I very much appreciate Horizon promptly returning my call and setting up a convenient date and time to give me a quote.They set up the date for installation, once the units came in, which did not take long,Larry & Brian, as well as the owner, Silvanto was professional.I found it impressive, as they entered the house they wiped their shoes on he rugs. I loved how they cleaned up after themselves.Even when cutting good size hole in the ceiling to allow for a more quite unit, they left the room dust free.The AC is so nice. Love that constant temperature without having a loud, forceful fan trying to freeze me out of a room.Looking forward to using the new furnace this winter. I expect it will be at least as quite as the AC, should make for a much better nights sleep.I m guessing the units are high quality, I can tell better after a few years of use. As far as being a good value, that is hard to say, as inflation has hit every aspect of our lives.

Absolutely amazing service. Our gas furnace went out a few days ago. I figured it may be a small problem, a thermal coupler. After an initial inspection, Horizon recommended a new install. The recommendations came from the age and lack of efficiency. Not only have they saved us time, but money as well in the long run. Larry, Brian, and Noland were the service techs that showed up minutes after an agreed upon install. They were friendly, prompt, and knowledgable on all our inquiries. Professional and courteous are the two best words to describe them. Install was quick and the new system is far more efficient than the old system. One thing we noticed is how quickly the home heats up and less worries of the old system failing once more. Thanks Horizon, youll be in my mind for the next job.

We have recently had both our evaporative cooling system and our furnace replaced by Horizon. They were professional, on time, and communicated with me so that I could minimize my time away from work. Ron did the work on our systems and he did a fantastic job. He communicated what he was doing and told me what to expect with both jobs. Any issues that I had were immediately addressed. Our home will be very comfortable summer and winter! I would recommend Horizon for any plumbing or heating job that youre contemplating.

Im so relieved to have found these guys. Neither my husband or I had ever used a swamp cooler before, so we didnt know what to do when ours started making a banging noise and then stopped working. Donovan was here in under 30 mins and had to replace multiple parts (which we anticipated) to get it working again. When I told him how unfamiliar we were with the system, he took the time to do a full checkup of the cooler, made some adjustments & fixed a leak at no charge, and gave us a lesson on how to use it. Gabe with Horizon Enterprises responded to a residential plumbing problem at our home. He was professional, did clean work, and asked questions to properly diagnose our plumbing problem. Since he responded towards the end of the day, I told him that he could go home and finish the job the next day. He insisted that he would be happy to complete the job that day. In a timely manner, he completed the job after the repair seemed to be satisfactory. Ive dealt with other employees at Horizon and they are all great employees. I highly recommend Horizon for your plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

Terrible service. My main water line broke so now my five kids and I are completely without water at our house. I requested an initial estimate and they quoted an estimate $7,500 ABOVE the national average. Once I found an alternative way to fix the problem and requested a new estimate so I would know how much I would need to request for financing, I was told they would not waste their time giving an estimate if I wasnt already approved for financing. How would I know how much financing to request if they are going to overcharge AND refuse to give me an estimate!?UPDATE: Got everything I needed done and my water back on WITH a licensed plumber for a little over $1,500 when they tried to price gouge me.

We are in love with our new high efficiency furnace/air conditioner! The summer months were cool, the winter has been warm and our bills have been so low! The installation process was incredibly smooth. Everyone at Horizon has been wonderful to work with and we trust them with all of our plumbing needs as well!
