Employees were nice. It was very busy and I felt like they rushed the job. My nails look nice from afar, but up close, they look bumpy and sloppy. They also didn’t clean work areas when switching between customers.

I’ve been here twice now, both times the wait was 20 mins or less for a walk in. They were nice and professional without the unnecessary small talk (I really appreciate that part). A few small issues with consistency but overall the nails are beautiful and strong. The business in general is comfortable and clean.

I feel like this place is always busy. I went here because the place I go to was closed for renovations. Lets just say Im happy not to come here again. On behalf of My Grandmother she was very disappointed on the service she was given. She went in for a GEL NAIL REMOVAL while informing the nail tech that she wanted to keep her REAL NAILS. That did not happen, the nail tech chopped off all of her NATURAL NAILS and left the residue of the gel nail polish on her nails! It’s your job to communicate with your customer based on their own preferences! We are never coming back again for your lack of customer service! Next time you listen on what your customer wants!!!

I had an unnecessary LONG WAIT. They rarely provide wait times. The dude there (one of them) had me soak my nails 💅🏼 for WAY TOO LONG because he began on another ladies nails! When he got to me he just cleaned them up and painted them quick. Not the good quick either. They didnt look picture worthy. They had weird dented circles on 4 different nails. Not worth any kind of tip.

The guy who did my nails was very aggressive. i asked for almond shaped nails with grey nail polish, instead i got pink, and coffin shaped nails. he also was filing my nails and cut my pinky, not bad but he put nail glue to “help it”. wouldn’t recommend

Usually this place is great. But lately the new workers seem to be childish and rude. I only recommend to get any services done when Mary is around. There is a skinny female who got upset at my daughter for calling the business. There was no indication of the business closing earlier. My daughter signed in and came out to let me know the time wait. She tried to go back inside and the door was locked. She called and the workers were laughing on the phone. The skinny female scolded my daughter and asked her, Who do you think you are young lady? My niece also felt uncomfortable for they way they were being and laughing at them. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

I arrived on time for an appointment with Mary who was referred to me but was not there. Instead I was directed to Mindy who made me literally jump out of my seat twice with her aggressive use of the nail file. half of my nails still have the acrylic on as well as gel nail polish which needed to be removed. after causing me shrieking pain twice and not understanding my English in explaining to her that I did not want my nails in a square sharp cornered State, Mary arrived and I was put in her station to finish the manicure.Mary remediated the shape but the uneven removal of the acrylics left me with an un- even surface that even with three coats of gel nail polish they still look lumpy and ugly. in addition, both Mindy and Mary were way too aggressive with cuticles which made me apprehensive about infection. proceed at your own risk. Ill return to the nail spa on the other side of town from now on.

I was expecting a really bad bad experience here just by reading the reviews but NOTHING COMPARED TO MY HORRIBLE SERVICE experience in Phoenix AZ. Which the name was long forgotten. But the lady who helped me and my family was super nice and very gentle and I would recommend my friends and FAMILY member to come here. Penny (the lady who did our nails) Did an AMAZING JOB on my nails and my family’s. Definitely coming back again for her service.I recommend her 🙂❤️ Thank you Gallup Nails and Spa you guys treated us very well during our visit.

I went for eye brow waxing...signed in and waited for a couple of minutes. I was politely greeted and reassured that I would be next. Another guest came in wearing an apron from the pizza place up the plaza. She signed in and they informed her it would be about 20-30 minutes. She said fine and left (Im assuming back to work). She happened to walk in the door when they called for me to do my waxing. The pizza worker became very upset and ugly (no wax job would have helped her hairy attitude) but I give the business kudos for remaining professional and trying hard not to laugh when they kept telling her I was there before she was and she stormed out. (They also did a great job on my eyebrows.)

Victor did a great job on my nails. He deserves 5 stars. The problem was the pedicure. I was not asked what type of pedicure i wanted so I assumed they only did basic. Even basic includes a short foot massage....NOT HERE! lotion only and no massage....put it on, rub it in and done. My fiance got a deluxe pedicure....he ask specifically for that. The girl had to follow a chart as to what was included and what order. The deluxe did not include ALOT AT ALL!! WE WERE CHARGED 65.00!! I am a travel nurse and I have been a lot of places. The deluxe pedicure last for an hour and a half and averages 40.00....AND INCLUDES A LOT MORE!! Will be driving to another city!! I would rather spend an extra 25.00 in gas and get a great pedicure than spend 65.00 and get a small hand full of lotion.

First time there and the lady was rough! She cut open my cuticles in two different places with the electric file (which she must not realize there is a slower speed on it) and she kept burning my nail beds with the extended amount of contact she was making, the high speed wasnt helpful either. If it wasnt enough I was flinching my hand out of hers and saying ouch than she shouldnt be allowed to touch peoples hands. She was too busy trying to finish the job to get another customer that the overall job was terrible. Bubbles in the acrylic and poor fitted nail tips. Never going back there.

I just moved to Gallup and this nail salon was recommended to me. I had the best experience ever and I have been to salons across the US. Tina provided the most amazing pedicure and did an acrylic nail fill that exceeded my expectations! I love the color and enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be returning every 2 weeks.

I came in kind of expecting a bad experience based on the reviews here, but that was NOT my experience at all! From the hilarious guy who greeted me (Cody. maybe), to the sweet and VERY talented woman who did my French pedi, everything was PERFECT! I got a full, long leg massage and she made my feet look amazing! And for the French pedi, it was only $29.24. Thats WAY cheaper than Im used to, and it really was a perfect job. Id DEFINITELY come back!

Came here to get a pedicure. The lady literally soaked my feet, cut my toenails, clipped some skin, and gave me a cheap foot rub.No callus removal, no toenail work. By the way, she on her phone most of the time.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are the worst place you can go in Gallup! I just wanted to have a nice mani date with my daughter and it turned into a nightmare! First the lady made me bleed on almost every single nail, she didnt shape them nicely and then put way too many coats of nail polish on so they were ruined when I was trying to pay! When they lady saw they got ruined she just told me I didnt give them enough time to dry, didnt offer to fix them. I will never be returning.

Everything was fine until the end. I came for a fill in this morning saw the price was $15. Cool. I wanted my nails cut down so I knew at the end Id be charged 18. They asked me to pay before I got my nails painted at the end and I said okay whats the total? They said 22 dollars and some change! I said uhm where is this extra money coming from? They said they charge 3 dollars to PAINT YOUR NAILS during your fill in. I have been getting my nails done for 10 years now and have gotten my nails done on the east coast, west coast, south, and north and I have NEVER been charged for painting the nail towards the end of the fill in. I felt like I was getting ripped off. Its not enough that they charge TAXES and still want a tip on top of that! I had my own polish in my purse so I asked what if I use my own polish? & the answer was the SAME!! Lol Idk who they are fooling with these JOKES of prices but I left. I will not pay for your bottle of polish just for you to paint a couple coats on my fingers which is a GIVEN at the end of a fill in ANY other city you go to across the US.

They did a fine job and we were taken care promptly.

I use Jack at the Nail shop further north on HWY 491 of this one, but they were closed for vacation and the note on the door referred me to this shop. I found it very dirty. The staff were rude and the women employees were loud and very inconsiderate of customers. I had a pedicure and manicure. The polished lasted 3 days compared to two weeks at the other salon. I was not impressed and I will not be back.

You have to ask for them to trim your nails correctly (especially if you have an ingrown toenail) and toenails were cut very crooked. Very few regular polish choices and expensive prices. Also, did not paint a base or top coat

Poor quality products, poor communication skills, higher prices than other local establishments.
