I always go here to wash my big blankets, comforters, and the dogs huge bed at least every other month. Its always clean, staff is very helpful, I can always find available washers and dryers. There is another laundry matt somewhat close by and I wont EVER go back into that three ring circus of a want to be reputable establishment. This place will ALWAYS get my business!!

First time coming here this weekend. They do enforce the mask law but social distancing is not even attempted here. I personally made sure to leave two dryer space between me and the next person. A male came right between us even though they were twelve empty dryers on the other side. The workers didn’t interact with customers unless they went to their counter to buy something or inquiry about help with the machine. You use cash or card to get a plastic laundromat card to do laundry. You can buy bottle liquid and powder soap here. Do not know the cost since I brought my own. There’s no sanitizer available to clean your hands. I brought my own disinfecting wipes to clean the machines I was using. Both times I went I didn’t see any workers disinfecting the handles or buttons on anything. So bring your own cleaning wipes to keep safe. I do like that they have an automatic door so that’s one less handle to touch. Triple loads are about $5, double loads are about $4 and mega loads are about $9. No single loads from the machines I saw. The dryers are .45¢ to start for 8mins. This is great. The machines are wonderful at drying at high temperatures so 24mins for clothes pillow and a thick blanket with sheets 🤗 They are 24hrs Fri-Sun. Again bring your own Lysol wipes to wipe down the machine handles and buttons.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Today i came To pick up my laundry, and i did Not have my receipt and the lady MARIA DID NOT WANT TO GIVE MY LAUNDRY. So stupid. She claims there was a confusion with In the laundromat with clothes getting lost, and due to that she started arguing with me that she cannot give out if i dont Have a receipt. Bs i always Come on Sunday to pick up my laundry and the others ladies look me up in the system and she finds out my ticket.MARIA NEEDs TO GET FIRE WORST CUSTOMER PERSON EVER. There is no logic behind asking for a receipt when you can look me up in the system.i am Going to stop coming here you guys losing money now.

Love the drop off service for my business linens! Such a timesaver. They do a great job. I bring them my own “sensitive” “non-odor” detergents. Economical! Thank you!

Clean & Efficient Staff that I have seen on Multiple occasions that they are Cleaning & the Maintaince is Consistent.I have never had to wait to access equipment

I go only on Wednesday at 6am because the assistant manager is so professional, kind, willing to assist you at anytime and keep the place, machines very clean and orderly organized.The atmosphere is very secure and comfortable when you go and do your laundry.Thank You,Sholquin

2nd time at this laundry mat. I got lazy and let the clothes pile up. Needing more than one clean uniform, this has been the amazing go to knock out unusually larger loads of clothes needing to be washed. All of the machines are functioning, they are clean. Someone is monitoring the lint and dryer sheets people may forget and enforcing covid-19 safety rules. They have a variety of laundry supplies. I havent used there laundry drop off service yet. It is VERY likely that will be soon. Staff is polite and helpful.

First time to a laundromat. Good customer service and clean new washer s. Usually busy but plenty of machines available. Laundry card is $1 and load any amount by credit card or cash.

Pretty nice place. Wish that their vending machines took credit/debit cards. Needs more comfortable seating, and a better approach to Covid-19. I think people who have cars should be asked to wait in their cars to reduce the amount of people thats inside.

Washer machines cycles are short by 3-4 minutes... Aside from that its a great environment.. make it right Speedy Laundrymat and calibrate your machines.... Got 3 ⭐UPDATE::::Well, well, well it looks like machinas have been calibrated as of May 17 2021.. I tried 4 different washer machines and all got the advertise time. Thank you for fixing. Please have employees sweep🧹 more often to keep trash in place. Giving 4 ⭐ for now .

I used a washer for my comforter and there was a HUGE black streak across it when it came out. When I told them about it they said that I probably did it myself

Alesia and coworker are professionals. They are Kind and extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and run a very clean laundromat. Attentive to many people while continuing to maintain cleanliness and big smiles. You can see the reflection of them through the patrons who are kind and friendly too.Machines are clean good quality and fair pricing. Good idea with the use of buying a card to put money on to operate machines. Keeping business coming back and making it efficient for us doing laundry. No fumbling around for quarters or trying to put cash in machines. Im a guy. I like doing laundry and it my first time there and its the place to go.Thank to the gals and smart thinking of the owners.

I wish I can give this business owner at zero star no person.She is far from being professional. She treats her employees so poorly. The girls are exceptional I almost feel sorry that they are working for her.If you have a problem with your laundry she will tell you to go do your business somewhere else she will not strive to keep your business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB along with the human resources of the state of Maryland on behalf of their poor employees. Please avoid going there have your business somewhere that will be appreciated.

This place doesn’t stick to Rules especially outline by the Governor. The employees keep washers full with Clients drop offs and don’t empty washers quick. They are very inconsiderate with clients that come in to wash their clothes quick. The dryers doors rubbers always pop off. Only good things is the washers and dryers work great!

