HORRIBLE. Well let me rewind. The representative that initially helped me was a very friendly young lady. I was renting a car for 1 day while my car was in the shop. When I walked around the truck which was supposedly an upgrade, was dirty...COMPLETELY. marks ALL over the white truck. But for 1 day fine. The next day I called to let them know I would be late returning, the gentleman told me no issue and no extra fees beyond then 1 day rental. I get there and checked out, and what happened, they charged me for 2 days. I addressed it with no resolve...still charged for a 2 day rental on a beat up rental. Enterprise has been my familys go to place for rental for YEARS, this experience definitely will be pushing me to another rental company in the area. This is ridiculous! The rental car I received was dirty and had an odor when I got in it. It was probably one of worse car rentals I have ever gotten. The young lady was nice that dropped off car at Criswell. I would not rent from this location.

I rented a car a few weeks ago for a work trip.I picked the car up early morning when it was still dark out. The inside of the rear window and the front window were pretty dirty, cloudy almost. I could barely see out of either. I dont know if youve driven on I80 through rural VA while its dark, but clean windows are kinda essential to vision and avoiding a wreck. The interior of the windows appeared as though they hadnt been cleaned in quite sometime. Not only is this unsanitary during a PANDEMIC, its also uunsafe. Also, there were several spiders in the vehicle.

My family had a wonderful, stress free trip using one of Entnerprise rental cars.I truly appreciate the facts that the cars are well conditioned and inexpensive to rent. It also included many perks and my favorite is the senior discount. I just can’t believe this a enterprise plus member means nothing walked in trying to rent a vehicle and the answer is NO and kicking me out even after I said I have no car I came here especially to rent a vehicle not even help with finding available cars in other locations absolutely horrible enterprise has really gone down hill do not rent from them.

Overall decent experience. I was called a day prior to my rental to confirm my rental which I thought was good. On the day of, my car was almost an hour late. No offers to upgrade or free tank or gas or discounts like I’ve received with other companies.

Brandon and his team are amazing! Best customer service hands down. This place has got to be my favorite location and I would highly recommend doing business with them. Very professional and will go the extra mile to make sure your fully satisfied.

I am a fairly young and new driver, so I did the reservation online. The price seemed fair for a weekend then when I went to pick up the car, there was a lot of added fees that I though were already included but were not. I waited a little bit so they could clean it but when I got it, it did not look clean. It just looked like they rinsed it with water because the inside was not clean and it had an odd smell. But the people working there were really nice and helpful. I was in a hurry so I couldn’t make the complaints right there and then.

Every experience Ive had with renting a vehicle through Enterprise has been a very pleasant one. The Customer Service Representatives over the phone are always professional and attentive to meeting my transportation needs and wants. The Enterprise staff onsite at the location I patronize are always polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The vehicles I request have always been available; but if I change my mind at the last minute its never a problem. I will continue to patronize Enterprise Rent-A-Car and refer my friends and family due to the outstanding customer service over the phone and in person, and availability of a nice fleet of vehicles.

I booked thru carrentals.com- My wife was moving from Boston to Maryland. I booked a midsize SUV SIMILAR TO RAV-4. When I went at the location to pick up on 12/22/20 evening 17:00 hrs. Firstly, car was late. A unpleasant surprise was greeted when they gave me Nissan Kick which has 32ft3 space and justified it as mid size suv similar to Rav4 which has 60 ft3 boot space.On top of that, when I explained my problem to one of the gentlemen over the office, he was shrewd to tell me they dont care for what reason I have booked the car. I had to leave 4 boxes worth of luggage back in Boston and throw it. This was a pathetic service I ever experienced in my entire life in USA.I was handed a fuel tank with 332 miles left in it and I returned the car with a full tank [407 miles fuel] at 446 N Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, Maryland, 20877-2416. I specifically informed that I need to be refunded for the difference of miles, the lady kindly said yes. When I see the charges, it wasnt refunded!!!I raised many tickets, I dont have the receipt or rental agreement emailed to me but no body listened! Most unethical and unpleasant service experience ever. I will never recommend or use ur services in future. Goodbye forever!!!!

