I contacted Rachel for counseling a few months ago when everything was a mess in my life. I wasnt sure if I needed individual counseling or couples counseling but I knew I needed help. My husband and I were stuck in a rut either arguing or not talking at all. Rachel was able to walk me through the process and get me set up with marriage counseling. After a few months, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I only needed one type of counseling, not multiple appointments per week and it ended up being the best thing Ive ever done. Rachel is great and she gave us a safe place to work out all of our issues. She was non judgmental and was able to get us back on track. Her techniques really worked for us and I feel completely differently than I did before. I have hope! Counseling really worked for us.

Rachel is very easy to talk to. My wife and I were fighting all the time and I thought divorce was inevitable but we decided to give marriage counseling a shot. It wasnt what I expected and I wish I had done this years ago. She really listened to both of us and didnt chose sides. Within a few weeks there was already less conflict. She gets to the real issues and showed us how to communicate with each other again. Its like I have my best friend back. I wish more couples would see how much this can help.