Terrible service the manager is not great with the people dont have any idea how to do a good service.

The dryers turn off and my clothes are wet I had to move somewhere else and pay again, I bought a clothes freshener but they had no change I had to look for change

They dont enforce the mask mandate, and go figure my partner caught Covid two days after we came here a few months ago. That should tell you something. They also do not have hot water, even though the machines charge extra for you to use it during your wash. I selected hot water to disinfect our bedding after my partner recovered at our most recent visit, and the bedding came out of the washer almost FREEZING. Its awful. Nobody makes an effort at social distancing, either. I witnessed multiple people not wearing masks, and everyone is up each others butts around the machines. After our most recent visit, I reported them to the county for not following Covid guidelines. Hopefully something gets done.

It used to be a 24 hour laundromat everyday but now its only on weekends. However its still really nice place to go to get your laundry done. The place is nice and clean and there are plenty of washers and dryers for everyone to use. They do offer drop off and pick up service as well so you can drop off your clothes and pick it up in a couple days. There is also a 24 hour Starbucks right around the corner so you can go get something to drink while you wait for your clothes to be done.

LIE ABOUT HOT WATERI have been going for about a year, I started noticing that there is no hot water. I asked one the workers and she said oh yes it is not working today and other customers started using buckets to put hot water in the machines. The next time I noticed the same thing and I told one of the ladies and she said it is working then said you are right but we can give you 10 cents back. It is ridiculous, why lie and not have hot water when we are paying for it. I will not be back.

We absolutely enjoyed our experience here. This was our first time coming here and I can say that we will for sure be back and highly recommend this establishment for all. My kids were entertained with the machines they had which meant I can successfully get my laundry done. They carry a variety of soaps and fabric softeners so no need to go to the store before. The place is very clean and inviting.The staff is friendly and very helpful. Would give 10 Stars if I could!!

Very clean and the washers and driers are a good quality. Enjoyed my stay, although some of the vending machines don’t take dollar bills, but you can exchange for coins and then use the vending machines. The washing cycles might’ve been overpriced but it makes up for how cheap the drying cost is. 2 stars off because of poor customer service, hope they fix that soon.

Very clean, a little pricey

They do not have hot water and they will lie to your face and tell you that they do. They even charge extra to turn your machine to hot water. If you dont believe me just go into the bathroom and turn on the hot water faucet.

Clean environment, always enough washers, attentive staff and plenty of parking. Relaxing atmosphere. No one rushes you, even if you have to make a late evening trip there. I’ve been coming here on and off for the past year.

EXTRA CLEAN. they have huge washing machines, and regular and medium sized ones. i will never do the laundry in a small washer machine again, this place is so convenient. you load money onto a card to use on the machines. you dont need quarters- thats the best part

Came to wash a comforter. Was very impressed with the number of machines. Place was VERY clean which was a plus. Although there was a lot of people there i was still able to wash and dry without any problems

This place is super convenient and there are so many washers and dryers of different sizes. I came in on a Tuesday morning and people were there it just wasnt too many. They have clothes carts you can use and a card machine where you can load money into a card to swipe in the dryer/washers. There is also a laundry drop off service, which I think is cool too! They will do your laundry for you. The prices are kind of high here though. I paid $5.01 to wash my king sized comforters and $3.37 to dry it. I was here for 1 hour to get it washed and dried. Not too bad! I dont usually go to different laundry mats so I am not sure if this pricing is typical or not. lol

Very big. Very clean. Some dryers have issues. Tell the staff. Used to be 24 hours. Too many people were trying to sleep there. Hours now 0600 hours to 2359 hours except on Friday and Saturday when they close at 0100 hours. Some staff understands English.

I was told by old Spanish lady that works here after telling her that one of their machines door was not working that we as customer broke them in a rude manner... other machine gave me error after I paid and they checked that it charged my card but still took a long time for them to refund me the amount... there is a really bad customer service going on this place

Place is clean but I have worked in a laundromat before and when there’s an issue with a machine we simply fixed it and paid for the wash. Well that happened and they were like when you noticed the issue you should have said something ??? How was I suppose to know it wasn’t going to wash properly??? Nice service

Twice they claimed that they could not do a wash and fold same day because they were busy. The 2nd time even after calling the previous day and being told a 5hr lead time was all that was needed and attempting to do a drop off in the morning. Why advertise a same day service if it cannot be offered. It may be an issue of management needing to talk with their frontline service personnel.

We are really disappointed on speedy laundry because we had money in our Laundry card and try to buy soap for my clothes and the lady told me that machine is not working and I tell her I had money on my card and I need soap to wash my clothes she kept on saying no, and she said come back tomorrow, it will work tomorrow shes suppose to find the solution if I dont want to come back in this laundry they dont give your money back 😡😡😡😡😡
