I found my nail place! My nail tech Cody does such an amazing job with powder dip and pedicures. The prices are very reasonable. My powder dip nails last up to 4 weeks with no cracking. Pro nails has an array of powdered colors with gel colors to match. You can go on IG find a nail design that you like and they are able to replicate it.Appointments are necessary but definitely encouraged.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! Made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. Waited over 3 hours! The guy stopped doing my nails to start someone else’s. Tracy kept saying she was almost done but almost never came. I had to ask her three times to see if someone else could do my nails by the time someone did help me she did so horrible and still charged me $60 for the nails & $60 for the worst pedicure!! I will never come back here again and I do not recommend anyone else spending their good hard earned money here. They were very unprofessional every single time I asked a question they would act like I wasn’t talking to them or just ignore me.

Wont go back. My sister, cousin and I went for pedicures. We were seated immediately which was nice. The lady who sat use started getting things ready when I went to my chair and was putting my feet in the foot tub the water was cold. I told her this and she ignored me. The water was cold! She finally came over checked the water an finally emptied it an put in hot water. The whole process was uncomfortable for all 3 of us. Took over 90 minutes to get our toes done and each of us had our own tech. The tech who did my toes was nice, but ruff. Was constantly digging his nails into my feet. When he was scrubbing my my feet, he scrubbed! Damaged the skin on the back of my heal and clipped me a couple of times when trimming my cuticles. Oh and they did not wear their mask. Over all the experience was bad but on the bright side our toes look ok.

First and last time coming here! The older guy did a gel pedicure for me. He could barely see and/or speak English. I asked multiple times for him to fix the shape of my toes to be straight. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I went in with almost an hour until close on Memorial Day weekend. I had a specific design in mind and the colors and I was ready to go! Tracy was the lovely nail tech I had the pleasure of being paired with. Not only did she make sure I had a wonderful first experience (and will most certainly be returning in the future 👌🏽), but my nails were BEAUTIFUL. I left with a full set of glow in the dark coffin nails that have received so many compliments. They’re not super thick.. very sturdy and she’s very precise when coloring the nail and adding detail. Thank you Tracy for the nail care and my eyebrows. I definitely recommend this salon.

My friend and I went and got acrylics done by Tracy and Lowrie and they did a great job regardless of us walking in last minute. Tony also was helping and did an amazing job. I highly recommend they look very professional and well done :)

Some times I go and they do the most amazing job. This last time I went a few days ago though, the lady who did my spa pedi cut my toe open while scrubbing my feet and then the job she did on the polish and stuff I could have let my children do and it would have looked better. Then I got a full set done by another lady who was constantly up and down going back and forth between me and another lady do my nails and the acrylic is so thin that within a few days multiple nails are cracking and breaking. I honestly dont know if I will ever waste my money again in this place

My experience here was great! My friend and I went in before close and they still helped us. My first nail tech was nice, but didnt do my nails very well. My friends nail tech, Tracy, is a nail goddess. My friends nails were flawless, and when I asked her if she could reshape mine she went above and beyond. She didnt just reshape, but she even repainted them for me, even though it was way past closing time. Tracy is truly the best in the business, I would recommend her to anyone! I will for sure be returning!

This by far was the best experience I ever had. I came 30 minutes before closing and they stayed late and completed everything I wanted. They treated me as if I was a regular with an appointment at 2pm lol. They took their time and was so kind.

I asked for a mani/ pedi the pedi was prefect but when I went to get my mani done they thought I wanted acrylics but I didnt I said mani 4 times then my mani didnt come out like it was supposed to be the color I wanted horrible work on my mani and spent over 100$ when it should have been 80$ so dont know where that extra money went but never going there again worst experience ever

Where to start. I had a friend recommend this nail shop to me because my original nail shop was booked out and I just needed a quick Gel set. I called and made my appointment and was told to come in. when I got there I was taken back right away to start soaking off my nails. the lady who was supposed to do my nails was busy and I was willing to wait but the an older man said that he can start for me .let me just say the whole experience for me was AWFUL. He asked did I want a manicure and when I stated yes he seemed to be Irritated so I just said never mind. He didnt take the old nail/Acryl dip off my nails and left the black nail polish staining around my cuticles, when I asked him to cut them short he seemed irritated with that as well. I asked to see two different colors on my nails just to see how they looked with my skin tone and that was a bother too. then what really did it for me was when I asked him to please file my nail evenly he acted as if he could not hear me. with the gel top coat he missed the sides of my nail completely .I just truly had a bad experience over all. normally I dont do this but the way I was treated at this visit was uncalled for. Moral of this post is ladies SPEAK UP if you dont like something because its what were paying for.

