Had to come here and fix my nails. The quality control here is great. Would recommend. The place seems very clean and well maintained unlike their neighbor competitor.

I heard the lady tell her client her eyebrows were ugly and needed a wax. I came in for just a fill and they told me they couldnt fill my nails because the last salon made them look bad. However Ive never been told I needed a new set. They normal just ask to reshape and file them down close to my real nail. Glad I didnt spend money here.

I will always come here to get my toe nails done. The service was excellent and they listened to what I wanted and needed. They did a wonderful and beautiful Job.

The staff tends to do what she feels is to her liking. The gel began to bubble over time and peeled off. The wait time is 2 hours at most.

First visit was ok however the pedicure is really superficial. Looks good but they dont do a thorough corner cuticle trimming....I had to literally ask her to do it. Outcome was ok.Second visit. Asked for the cuticle trimming and I think she means well because she was actually very nice and cool but probably needs a bit more education regarding the fact that you cant just rip the cuticle you have to be gentle as you go along.The manicure was exquisite but she ripped my old nails off. Who does thatttttt 🥺🥺🥺🥺. Literally just ripped em off and broke my real nails. My pinky also bled after she used that machine thing.They looked good tho. I was reallyhappy with the finished look.....and based on reviews of Tip top I guess Ill be going back

Younger workers are attentive. I was actually able to get a new set on. Actually very good work because they actually take their time. Sure their wait is long but I think if you want decent product it’s worth it. Will come back soon.

I Love My Pedicures!!

Was the worst experience ever we had set an appointment time and we waited and hour after that we asked for the full service in pedicures and no massage, no nail polish guy doing our foot was talking about his drug use, WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT GO TO THAT BUSSINESS

My daughter had my nails done for part of my Christmas present. They did a great job, it lasted along time. I will definitely go back again! 👍 My nails turn out beautiful. 😀

This should be helpful tip for some of you. Don’t come during weekends. It’s a very long wait. They close Wednesday’s. They open 10 hours all the other weekdays and do urself a favor going weekdays to save some time

My husband and I had manis/pedis. We had a great experience and the price was reasonable. There was no wait and the staff was very nice! They took their time and did a great job. We plan on returning soon!

Horrible place. Do not go here. Made three fingers bleed taking off old set of nails. The lady who did mine ripped them off no apology. Don’t even now why I let her finish (think I was in shock) then about an hour after I got home gel polish started lifting off. This place should be shut down. I am 51 yrs. old and have never experienced anything like this before. Can’t empathize enough what a bad place this is. Do not waste your money or health at this place. Was my first and last time here. Stay away horrible service and workers!!!!!!! No stars👎👎👎👎👎👎

Should be NO Star!!! One of the male nail technicians was absolutely out of line and so rude!! ... I go to get my nails done the way I want them because I pay for them... when I asked him nicely to make them a little more oval he gets pissed off and ends up cutting all my nails off. Will never go there again!! Shouldn’t be in business if they can’t handle what the customers want!! 😒😑😡 I ended up going to Tip Top Nails for better service and to fix both sets of my nails since he did that.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! A friend and I went in for full sets on April 28, 2018 and it was a horrible experience. The male technician was so rude and a grumpy old man. he was rough and when I commented he got upset and walked away. 2.They didnt follow health regulations in changing tools or hand washing. It was very disturbing and couldnt believe this place was still open. I will not be going back.. Please do better!

I felt very horrible after I paid 70.00 for manicure n pedicure and u couldnt even see the polish! I was even rushed through the polish!!!! Wasnt soft came out all bumpy!!!!! I notified nail tech but she insisted u could see when I go outside in sunlight but no!!!! I couldnt see the polish.....!!!! I had to go back in and ask to redo poliah....this caused havoc as to they all started talking fast n loud!!!! Never coming here again!!!!! Ever!!!

Just awful the guy that did my nails sucked talked on his phone for almost half the time he did my nails didnt check his work my nails were filed crocked.... Also my daughter could of polished my nails better then that man did for what I got I should of never paid 20 but now I know and Ill never go back that it is for sure!!!!

It was an absolutely horrid experience... we went and waited for over an hour and met a wonderful little family who had been waiting for much longer than we had been but when it came time for the girls turn the woman came up and asked her what she wanted done, she told her she wanted a full set and the lady became angry and rude and told her she still had polish on her hands and that she needed to wait, and she began to get me to go back first. She took me back to a chair and stuck me there leaving me waiting for another twenty minutes I was so uncomfortable and didnt feel right going before her and stated as much. The woman said she needs to wait until the three of us were finished. She was incredibly rude and so horrible to that young woman that we decided to leave and as we were walking out the door she began yelling at us about how it was the other young womans fault because she never specified what she wanted. I told her that regardless the young woman was next in line and that they way she treated her was by no means ok and left and I do not plan on going back there, ever!

RUDE!! I went for a pedicure and the lady rushed me onto the seat and took my purse from my arm before I even got to the chair. THEN, she went in with her tool shoving down the sides of the nail... Its been hurting all day. Never going there again. The nail spa by Albertsons is the best in Gallup.

Not only was I treated horribly. The man who did my nails literally riped off part of my nails to where I felt pain. he did not apologize for his carelessness on top of that its was so clear he was talking about me with his employeers.They will never get my business again. I felt racially discriminated. I will tell everyone I know about this place.
