Laroc Refrigeration offers good service at a fair price. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about making sure your situations are fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVac services, plumbing, or appliance repair.

Awesome company with great people

I will not do business with Laroc no more. My furnace needed a part so I went to buy a part. They sold me a different part. They said it would fit, but when I got home, it was not the right part. I took it back to get the right part, they told me I would have to splice the wires. I told them I don’t know how to splice the wires. I asked them if they could slice it for me, but they said they don’t know how? I can’t get a refund because after I paid for it, they gave me a receipt that says no refund. I asked them how much is the correct part, they told me it is going to cost more and if they order the part, it will come in next week. I ASKED THEM WHY DID THEY LIE TO ME AND NOT TELL ME THE TRUTH IN THE FIRST PLACE?I guess the buck$$$ is more than customer service I have to look for someone to splice the wires. In the meantime I don’t have heat in my house. It is cold.

I had only worked with one other HVAC company in this area and have been doing my own HVAC repairs and maintenance due to the other companys unwillingness to help at any price. Thanks to Todd and Scott, my furnace is now working like it should. They were polite, prompt, efficient, professional and their charges were more than fair. I heartily recommend Laroc!

Dont trust this company.Our heater blower went out on Saturday. We contacted Larco and had them come out to look at it. The service rep looked at our system, told us what was wrong and have us a quote of $300 ($100 for part and $200 for weekend emergency call). Ok, go ahead. Monday I get a call that the cost is just over $500 because, get this, he didnt have a part he needed and had to go back to the shop adding another hour to his repair time! Umm, NO. He should have told me he didnt have the parts he needed and that he had to return to the shop. Probably wouldnt have had them do the work at that price. Classic bait and switch. Dont trust this company. WOW. While trying to negotiate the bill the mam just hung up on me! Totally a scam!!

Called and they refused service because I wouldnt give them a credit card first. I offered to pay cash and they said no well pass! Its okay after reading some of the reviews Im glad they didnt come out, they sound very incompetent!