Merrill greeted me by name when I first entered. I was in and out in a matter of minutes (with COVID-friendly practices and PPP).Merrill was efficient, professional, organized, and thoughtful.She and the entire team at 466 N. Frederick Ave. create an unexpected space where customer service is simply second nature.People make the experience, and Enterprise certainly knows how to choose them.

I always get great service from Enterprise. I rented for two weeks to go car shopping and get errands done. I was given a Dodge Durango and loved the vehicle so much I bought one. The Durango was clean, staff wore masks, friendly, and always helpful.

I believe his name was Brandon, the manager, he is customer service. He served me quickly, got me the car I wanted, and made sure I was happy at the end of my trip. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a car rental. The car was brought out vacuumed, washed, and cleaned. I will be returning to this location for all my car rental needs.

Unfortunately on my last rent I was driving around 20 minutes and i got a yellow light, I couldnt anyone because was around 1:00 am, the problem was the coolant when I checked it was under the minimum level, actually didnt have coolant. I had to get it by myself. I called the office the next day to let him know and they only told me that I have to get it by my self and they will be paid of me, they never did it but is not the complain, the complaint is Enterprise gave me a car in bad condition putting in risk my family safety.

The rental car was good and the pickup/dropoff was convenient and prompt. Billing was simple and correct. All around a very good experience.

Nice people but rental kind of expensive. No discount even if you rent the car for almost a month. They should work on that.I had to exchange one of the car I had because of breaks issues. And when you want to drop the car at another location, they charge you $70.

I would give them zero star if possible. Received a call from them 10 days after returning my rental asking me when I’m planning on returning the rental vehicle. The representative claims they don’t have any record of the return. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I have rented from enterprise for about 20 years but this was the first time at this location. I called in a complaint to another location whose manager said he would put in a request for this locations manager to call me. I didn’t receive a call instead I got an 80 charge to my card. So I froze the card and called in another complaint and still no one called me I did not know where the latch was to put gas in the car so I ran out of gas at 11:00 pm at night in the middle of Baltimore. I waited on hold for about an hour. It took about twenty minutes for the call and I had to wait fifty nine minutes for someone to bring the gas. At exactly one hour I get a call and the delivery guy was at the wrong location. The dispatcher put in the wrong address. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes. The second dispatcher was looking for reasons not to send the gas. I was scared and alone in the middle of the night and they could careless. Not once did they tell me there would be a cost and on top of that they want to charge me 110 dollars for that terrible service. If the had told me that I would have called triple a. It has been two weeks since my initial complaint and still no one has called me to rectify the situation. I have never had an issue with enterprise that was not immediately addressed. This location sucks and because of it I will never rent from them again. I also discovered Nextcar rental which is less expensive and hertz rented me a vehicle for 14 dollars a day. Both places prove to be less expensive than enterprise.

The staff go above & beyond to always help us. The manager Brandon is the best. This is the only location we will go to in the area.

Kudos to Enterprise for providing the training and selecting the right people. I think the Gaithersburg store on 355 are the best of all the ones Ive been in over the years. They deserve a raise!

Wonderful and hassle-free rental experience. They didnt give me any trouble about getting my deposit back, and had me in and out of there in under ten minutes. They even gave me a ride back to my house afterward since I didnt have anyone to drive me home. They also had complimentary donuts and coffee! Super friendly, too.

Very good staff and experience. The staff had me in and out for both my pick-up and drop-off in less than 5 minutes, and were very friendly and informative. I also had to keep the rental a few extra days and the staff was very lenient and understanding. After the drop-off they quickly whisked me over to the service center. Will certainly be back if I need another rental.

I rented a full size car for a week not knowing how many days I actually needed it. I also requested an extra insurance I didnt need. They were very gracious and helpful in taking the extra insurance off for the remaining days, and I ended up returning the car earlier than I thought. Good customer service, very helpful to customers to get a rental car and go. The only cons is when car insurance is involved the process is a bit longer. Representatives for car insurance should be there to help with the process. Also there needs to be a area for customer parking there isnt that much.

