I dealt with Mike and Dale and were totally and completely blown away with the job they did in our condo. The carpet looked to be beyond saving and they managed to give it a new life. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Oh and they showed up on time in the pouring rain!!

I wish I could give more than five stars to Rub-A-Dub-Dub for the absolutely incredible level of service they provided to me! I reached out to Mike to get a quote to clean a former rental property, and rather than give me an estimate sight unseen, Mike took the time to go to the home and see it in person to provide the most accurate quote possible. He did this incredibly quickly, and his estimate was extremely fair for both time and the price quoted, and a written document detailing exactly what cleaning was to be done was provided. I was also on a quick turnaround to get the work done, and Mike was able to accommodate the dates I requested.On the day the Rub-A-Dub-Dub team arrived, I was provided with timely updates on their progress, and they did a fantastic job with how thorough they were cleaning the property - the home looked great! After Rub-A-Dub-Dub left, it was discovered that one room needed a small amount of additional cleaning. A quick note to Mike and he was back the next day to finish up the work – talk about going above and beyond for the customer! Used Rub-A-Dub-Dub for my apartment move-out cleaning, including carpets. GREAT communication. Returned my calls promptly and got me worked into their busy schedule very quickly. The teams showed up for both the apartment cleaning and the carpet cleaning appointments right on time and finished within the expected timeline. Mike went above and beyond when there was an issue with the water valves in my apartment, by directly contacting my apartment complex to communicate with them about the problem. I would definitely use them again for future needs.

We have loved having Rub A Dub in our home for the last 25 years! They are so all inclusive in the work they do. Not only the thorough dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing but window cleaning, carpets and pressure washing. We love the girls who come in and the family that run it.

We just had our house, walkway and driveway pressure washed and I cant believe how amazing it looks. We thought for sure we would get the house clean but probably still need to repaint it. To our delight the paint looks brand new. Amazing. Thank you DJ your work is outstanding.

Rub-a-Dub-Dub has cleaned our house every other week for the past six years. Their cleaning crews are prompt, courteous, professional, and they always do a thorough job. They vacuum all carpets and mop all tile floors, dust the blinds, dust and clean all table tops, counters, and cabinet surfaces, clean appliance surfaces including the top of the stove and drip pans, clean sinks, tubs, shower, and toilets. We also have Rub-a-Dub-Dub clean our carpets annually. Weve only had a couple of concerns in six years, but these have always been promptly addressed. Excellent and reliable service at a good price.

Highly disappointing. I had to call back as they had not done about half of the job which was move in cleaning of only bathrooms and kitchen, no floors included, no refrigerator cleaning included. When I returned I found they had not even wiped out the kitchen cabinets, there was grease that was easily removed left on the outside of cabinets, counters and island had not even been wiped off, much less cleaned, the summer kitchen had black grime on the stove that I easily removed with paper towel, and two of the bathrooms still had trash in the trashcans and other missed tasks. I called and the owner agreed to make it right. He came back with three people and after making excuses for most of it, he said they would complete the job. I had to leave after they arrived and he said he would stay and supervise after I commented on one of his workers nasty attitude about having to return to complete the job. I returned to find they had wiped out (about half of) the kitchen cabinets and left dirt, food crumbs and a container lid from the cabinets all over the kitchen floor which we had already swept and mopped ourselves. They did not finish the bathrooms or the shelving in the pantry although I reminded the owner while he was still there that this had not been done either. I thought I was being nice to let them come redo it rather than requesting a refund, and then they left trash and food all over my clean kitchen floor and did not finish the job. Very unprofessional and they did a poor job after having been paid $500.00 to do it. I do not recommend them.

Really great service, we had a room with mildew that needed deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. Initially, there was some confusion between staff with what needed to get done, but the boss came by and made sure everything we asked for got done. He even waived the carpet cleaning fee for the misunderstanding. The men in charge were extremely nice and you could tell they really cared about getting the job done right. Definitely recommend.

As a Gainesville Realtor, Ive used Rub A Dub Dub for move out cleanings, carpet cleanings, window cleanings and move in cleaning for buyers and my tenants. They have always been professional and have done a great job. Ive referred them to new residents in Gainesville looking for cleaning service, and they have done wonderful job.

Spoke with Mike and told him what needed to be cleaned at the house (kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and 3 bathrooms) was quoted for 3 cleaners at $40/hr each and shouldn’t take them longer than 2 hours for a total of $240. On the day of the clean 5 cleaners showed up and after 1 hr and 15 mins had only cleaned the oven, refrigerators, and 2 bathrooms. I added $80 to the quote so they would hopefully finish but that only got us another 15 mins of cleaning which didn’t fix anything. Extremely disappointed and out $320 for a crappy cleaning job. Would highly recommend using another service.