Worst experience that Ive ever had. Nails are all different sizes different colors/hues lumpy and just an overall wreck. My toes are god awful too. No topcoat and they smudged them and didnt fix it. There is Tons of acrylic underneath my nails to the point where it is painful.high upset and disappointed that I paid $85 dollars for this

First visit today. Tracy fitted me in and I’m very satisfied with my nails. She works fast, but nice and neat. She really takes pride in her work.she is very nice and make sure she does what you want. This definitely will be my new nail shop. Also now I have relocated to another state. Tracy was doing my nails and I really felt like sometimes my nails will look better than other times. Sometimes they wouldn’t last that long as well. She is a good nail tech. But sometimes I feel she gets too comfortable.

The pedicure was excellent. The manicure not so much. They didnt even clean up my cuticles or moisturized my hands afterwards. Its qas clean up paint done.

First visit and I was surprised they were open on the 4th. The service was great and the playlist was amazing.

Overpriced!I got a tangerine pedicure which was advertised as 28$ now given I did get gel, but it was 43$! I have never seen it be that much of an increase. Not to mention, my nail tech didn’t wear a mask and there was barely any spacing between me and the next client. Also, they stand over you when you pay.... I didn’t find them very professional and won’t be returning. As for the actual work performed, she did a relatively good job and was efficient with time but I didn’t get anything fancy.

I am very pleased with Tracy’s work every time My daughter and I come in. She is very professional and goes above and beyond for me and my vision always.!

If I could put zero stars I would!! The absolute worst nail experience I have ever had! First she completely messed up my nail shape, second I asked for a very simple white and pink nail design and she couldn’t do it so I settled for something else and the lines came out horrible I asked her just to remove my nails I was not happy with them and I would go somewhere else but she insisted no she would fix and they still came out very horrible especially for the price I get my nails done all the time this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had!!

Horrible experience! The manager, Tracey was extremely rude to her staff and customers. They were very busy but she kept taking customers and rushed through everyone so guess how great the jobs were. She got into arguments with her staff and customers. I went Sunday with my girlfriend. We both got gel mani and pedi done. By the next day, her gel polish was peeling and on the third day I had three peeling... didnt even make it to the end of the week! Do not go here! So disappointed. $65 for a two day polish. 😓😵‍💫

I was greeted by a very nice gentleman upon walking into the salon who offered to do my manicure and pedicure. After an exchange between the manager Tracey and my technician another technician was sent over to do my manicure while he finished my pedicure. He did an excellent job on my pedicure, she however did a terrible job on my manicure. Tracey, the angry manager offered me a five dollar discount because I was dissatisfied with my manicure.

This place is amazing. Tony does a great job. Pretty much all of them are fantastic at pedicures. I love this place!

I have been here over two hours for nail removal and manicure . This is for sure the last time I come here . Very unprofessional unpleasant and worst manicure I have ever gotten. I am about to ask them to reshape them or for a file tempted to just leave now.

Very unprofessional, had me waiting for a very long time and then rushed through my full set. did not care at all and i asked multiple times for her to fix things but it’s hard to fix nails this bad without her starting over with a complete new set. would not recommend nor will i be coming back.

Went on Friday 2/9 in the morning, first time in. They did an acrylic fill & gel polish & a gel polish change on my toes. The lady who did my nails was yelling at someone else the entire time & seemed rushed. She did my acrylic fill & put the gel color on without a base coat, I asked if it needed the base coat & she said “with acrylic you don’t need that, only natural nails need a base” I’ve never heard this before, but ok. She shaped them & at the time I thought they were fine but after leaving I realized they were crooked on 2 fingers & uneven on most. The gel began chipping Sunday 2/7, then shortly after the acrylic cracked completely down the middle on one nail & you can see hair line cracks in the others. I’ve been getting acrylic done for years on & off & I’ve never experienced it breaking within days of getting it done. I paid $60 with a tip for both services & while it seemed to be higher than most places, I was ok with that for the convenience of the location but now that my nails are pretty much ruined 3 days after getting them done. My toes were done by a man, he was very quick & did a great job & they look good.

