My first time here. Our washer has been broken for almost a month and I had tons of laundry. It was raining when I arrived, and a very nice young lady appeared at my car with a rolling cart. She took my laundry out of the car, into the cart and inside while I park my car. What a treat! Once inside, she helped me figure out the machines as I’ve only used a laundrymat a few times in the past. They have HUGE machines (and other sizes as well) and I was able to load approx 4 loads of the size I do at home into each one. Since our dryer is fine, I was in and out in less than an hour! Now I get to spend the next 12 hours at home drying and folding! Terrific staff and very clean facility. Highly recommend.

More than impressive with the respectful curious helpful staff. And the price you pay for great working and well maintained machines. Plus the crews clean the machines regularly. And they practice social distancing. This place is a gold mine for the consumers and the owner. Everyone benefits here. Very nicely done. !!!

Best landry mat Ive been too compared to the other ones. The prices to wash and dry are perfect for me. Spend around 3.75 a week. Support your local business. Plus for me and recommend every to wash there. Keep up the good work

Such a wonderful and clean place to wash dry and fold my laundry. The machines here run extremely well and sufficiently.

I go every 2 weeks, its scary how many people are walking inside, we are in the middle of the pandemic, but the people dont care, they are walking inside, talking in groups, the people take their time folding their cloth, even if they have cars out side, they stay inside de laundrymat, i suggest wash and dry but the people can fold it in their houses, they dont keep social distancing, making dangerous for other people who take care their self

Prices are good, they open at 6am other places open till 7 or 8 the staff especially the guy that works there it very nice and helpful all the time. I like it there.

Detail is very important. I’m sitting outside of what is “Lakeside Laundromat”. There’s one location, but online the one location, has two names. When I looked up the laundromat, I didn’t realize that the location that closed early was the same exact location that closed late. They have changed the time and haven’t done it online. Kinda weird if you ask me. So now I stuck with a whole bunch of wet clothes

Ive been taking a throw for them to wash each season for years. Very reasonable and great service.

I am a regular here and I love the fact that they follow me to my car, especially when it’s late and there are many people outside. It dose have it’s busy times and days. I would just say weekends are not the time to go. I go during the week and get clothes done with in a hour or so.

Y’all should tell that new Asian lady to stop cleaning the dryers dust in from of costumers face, I got dust on my face, hair and clothes.Maybe if the owner pay her enough she wouldn’t be looking for Change inside the dyers.

Took my blankets and big pillow to be washed the best.

I just started taking my laundry to this place on a weekly basis for less than two months, so I am by no means a regular customer just yet, but I am quite impressed by the quality of their service and the level of professionalism that their staff show. Quite impressive for a small company.

I used to just do my laundry on my own. I didn’t see the need to use any laundry service, but the recent weeks have been quite busy at work, so I tried their service since I live close by and I never found anything to complain about.

I’m from Chicago visiting Gaithersburg for the summer. I went to this laundromat because of the many good reviews. The experience started off pretty great. The prices were definitely more reasonable than most laundromats in the neighborhood. However, when leaving I brought the cart to my car to unload, as I’ve done at other laundromats, and was followed by one of the employees to my car. He claimed to be waiting on a cart but there were plenty carts lined up in front of the dryers. I felt rushed and uncomfortable as the man stood there watching as my 7 year old and I unloaded the cart. If you’re thinking of coming to this location DO NOT TAKE THE CARTS TO YOUR CARS.

I am a very frugal person. I do recognize however that my time holds quite a lot of value. This was especially true right after the birth of my daughter. She arrived a little earlier than we had anticipated, and in the days (weeks?!) before she decided to make her appearance, the laundry had started to pile up. You can imagine that getting home from the hospital with a newborn and realizing that I hadnt done the laundry in three weeks was not fun. (Thankfully, I had already washed her clothes with the requisite baby laundry detergent, so we were fine there). I did a quick google search to discover that Gaithersburg had a drop off laundry service. I assumed that it was probably ridiculously expensive. Id never used a laundry service before, but it seemed extravagant. I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that it was very, very reasonably priced (I think $1/lb). I pulled right up to the curb, and a nice man came out and put my 4 heavy trash bags of dirty laundry on the carts and rolled them in for me while I parked. When all was said and done, it was about a months worth of laundry, and I paid about $60. Totally 100% worth it. I went back two or three days later, and it was ready to go. In the 2 years since my daughter was born, I have used them on two other occasions when life has just gotten really busy. They wash, dry, fold, hang, pair socks, etc, etc. During the holidays when you just dont have time, or after a vacation when laundry seems daunting, this is SO worth the money. They are friendly, efficient, very reasonably priced, and such a time saver.

Very good service. I drop off a comforter in the morning and that same day I picked it up clean and nicely folded inside a zipper bag.
