We had them replace the siding on the back of our house, along with some damaged areas on the side. Very professional and thorough. They answered all our questions and took care of any concerns we had. As a bonus they were very good about keeping their work areas tidy and cleaned everything up when they finished. We would not hesitate to use them again!

We had McFall replace all the T-111 siding, windows, and doors on one end of our house, using Hardieboard. They did a thorough, professional job that looks better than when the house was new. Excellent attention to detail. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I requested a quote from Dale on March 11th. No return calls ever. I reached them on 3/13 and scheduled an estimate for 3/21. Showed up on time (1 star). Spent the estimate correcting me on each item other estimators had stated (red flag). Promised estimate within 1 week and said if they took the job would squeeze the project in between jobs in next 4-5 weeks. I followed up on 3/28 and again on 4/8 only to finally receive a response that they will not be preparing an estimate due to their current work load. They wasted almost a month to tell me something they could have said at the beginning. Hopefully this will save someone else from wasting their time.

Apologies for the tardiness of this review, but Im kind of glad i waited because sometimes things look good at the outset, yet fail over time. That has certainly not proven to be the case here! A couple years back McFall did a complete residing job on our house and I must say that the work is above reproach. In particular, i would like to commend the gentlemen that completed the work - they really did go above and beyond and we couldnt be more satisfied. One employee even went so far as to redo our dryer exit vent and fix our interior laundry access door, both details that were never discussed in the initial consultation. Additionally, there were unanticipated challenges with the siding itself, which were quickly and beautifully handled by McFalls expert carpenters. There was no attempt to rework the pricing for the job, they just handled every challenge professionally and got the job done! I work from home and was present while the job was being completed. The workers were prompt and courteous throughout the entire process. A year or two later we experienced leaking around our chimney area and hired McFall to complete the repairs. When we purchased the house we had a new roof installed, by a different company, and they apparently cut corners in the chimney area, resulting in our subsequent leak problem. McFall knocked it out of the park and we have had zero issues since. In hindsight, i wish i had hired McFall to complete the initial roofing work in addition to the siding. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering home renovations!

McFall Builders provided us with a whole house renovation on an old family home. The entire process was a great experience. Their crews were all efficient, friendly and very helpful. The finished project exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with the end product. The project was completed on time and within our agreed to price. We couldnt be happier with our experience. If we had to do this again we would certainly use McFall Builders, I cant imagine any company providing better customer service.

We recently had McFall Builders do some upgrades to our home. We had a new roof put on, we also replaced all of our windows, and had them do some other repairs such as replacing rotten wood, and other minor things. Working with them was so easy. The best part about it was that it was like one stop shopping! All I had to do was explain what we needed done, and within days, someone was there to do the work. They continually kept us up to date on how everything was going. Not only are Jason and Michael easy to work with, they have amazing employees that are so trustworthy and very competent! I would recommend McFall Builders to anyone who is looking to do any work on your home. I know for our family, we wont ever go anywhere else.

Had McFall Builders do a complete re-siding, all new windows, soffitts, painting etc. Big job, including replacing the exterior sheathing under existing siding and house wrap. From the beginning, worked with Jason McFall and Dwight Edgar. Excellent duo; kept me in daily communication by cell phone, text or email. Outstanding construction team, and subs when used. Got to know the actual workers; they were always polite, professional and explained what they were doing. Made outstanding recommendations. Good people. Especially appreciated that they cleaned the work site every day. Subcontractor (painter) outstanding!. We made a lot of changes during the work, and they were flexible, helpful and knowledgeable. Really important. Their standards were higher than mine, and they would redo jobs if the quality wasnt up to what they wanted. Great communication, and they were always on my side. Stayed on schedule except when weather prevented them, and then they texted me.Neighbors were very pleased and have had numerous comments on the quality of the work and product. With job finished, not a single complaint and 100% satisfied.They are now my go-to team when I considered home projects. Outstanding!

McFall Builders was very thorough from start to finish with our project. Their quality of craftsmanship on our custom home gets compliments nearly every time we show someone our home. Jason was very persistent and was able to keep our job on schedule even though there were multiple issues with permits, etc. We will definitely be using McFall Builders from now on. Although their bid was higher than most of the other companies we talked with, we immediately saw where the extra money went, and would do it all over again.

Went with another builder, they never borthered getting back to me after several times calling them.

The owner is all about getting his money. They did a rush job (not the workers fault) and blew off the details (again, not the workers fault).Another thing, the owner acts real nice but he is NOT.

McFall Builders remodeled our kitchen and master bath, and wow what a difference it made. Im glad that we decided to go with Jason McFalls recommendations with the shower enclosure type, it really opened up the space, and transformed an older home into a much more modern one. We will be using this company again!

McFall Builders turned our house into a gem. Throughout the project we were kept up to date on any delays that may come up, and were constantly in the loop as to what was going on. The quality of workmanship was beyond what we could have expected.