Mrs. Tracy was so kind to me I dont leave the house much because of my autoimmune disease. She made me feel so special. She is so kind and cares so much. Was very cautious for my my needs. She did my nails and lashes both perfect thank you:) I always will go back.

Pedicure by Long was fine, nothing spectacular, but fine. The acrylics were an absolute nightmare. When I walked into the salon, I mentioned to the woman who greeted me that I was a nail biter. I said that I wanted acrylics, but I wasnt sure if my nail bed was sufficient--she looked at them and said they were fine. Long applied three tips before he decided he could not complete the job for whatever reason (I will never know why, because he spoke only to another woman in Vietnamese about me, which was incredibly rude and made me extremely self-conscious). After sitting in limbo for ten minutes, another tech took over and rushed through the job. She attempted to charge me an extra $5 for shaping the nails, but backed down presumably when she saw the look of disbelief on my face. This seems like it should come standard with a set of acrylics? She made me pay for the service before it was complete, which should have been a red flag. She began painting on a French tip until I stopped her as I only wanted a solid color. I never stated that I wanted French tips to anyone in the salon. Upon reviewing my receipt once I got home, I noticed that I was upcharged for a French paint job when I clearly chose a solid color--because they made me pay while doing my nails, I couldnt really review the service breakdown. The quality shows in the photos: sloppy paint, uneven texture, poor shape at the ends and at the cuticles, acrylic on my cuticles, topped with rushed, rude service. I will not be returning. If you want nice acrylics, head to Lea at Nails by Lea--she does much better work and communicates with you throughout the entire process.

Tracy is the bomb!My daughters highly recommended that I try her this time.She is now my new goto nail tech. I came in for a fill and new nail design. She got me right in, was gentle and made sure the shape of nail was perfect. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Thank you Tracy and Pro Nails staff for a great experience!

Where to start? First of all many of the staff members are not wearing face mask, they are not following any of the CDC guidelines, the place is dirty and they are most definitely not keeping clients 6 feet apart. They even give you no privacy when you pay as they look at you when placing your pin. I would not recommend this place, and hope they get some kind of punishment for not following CDC guidelines.

They did not inform me that 1 person would be working on both of us extending our time at the salon. Then the gal doing our feet did not wipe off the oil well enough off my nails and none of the polished stuck to my nails.

Went in for a Mani-Pedi. Pedi went great, then was seated at Mani station. I waited for about 15 minutes before being passed around to 3 different employees. That was fine, as I could see everyone was busy. The problem was that the manicure consisted of polish removed and nails cut and trimmed then new polish added. There was no pampering, hand massage or lotion. So, when I went to check out I was charged $28 for the pedicure (which I picked from the menu) and $20 for the manicure. I feel the price for the manicure was too high and usually there is a combo price at other salons. Afterward, I went to their website and the basic manicure listed is $15 and includes lotion and massage. Although the price isnt huge, I feel it is unprofessional and bad business to change prices and services without discussing with the client. I went to treat myself to your services because I had a bad day and needed to treat myself, but instead your bad customer service just added to my bad day.

I went here for the first time and moving forward I will continue to go here! I was sat down immediately as a walk in and she immediately realized the imperfections and problems I had with my set of nails from another nail salon. She immediately worked on re shaping them and making sure the old acrylic wasnt thick. She constantly asked what I wanted and ensured throughout the set I enjoyed the nails thus far. My nails came out lovely and the price is reasonable.

One master did my pedicure and it was fine. Then I was abandoned by this master and it took a while to get the other one to work on my hand nails and tbh that was a bad decision. The worst manicure I’ve ever had. The nail polish came out less than 24hrs after it was done. My nails look like if I were scratching a wall for a hike and wasn’t at a salon just yesterday.

I was looking for somewhere to get my eyelash extensions done, I came across pro nails and spa and decided to give them a try. My lashes were done by Tracy who was extremely kind and accommodating! She did a wonderful job at a great price !

