I stop by before and there was a young male running the front desk he wasnt so efficient, but today they were 100% on point TODAY but ya its all 💸🤑💸, .... I REALLY FEEL LIKE SHE SAVED MY LIFE tho. 😭 FYI the salon is decorated beautifully...

Ok so I like never leave reviews I love this place the best in Gainesville to me the staff is friendly and efficient Kenny is the go to guy for nails hes attentive and fast but not in a rush. Not to mention the prices are reasonable its worth driving from across town you wont be disappointed

Great salon. Went for a pedicure. Very friendly. Clean and pretty. Massage chairs were actually very enjoyable and relaxing, nothing crazy like some. My nail tech was thorough and gentle did a great massage. Would def recommend.

Went in for an overhaul of full gel nails & toes and a wax. I spent two pleasant hours there and left feeling greet.The shop is clean and bright. The products are in good repair and looked like they came out of what Im guessing is a sanitizing machine before being used on me.Vicky was super friendly and even though there was a steady stream of people, and I was a walk in, I never felt rushed.My nails look great and my wax is perfect.Memorial day weekend discount of 20% for being a veteran was a pleasant bonus at the end of my visit.

I am new to Gainesville (Ive come here only as a winter retreat). I first went to Fantastic Nails but they gave me an hour wait. So I went to Grand and it turned out to be a great decision. I got a pedicure. It was not busy. Holly worked on my toes very meticulously and with perfection. A lot of times I feel like the nail tech is rushing which usually leads to sloppiness. Not so with Holly. The chairs and equipment were very clean and up to par. I would certainly come here again.

I have gone 3 times now and David has always done my manicure and pedicures. I love this place!! The price is reasonable and they do great work. David always takes his time and makes sure I have a very relaxing time while I’m there!!

I made appointment with fancy on Saturday but she was not there and miss Kim attended me, really disappointed because nails was not painted correctly at all to the point I did not let her paint my toes, the atmosphere is great but she need to learn how paint nails better and if you go here make sure the change there gloves all the time

I love this place! After moving up from Miami I tried several places before this one in Gainesville with no luck. Sara is amazing as are the other nail techs. I have yet to have a bad experience! Every time I go I can expect my nails to look flawless and last at least 2 weeks (with gel).

This is the only place Ill go to get my nails done. The best pedicure in town, and Ive tried many. No matter who the tech is, they all seem to be consistent. Even lines and they dont make me bleed (always a plus)! Theyve always been very polite and have fair prices.

They take time for details regardless if its late. Listen to clients wants. Great color selection and very friendly.

BEWARE!! I was a regular here but the quality is going down. Got my gel done and the paint started chipping the third day. When I went back to show them the problem, they did not offer to fix it instead started talking to each other in foreign language right in front of me (very awkward) and one of the technicians blamed me for it. Not wanting to create a scene, I decided to pay them to fix “their bad job”!!Overall, bad experience. Wont be going there again EVER! I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Very nice place, basic customer service . Over priced pedicures ( only 2 to choose from ) and doesnt even include wax . Messes up your brows . Dont waste your money

Was a regular customer and the last couple times the quality was going downhill ...no consistency at all ...the top coat wouldn’t stay on ..they would make them really thick or really thin and they would break ...today I went to have my nails done after only a week due to them breaking and I left with my nails so jacked up that I’m not sure how long it will take to get them to grow out and be right ...do yourself a favor and find another place to have your nails doneUpdate ...i called and the owner repaired my nails, which Im happy about but i still wont go back, but at least she did the right thing

I returned to having a french nails because my nails just would not grow. I first had Ann whom I remembered from all those years ago. All was well and she quoted me $17.50 for refills. The original set was only $25. Then I get Tanya for a fill two weeks into my new nails and she charges me $30!!! Not only was that a bummer but within a couple days the acrylic started to come off at all the cornersThem there is the issue that they ignore the telephone so it is almost impossible to make an appointment. I would really like to go somewhere else but Im not sure where.

I have been deciding if i should review.I tried this place because of great reviews. So ill just tell my personal experience. I am a licensed cosmetologist and i have had many an acrylic manicure. So super nice lady. I Paid 40 dollars (plus ten tip). She immediately made me bleed but was very apologetic. Several times I had to jerk away so she would stop. I have never experienced pain so i should have known to just leave but anyway I just imagined how uncomfortable that would be and tried to calm down. my nails looked really nice. I asked for almond shaped and got something almond-y, but she politely refused to round the tips, flattening them. They hurt the entire first day and were swollen and sore by the second. It has been 8 days now and they dont actively hurt but they are still sore. Both of my pinky nails are gone already. One popped right off and the over cracked all the way down. I am tough on my nails but I have never had an acrylic. Fingernail pop off after a week. Nor have I had my hands ache aferwards. So please just be careful and pay attention.

All is in the innate ability, expertise, easy-going nature of the hair stylist. Minh, the owner has all three qualities.

Young man doing pedicure was more interested in his phone then doing my nails.

My nail tech was Kim-unprofessional, on her phone the majority of the time. Horrible paint job, took way too many breaks and cut me a couple times. Never going there again.

This was one of the worst experiences EVER. The nail tech proceeded to rip my acrylics off without warning! She just ripped them right off. When I yelped, she said she had to do it because they were getting water up under them... when she ripped the next one off, I got up and left. I dont care what anybody says, it DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PAINFUL! I will NOT GO BACK. The only reason I have it one star is because zero stars is not an option.