We have taken a rental but the car has some problem for which we want a replacement. Despite visiting multiple times they are just giving assurance and sending us back without replacing. Although the staff is polite but this attitude is wrong. all the time they say they dont have any SUV available but it is hard to understand how does a car rental work if they do not have any SUV available. Moreover searching on their online portal is shows they have the availability and even talking for a new rental they assured to give a new car but when it comes to replacement they are empty handed.

I was very disappointed when I rented from Enterprise last weekend the gentleman that helped me was awesome but I had an emergency and had to keep the car for one more day so when I called and to do that I spoke with the branch manager Brandon Hoscin and he hung the phone up on me because I was trying to get a better deal than what they were offering which was $50 a day I believe and I was trying to ask him could I use my Enterprise points I had over 500 points he was basically saying he didnt know if I had the point so we might as well say I was lying and then he ended up hanging the phone up on me. I called the main headquarters of Enterprise still have not received a call back yet about this issue I hope theyre not trying to cover up their own hopefully they will get in touch with me about his performance and the way he acted which was very unprofessional and being a branch manager there is no excuse for this type of behavior.

Location was perfect for return. Car was good size for the short rental period needed. Team were superb in service delivery. will definitely use them again for personal rental when need arise.

Ive rented cars from here several times for the company I work for and they were great! Nicole in particular provided excellent costumer service and was extremely enthusiastic about Enterprise. They also provided a complimentary ride back to my house without my even asking and the driver was very friendly and warm. Love this place!

I have never had a rental place ask for references in order to rent a car. Yes, they can refuse a debit card or charge a higher deposit, but these people wanted me to provide names and phone numbers of coworkers to verify my identity despite having a license with a current address in the state I was renting, insurance, proof of employment and a work ID on hand. I told him I had no ability to provide that to him being a single person newer to the area and had I known ahead of time I would have just brought my credit card. I just wanted to pay cash for the whole trip.I called before coming to verify my appointment and payment method and none of that was provided to me over the phone as a requirement. And, their corporate office had no written information that stated this is their policy. Seemed really shady since I never have had to do that at other rental car offices.I was definitely upset because Im renting the car to go see my aunt who is soon to be transitioning due to her battle with breast cancer. I think what made me even more upset was the fact that one of the employees began to laugh as I became upset. Im telling you Im trying to go see a dying family member and your response is to laugh.Thankfully I was able to use another office that didnt make me give references to prove my identity with a state issued ID. Just not good business practice to assume your consumer is a flight risk when they are giving you legitimate verification. At a minimum, I would have brought a credit card with me instead had I know this was policy upfront.

What can I say about this enterprise location? Well 5 stars is not enough. I’ve been renting with enterprise for a long time. And I’ve had bad experiences along the way. I have been renting here at least twice a month since September. And let me tell you. I never worry! They are just some the most amazing folks you’ve ever met. They are respectful and always look towards helping the customer. The manager, Brandon, wow he is always so jovial and just takes the stress out of renting cars that are there usually in most other places. And then there is Ricky, wow. He always makes sure the customer is satisfied when renting and returning. This type of service is lost nowadays, but this branch is just amazing. I really don’t have more words to talk about them. If you want to rent a car, go to this location. I mean it. I don’t remember the names of a couple of others, but they are all great! I usually have weird requests when booking a car, and they all make sure I get the color of car I want!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Center is located in Gaithersburg MD. It is a located on North Frederick Avenue and is visible from the road in normal traffic. The center is bright and spacious. Service was prompt and very efficient. We were able to get the class of vehicle we requested. The agent took us to our vehicle and explained the essentials. We were very satisfied.

I love Enterprise. Ive been a rewards members for a while and I love their vehicle selection and services. If ever you experience a glitch while traveling, the staff is there to work out a solution, plus offices work well together across states - VERY helpful. I will always use Enterprise.