Tracy can do nails but she’s too rude and aggressive. Highly recommend Joseph and sweet Jenny. 💗

Sloppy job and took forever.

Tracie always does a perfect job and it’s always for such a great price! This valentines set was a fill and less than $40 with the designs on 2 fingers and all. Great service and my nails always last 3+ weeks.

Tracy and her team always take such good care of me! No matter the day or time, they find a way to perform the service I need - and usually, because of my busy schedule - Im walking in last-minute and needing something done ASAP (oops!). Somehow, they make it work and even go above and beyond. My nails always look great and last at least two weeks!

I wanted to write this review in case there is someone out there looking to try a new nail place like myself. I chose Pro nails because of its proximity to my home, and was excited about having such a convenient location. Unfortunately that is where the positive attributes end. When I walked in the door I was not greeted for a full 20 minutes. I never expect to be seated immediately when I walk in as I understand I do not have an appointment. However, not one of the workers even came up to ask me what I was there for for a full 20 min. Finally someone came over and directed me to a chair where I waited another 10 minutes. When I sat down I noticed how unclean the salon was. My station had trash and used water bottles all over it, and the worker did not even bother to clean it off for me when he sat me down. Additionally, due to covid-19, I noticed that all the stations where other customers were seated had plexiglass walls, while mine did not. Its not that I felt the plexiglass would do much to protect me, but it seemed odd that I was the only customer sat without one . Finally someone came over to me and began to work on my nails, or so I thought. After filing down my nails he told me that someone else would come over to help me. Another 10 minutes go by and now the woman who looks to be in charge has moved onto two other customers who were there before me. Of course this makes sense, so I assumed that I was waiting for another employee to get to me when they were done. Instead, a man walked in from the parking lot and was directed to sit down and do my nails. He seemed confused as to what he was doing, and the woman even had to direct him as to which bottles were the base/top coat etc. He even admitted that he had no idea where anything was. I felt that this was odd but I assumed that he had been called in on his day off. When it was time to sand down my dip powder he told me he needed to go get his tools which he pulled out of his car in the parking lot. As for the actual nails... well you can guess where I am going with this. I prefer more natural nails, which is what I explained to the tech. From there he filed down my nails so that my nail bed was actually exposed, and continued to tell me that I keep my nails to short. He was sloppy in his dip powder application which led to me having solidified powder around my fingers when I left. He also did not smooth down the edge of the dip powder which has left me with literal squares for nails.The moral of this story is that you should find another salon. I had hoped that I would have found a convenient and affordable option but in the future I will be sure to pay more at a reputable salon.

Pro Nail and Spa is the place to be. Tracy, Cat, and the entire Pro Nail crew....wow..they are awesome! I was going out of town and needed my nails done right away! I couldnt get to Tracy because of time! So I decided to go to Hip Hop Nails....worst mistake of my life! While sitting in the chair watching this dude mess up my nails, I was screaming...I MISS TRACY!!!! No one else will do my nails but Tracy! Pro Nails and Spa is to be! I give this place 5 👍👍👍👍👍!!!

I came here about a year ago for my lashes! I asked for a full volume set and was charged extra for a fuller volume look which I didn’t mind! I showed the picture of a full fluffy set of volume lashes what I got was nothing like the picture and was actually a classic set! I didn’t know the difference back then so she told me I just didn’t have enough natural lashes for the “look”! I’m now a certified lash tech and know the difference! There was one single lash extension per natural lash not fans which is what volume consists off! I have pictures for proof of my “volume “ set! I do not recommend for lashes! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they did a good job on eyebrow waxing.

I made an appointment for 3:30 pm and they were already working on me before my appointment time since I arrived early! I appreciate how prompt and sweet they were. They also accepted walk-ins for nails and lashes and probably other services, but I recommend an appointment because they started getting busy.The place was clean and offered many services and colors. Tracy was my nail artist and she dedicated so much time to giving me a perfect manicure and stunning nail art. She was able to replicate a picture I showed her from Pinterest and added her own unique touches for a stunning result. She was accommodating and patient with all my requests and gave me exactly what I wanted. Another client next to me also had trouble finding a salon that would do a black acrylic fill and Pro Nails & Spa took her in right away and gave her what she wanted after she wasted her time at two other salons.I will absolutely be back, it is worth the 25 minute drive from my home!!

