Dan initially rebuilt my gas fireplace, then the front steps, the back gate, the wood rot on the side of the house, trimmed my palm, repaired a water leak, replaced interior lighting fixtures and ceiling fans. He is amazing. Hes the first one I call for any emergency or repair. Call Dan when you need a reliable capable pro.

Dan has been a blessing. He completely remodeled our bathroom.He is prompt, reliable as well as honest. His workmanship is excellent. We already have several more jobs around our home for him to do. We highly recommend Dan.

We highly recommend Dan as a handyman AND a craftsman. He did the beautiful stonework on our fireplace and repaired a number of places where wood was rotting on the exterior of our house. We cant tell you how pleased we were with the results of our fireplace that is now the centerpiece of our living room (see photo). It was a difficult job that Dan handled with creativity and ease. More recently he completely refurbished our screened in front porch - repairing and replacing rotten wood, fixing the screens and repainting it. He did such a good job that we hired him to repaint our house after that. Again, he did a marvelous job. He made sure all of the wood was repaired and sealed before painting and then meticulously painted even the finest details of the trim, window frames and shutters. He has always been prompt, respectful of our property and privacy, and a hard worker. He responds quickly to phone calls (unlike most other contractors and handymen). He has a very good eye for style and is also quite creative in ways to fix problems. Dan cleans up each day and completely when he is finished. His prices are reasonable - well worth the cost in quality. Hes a winner.

Dan has done an incredible job for me over the past 15 years. Two amazing bathroom remodels, one exceptional kitchen remodel, painted my house and my daughters tree house to match, extensive roof repairs, pressure washing, installation of lighting across my front porch area and my carport cover over my pride and joy 1970s Hot Rod Chevys, sensor lights at the corners of my home, Repair of interior wooden flooring, plumbing and electrical repairs, etc. He is very Creative and an Old School Master of his craft! I have found him to be reliable, honest and a man of his word over the past 15 years. (How many people can you say that about?) You dont find that anymore! He works very well with his customers one on one, (no sub contractors ever used - he is the company), he answers his phone and returns his calls promptly! I highly recommend him to all my customers and friends! He knows his stuff and he stands by his work!!!! You will be very impressed with any project that Dan is involved!

Dan has done a lot of work for us, everything from installing a new faucet to building a multi-level, 2,000 sq foot deck. He works very fast and does excellent work.

I recently hired Dan to make some repairs to an apartment. He installed a new door jamb and door frame and caulked and painted both. He repaired an area of drywall and also installed a new cabinet end panel and trimmed it out.Dan got back to me with an estimate very soon after seeing what needed to be done. He was able to do the work right away, and his price was very reasonable.Dan arrived promptly on a Saturday, and the work was finished in the time he had quoted me. He was very polite and neat and made sure that all the work was done to my satisfaction. All the work was done professionally and the end product was excellent! I would definitely hire Dan again for any carpentry or handyman jobs I have in the future.

Conflicting experience. The work itself (installation of a faucet and reverse osmosis filter) were done correctly, but I was lied to about the pricing. He originally stated that pricing was $75/hour, with no additional extra fees except for if he had to drive somewhere to purchase extra supplies. He worked for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and I was charged $200. When I questioned the price, I was given an attitude and told that his price is actually $200 to come out to my house, then $75 for additional hours. If I had known his pricing was that high, I would have certainly went elsewhere- I couldve just went to a local plumber for that price. He also refused to give me any sort of a receipt, adding to my concern that I was being ripped off and lied to about his pricing. Just goes to show you that you should always get a price estimate in writing, because he can switch up on you last minute and charge you prices higher than many other local plumbers. I still have received no receipt for the work that was done.

Dan was very reliable and professional. I will use him again.
