to move. They refused to give us our money back. $40 for 2 hours. Not to mention the small dog that chased my kids around and tried to bite them! DON’T RENT FROM THEM!!

4 person bikes were hard to pedal and they did not offer regular bikes to us instead. We rode for 15 mins brought the bike back due to the difficulty and were charged for an hr.
