I showed what I wanted and he did exactly everything I wanted. I’ve been trying to find good nail techs that listen to what I want and I finally did. Great service and amazing work. Definitely will be my go to for nails!🙂

I purchased a gift certificate for my wife for Mother’s Day and double checked she would have an appointment so she wouldn’t have to wait. I was assured she would be seen right at 12pm. This was important for me so I can ensure she would have an attentive employee to make her feel special on Mother’s Day. However, when she showed up the lady she had an appointment with was not there and was late. Then they took someone else first because they walked in first, which defeats the purpose of making an appointment. Next, my wife sat in the chair with her feet in the water for 40 minutes because they were busy with everyone else. WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF AN APPOINTMENT? Then my wife just wanted clear nail polish on her nails and they forgot to even do that. My wife and I will not go to this place of business for an further services. This was the worst Mother’s Gift I ever got my wife in 8 years. Thank you very much.

Went as a walk in with my daughter one afternoon and was told it would be an hour wait. We sat down and waited. About 15 minutes in I was asked if I had anything on my nails because I wanted a new set. I was sat down to soak off my old set while the gentleman went back to work on his client. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he did an excellent job! I get many compliments on my nails. He made sure to finish my nails without rushing even after his next appointment checked in. My daughter got gel polish and was done quick yet the results were great, however they did not last.I’m making this my go to place.

I went here to get my nails done. They did a good job. Only thing was I couldnt hear I lost my hearing back in February early March so the conversation were light only yes and no.. 😊😊 but good job. I would go back.

Booked an appointment arrived 5 minutes early was told to wait 10-15 minutes. Waited they still weren’t done with walk-ins. Said oh probably another 20 minutes. Don’t book appointments if you’re going to make walk-ins a priority. Will never go back. Left without receiving any services.

This good review is regarding another a time. THEN They were exceptional. Good and friendly service a few months ago. I wrote a review on the wrong location (this location). It’s was meant for a different location- same plaza as Safeway-, thank you for pointing that out.

For unstated reasons they closed early (5:15 pm) on this day (2/10/21), but I was one of the lucky 2 customers they concluded the day with. I needed a manicure and polish change bad. The older woman cleaned up my nails 💅🏼 VERY well (I feel she went the extra mile), the younger man was tagged in and applied the gel polish. Then she finished with a great hand massage and hot towel. My nails looked great and felt great. I did not feel rushed at all and I will be returning.

Today I went in to get a new set of acrylic nails I’ve never been dissatisfied with any work James does he’s so polite and kind all three of them are so kind I definitely recommend this nail salon they are the best and they truly care about their customers bless their hearts!

Worse pedicure I ever had. The older lady that did my pedicure did a sloppy job. I would NOT recommend this place. I’ll stick with going to Albuquerque and getting my services there. Gave this place a chance and never will I return

I went to get my nails done for the first time today and had a very nice lady named Mii (Me) do my nails. She did an amazing job I love them! The entire experience was enjoyable and the atmosphere was relaxing!

I loved this place. I have went to 2 other places. One in the shopping center on 66 (HIGHLY overrated) And another by Safeway, Over priced and nails werent put on correctly, so they hurt and had to be removed. Gallup Nails has a good atmosphere, kind staff, wide open seating, clean, and I had one of the best pedicures Ive had in a long while. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you *update* Just had my nails done today.... 😍 THANK YOUUUU!!! Always clean, fun, efficient, and perfection. 🙏🏼

The employees are great and vibe is nice. But charge to much for French tips and have patience. Waiting took to long. Over charge 4.20. Make sure you do your math.

Lately, I’ve been going to get my manicures done in Albuquerque, but I had chipping & cracking in my latest gel manicure. So I brought myself here and I am loving the way my nails came out! The hand massage after getting the paraffin wax was very soothing and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back! 🤗

This was my first time getting my nails done proffesionaly and as soon as I walked into the place, the workers greeted me so kindly and respectfully! They werent quiet and they talked to me, they did not want me to say the nails wereokay they wanted me to say that I loved them! They did my nails so beautifully and correctly... The best nail salon Ive been to in Gallup. Tip Top nails was my usual but it changed since they dont take their time in your nails and it comes out looking awful. James took his time on my nails he recommended dipping powder to let my nails grow. I really enjoyed the experience there and he was great with paiting my daughters nails. Highly recommend this place.

Honestly just moved here and one of the worse places I’ve gotten my nails done at and it’s the only one I’ve ever really been to. My nails caked in blood because they didn’t know how to quit picking at my cuticles. I asked for bright yellow coffin and I get the shortest, blotchiest yellow “coffin” (if you can even call them that) nails ever. All because they had another appointment they were so worried about the other appointment they couldn’t even focus on doing a good job I’m guessing. Starting from the middle finger down on both hands the nails look ready to pop off, all of them are sticking way to far upwards and I paid $40 for them yesterday. Just don’t waste your time. I even called and scheduled an appointment and everything and I was still treated poorly. The salon people are nice just don’t know what they’re doing or how to actually spend time on people’s nails.

They did a fantastic job everyone here I super nice. I didn’t even care that my nails were overpriced because of the service and Quality.
