Great machines good price friendly staff

Thieves. The machine I used did not work, took my money and didn’t operate. I complained about the issue and the attendant just looked at me while asking to add money, which I did and the machine didn’t work. Asked about a refund so I can use another machine and the attendant just stared at me and said the sign said no refund. There’s no such sign posted. Asked to place the machine out of service so another customer wouldn’t go through the same and got the same stare, no action. Language barrier is not an excuse: I used her own language. Go somewhere else.

The machines works perfectly but giving 2 stars because someone stole my laundry detergent in my ziploc bag today (that I used for my 1st load of clothes) and I had a 2nd load of clothes to wash. I asked to the manager(because she was the only person behind me) and the way she answered was like she took it. Was mad but at the same time wasnt in the mood to start talking back and forth. My point is why think Im lying whereas you can ask to other customers in the building someone might have mistakenly taken it. Ive learned my lesson will be more careful next time since I know that I cant even have faith on the manager. So please be careful and have your stuff at all times infront of you because even the leaders are a mess

Several broken washers and several broken dryers. Came here on a weekday though so at least there wasn’t a lot of customers. Can only imagine how it is on weekends with all these broken machines. They have a restroom BUT had an “out of order” sign. Had a few SMALL carts to place clothes in. Some washers say “Triple Load” BUT in reality it can only contain small size load. Also, with the summer heat it was very hot inside the shop. They had A/C units and fans but they do not use it. Only pro’s I see are that they would change your cash bills to coins (and vice versa if you have more than enough coins) and the the lady managing the place was nice and helpful with providing instructions. Will look for another shop with washers that can contain medium to large size load. Unfortunately, not coming back here.