I have rented more than a dozen and dozens of cars from Enterprise over the years and now they have lost a loyal customer thanks to this branch. The guy wouldnt even pull up my history to see that I am a loyal customer and said I cannot let you get a car smh this needs to be addressed in a more professional manner.

This location is fantastic!!! I was stuck at work late one evening and could not make it to the office to get my rental before they closed. They said not a problem and brought my rental to me. When I dropped the car off, they shuttled me to where I needed to go. Awesome customer service!!!

Eh... they did their job, picked me up and brought me to the location, gave me a car. No complaints. Cant say that the folks at this location were the warmest bunch. That last star would be for superior customer service, the conversations with the folks here were transactional rather than warm.

Staff picked me up and waited for me even when we didnt have direct contact.Friendly staff and the office is run professionally.I loved my car. It was so comfortable and fun to drive. Great on gas.Returning was simple and the staff drove me back home.

Convenient location right off of 355. The people there are very friendly, even on a day after a major holiday when they were slammed with customers. I appreciate that they are able to come pick customers up and bring them to their location to get a rental car.

Efficient service. clean car. Limited pick up and delivery radius ( 2 miles?) due to other Enterprise stations in the area. Be sure to check on this limitation before renting. There is an ability to return car to another location but at extra drop off fee of $25 .

I am a frequent rental car customer and Enterprise always deliver what they promised. Someone called me 3days into my rental to find out if I had any problem with the car. That was very encouraging. After, I dropped of the car I got a call from the agent to go over my bill. Really nice team.

Due to an accident I was in, my insurance issued me a rental from this branch and I could not ask for better customer service with Joseph! He went above and beyond to remedy an issue I had with a neighboring branch in Rockville, whom picked up the rental return from the International Collision Center, that was trying to charge me additional fees! My experience with this particular branch, in Gaithersburg, was flawless! Ask for Joseph, if possible!!!

Professional employee who assisted me but, ultimately I would give this place 3 1/2 stars. I used to rent from here with the old group of guys years ago. This time, I found trash under driver seat, floss by the side van door and trash inside a compartment. I also noticed, when checking out that the manager was getting frustrated with a disgruntled customer and basically ended the phone call with unhappy manner. This office seems to lack manpower also. Wish them luck!

Extremely slow to pick up rental car after usage. Didn’t seem to care about the urgency that I had. The Snouffer School Road location is MUCH MUCH better than Frederick Road. 😡

I usually have a really good experience with Enterprise but I was disappointed with my last rental. The car was given to me quite dirty, I had to clean the interior windows and all of the mirrors when I got home before I could consider driving it anywhere. Also, the carpet was ripped under my feet on the drivers side. I told them this before I left their lot and they said they knew about it but they didnt have floor mats. My feet were constantly getting caught in the carpet, both in tennis shoes and in sandals. This was not a last minute rental so I feel an appropriate car should have been set aside for my reservation, one in tip top shape.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise. It was for business and my company carries full coverage insurance. I was involved in an accident, 100% the other drivers fault, with a local Deputy ada witness. I contacted the insurance company, and then I contacted Enterprise. Well, long story short, Enterprise charged $500.00 to my credit card for an insurance deductible. They had called me to ask for my permission, which I did not give and told them they did NOT have permission to take $500 from my account. They did it any ways. There is no mention/statement on any of the documentation given to me at the time of my rental - or since then! Do NOT rent from Enterprise period.Mark K.

The female assistant manager was not customer friendly, every response was cold and dry. Actually saw a customer walk out because of her attitude, he was a ready consumer but you could see he was turned off. I was told my car was getting cleaned after waiting 30 min it was dirty still. Not to mention I found a slice of cheese in the passenger side of the car, and was given the car barley any gas. The female assistant manager falsely represented herself as the branch manager when I asked to speak to a manager. The only bright spot was the Branch manager who explained everything thoroughly about the disconnect and discounted the cost because their card was declined for gas. Overall bad experience.

Used this location through a car dealer. A loaner while my car was being repaired. The staff is friendly and professional. Went over the paperwork in detail and visually inspected the car before I took the car. A good, quick experience.
