Honestly, if there was a way they would get 0 stars for me. I came here for a pedicure and everything they did was wrong. They did sloppy work and it look awful. I didnt spend more than an hour when the nail polish that they put on me and the stones fell apart are badly painted! For $ 49 dollars a horrible service I do not recommend it at all ... lo

The pedicure was not worth the money. They do not put any pressure with the rub and my legs and feet did not feel any better when I left then when I came in. The manicure was not much better. They put nails on my wife that was worth it. My wife will go back for the nails but I will not be going back!!!

Got a pedi and had to go back the next day to get polish redone. Had to go today to a complete different spa to have them done right. Spent $70 for nothing and now another $60. This place should be closed.

Kim did my nails! She does amazing work and I was super happy with my festive nails! The price is quite reasonable as well!

Holly, is OUTSTANDING, I have been more than pleased with each and every visit.

The inside of the shop is very pretty, unfortunately the quality wasnt. They did not use sterilized tools for each customer. The tools had residue evident from previous filing and files retrieved from a plastic bag, then tossed back in after finishing. The brush also was not fresh. The tenant had difficulty applying the nail tip powder, so changed to a lighter pink product, which she was able to work. White from previous tips (King Nails in Missouri) was not covered on the edges and the white remained visible. I requested a gold line, but did not like it because the color did not look good with the light nail tip. After finishing the top coat, the division at the bed was very visible and looked very tacky. I called it to her attention and she blamed it on the lifting of the previous application and did not attempt to correct. I said she should at least discount the service, because I have and can done better myself untrained. I am sadly displease with the quality of work! I was hoping to find a local salon that used sterilized tools and good quality. I would not recommend this salon with the experience I received.

Absolutely awful customer service. I went in just to get my nail fixed which could have easily taken 5 minutes, and the nail tech told me to go back to the place where I had gotten my nails done originally. Extremely rude and unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I always get my eyebrows waxed here and they do an excellent job no matter who does them ! And the one time I got my nails done here they were very pretty 😁

I went in and told them upfront I wanted pedicure WITH design. When it was time for the polish and design I was told they didnt have time! I left without any polish and went to competitor to get my pedicure completed. I would NOT recommend this salon or its sister site Q nails on Califotmia either.

Got dipped powder and had to go back the next day because one broke, not even a week later the bottom of each nail is coming up and the tip is holding them on. $5 cheaper than other places for dip just isn’t worth it

WORST nail salon ever!!! Do NOT get your nails done here!! Holly did a terrible job on my nails and when I kindly asked her to fix them she got an attitude. When she opened the clear coat, a piece of hardened polish fell on my nail. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault and I wasnt taking care of my nails! I tried to explain that the polish flaked off but she kept cutting me off and yelling at me. She kept trying to argue and kept raising her voice in front of everyone. I am so completely upset and embarrassed! The customer service is horrific!! Also to top things off, it states on the door their stuff is 100% sanitized. That couldnt be more wrong!! They are filthy here! The tools are reused multiple times and if you look around you can see how disgusting it is. I will NEVER come back here!!!!

Honestly if there was a way they would get 0 stars for me. I came here to get a fill and everything they did was wrong. They did a sloppy job and they just look awful. I told they guy I needed one nail removed since it was almost completely off but he was lazy and just glued it down so two days later it came completely off and all the others the day after lifted up and now I gotta keep them glued down till I get a full set at the next appointment. $50 for nothing!

The worst service we have received in a nail salon. Me and my mother were the only two customers and they took 2 hours because they couldn’t stop talking to each other. Nails sucked. Service sucked. Do not recommend.

The pedicure was amazing! However, my manicure was poorly executed. Every nail was cut crooked, the gel was lumpy and thin, I bled from three nail beds that were filed too thin, the nail tech kept bending my hand at a very awkward angle then getting irritated at me for not relaxing, and finally, she was on her phone almost the entire time.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went here Saturday for a full set of Nexgen. By Monday they were all falling off randomly. I went back to ask for my money back and Rachel, who did my nails said I fix for you I kindly declined and asked for my money back. She continued to tell me that she couldnt refund my money until she talked to the manager. I left my number for them to call me back. Today they called me, and stated This is Lucy at Grand Spa and Nails we cannot refund your money we can only fix for you I kindly declined because Ive already had them fixed else where and because I could tell by the voice of the woman that it was in fact RACHEL not Lucy! They refused to let me speak to a manager and refused a refund. They will be seeing me in store tomorrow if I do not receive a call and refund by then.

3 of my toes were cut. 2 of them still were bleeding the next day! My friend had same experience. I got the service to have callusses worked and rremoved. That did not happen. The technician did not paint to nails all the way. My technician was very inexperienced (probably not licensened). Will never go back.

This nail salon is the worst place ive ever been to! The lady who did my gel nails was extremely rude and insulted me by saying stupid girl doesnt even know English when I didnt understand what she was asking me to do with my hands. I will never go back there again!!!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I notice she didn’t do all the steps for my dip nails as usual a week after getting my nails done my dip nails started slowly ripping off 😞 also she offered to do my eyebrows and of course I said yes bad idea very uneven they don’t even have an area where you go to get your eyebrows waxed they have you sit in chair and they wax I should have known better.....