This place wasn’t busy and provided great customer service. They had a great selection of colors and “spa” options. I like the atmosphere and always enjoy my visits.

Joseph did a great job on my gel manicure. Defintely will request him in the future! The guy who did my pedicure did everything out of order and had to be told so by a fellow nail specialist so he could correct it.Side note: It looks like they sell hair bundles. Regular black color is reasonably price depending on length, but colored ones are going to cost a grip.

The experience at this nail salon started off okay. My services included a fill-in with two nail repairs and my toes polished, both with gel polish. In about 2.5 hours I was done and out the door. Unfortunately I would be back three times...2 days after....followed by 3 days later...and 2 days later. All three times for two nails breaking, one of them broke twice. Both nails were brand new and not filled in originally, hence the nail repairs. Although I wasnt charged the three times I went back I informed the owner that it was terrible customer service and an inconvenience to keep coming back because the nail salon was 30 minutes from my home...I felt like I should be compensated some way...she said it was nothing she could do. I informed her that them fixing my nails wasnt not a favor to me because I paid for the service the first time...$75!! & its their fault it wasnt done right the first time! I waited an hour and a half to get my nail repaired the third time...I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

DO NOT GO TO JOSEPH!!!!! I can not speak for the other nails techs but Joseph cut me and my friend resulting in infections. He works too fast and does not care about the quality of his work. Not even 24 hours later one of my nails had broke (UPDATE: 48 hours later another nail broke) and when I went to go get it repaired I couldnt remember the number of the polish I had used, so he rudely said I dont know either, you figure it out, and walked away rudely and did not return for 10 minutes. I ultimately did not find the exact color for which he got mad at me for, but he was able to find a very similar color in 1 minutes that he couldve done from the start instead of being so rude. I also showed him the infection on another one of my nails while he was doing the repair, so he could be aware of it and he kept denying that the infection came from him even though I have never had a nail infection before and he had cut my cuticles the day before. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! **** As for there response I will not be doing business there anymore and I did discuss my concerns with Joseph and he ignored them. Was more concerned with personal phone calls than the quality of my nails and the customer service provided. ****

It was good to finally get my feet done. I just hate that everyone now uses that grader thing. But all was well.

I went to Pro Nails for the first time yesterday. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the location. The technician brought out new sealed tools and it’s obvious health and safety is a top priority. My technician was Katt, who was kind, professional and did an excellent job on my toes. She recommended a polish combination that turned out beautiful. I have sensitive toes/feet and she was gentle. I would highly recommend her services. I will be returning.

I called ahead and made an appointment for a gel manicure and it was my first time going there. I chose this place because their website specifically stated that they use sterile instruments (which was confirmed during my appointment) and thats important to me. Janet was the one who performed my manicure and she was awesome! She was nice to talk to and was meticulous with her work. She did seem a little stressed because the owner was pushing her to take more clients on her schedule (walk ins) and she already had a full day of appointments. There were lots of walk ins while I was here so maybe they should hire more staff? My manicure was great the staff were friendly so I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Best nail place Ive ever been to

Guess you have to be a “somebody” to them in order to get any attention at this place. I literally had people walk in AFTER me and get service BEFORE me. Infuriating. As someone who works in the cosmetology/nails/hair/makeup/waxing world, I didn’t appreciate that at all.I sat for over an hour........BUT I will say after I finally got service, Kevin took amazing care of me. He definitely turned my visit around. I love my nails. He didn’t even hurt my cuticles, which often happens to me. He was very careful and precise. I will come back specially for him.Thank you, Kevin.

I love going to this nail salon!!! I’ve been going there for the past two years, I’ve never been disappointed. And Tracy did a major transformation on my eyebrows. I love my eyebrows now. No one can do my eyebrows better than Tracy. They are very professional and kind to their customers.

Went in for a spa pedicure. They sat me in the chair and made me wait for 30 minutes before they even turned the water on. I asked the tech to cut my toenails short 3 times. Finally I got the clippers and just did it myself. She did not clean under my toenails at all. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SPEND YOUR MONY ELSE WHERE!!!!
