Air conditioner went out and had Robert with Storm look at the unit. He was outside for maybe 5 minutes looking at the unit. He told us the compressor and condenser were out. That they were pretty expensive and for a 10 yr old unit I should consider buying an entirely new unit since the price difference was minimal. I asked for an estimate and was told due to “the trade market” price changes daily. He told us he would get us a quote then left. He didn’t service it or get it working. I called another refrigeration company since I didn’t trust his answers. Very few prices change daily and I’m certain air conditioners aren’t one of em.Eco Clima showed up and within two hours my a/c was working perfectly. The fan motor was out. They replaced the motor and we were good to go.If I had gone with Storms recommendation I would have been out a LOT of money and been uncomfortable for 5 days till Storm “fixed” it. Don’t trust Storm. Very disappointed in Robert’s conduct and dishonest tactics.Call Eco Clima instead. Great service and honest!
