Very professional company. Todd was punctual from our first appointment for estimate throughout the completion of my projects and had ideas we used that I didn’t think of which turned out wonderful. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the crews working in my condo. My expectations were exceeded and I highly recommended this company. Working with this company is always a hassle for me. They are used by my HOA and I wish that wasn’t the case.Communication with their costumers is as minimal as it can get. In order to get answers to my questions I had to call back daily even though I was told I would receive a call by the end of each of those days for answers. For another job, I was told my appt was for 9:30. 9:50 rolls around and no call from anyone. I had to call to get an update. Coverall says employee was getting gas. Why not plan for that by leaving early or at least updating your customer? I was then told an ETA of 7 minutes. Employee doesn’t show up until 10:10. I’m not really sure what the purpose of giving an ETA is if you aren’t going to abide by it or update me again. We, the customers, too are busy with our days and I am taking off of work to be present so a little courtesy needs to be present.When trying to expose drywall in a previous leak the employee laid down a single drop cloth about 18inches long and proceeded to cut more and more drywall without trying to mitigate the mess. I was left with dust and drywall all over my master bedroom.Their mold remediation is not up to code. My insurance company went back and forth with them and I ended up having to hire someone else because the process was drawn out over monthsMy HOA is now putting them up to the task of finding a leak in my ceiling. My bar is so low with this company but I am wondering if I will get the opportunity to be even less satisfied. I am considering just hiring my own from now on and paying for it myself. They are not professional. They lack leadership. Pay not good.

What a horrible experience! I had chairs cleaned by Coverall before with good results. But this time, one chair was badly damaged by the young man they sent to clean them. He must have been trying really hard to get that stain out with his pressure sprayer and actually tore the fibers of the seat material. I did not notice it for a while as I needed to leave and only did a quick glance at the time. Later, I called to alert the owner that they needed to do better training with their staff and to see if they could fix it. The owner was unable to talk to me then and was going to call back. Never heard from them again. Such bad customer service. Use at your own risk!

Despite what the name may lead you to believe, CoverAll does far more than just painting! Having talked with them about previous projects, I ended up hiring them to convert my old single car garage into a bonus room. They insulated, tiled, added a wall with sliding doors to section off the laundry area, added outlets, and painted the walls and ceiling. I had one person who over saw the whole project, but experts were brought in for each specific part of the job which was a huge bonus. The room looks great and we use it every day! I will definitely use them for future projects.

I would highly recommend Coverall to anyone looking for someone to paint or remodel. My interior paint looks fantastic. They have a great team and excellent customer service. I will be using them again in the future!

We had Coverall give us a bid to replace two doors at our church. When they came, the ordered the wrong doors. The church doors are taller than a normal door. While all the other bidders caught this, Coverall did not. And then they told us that the cost would go up because they were not going to honor their original bid. After the work was done, we had to hire others to come in after them to complete the job. Horrible experience.

They repainted interior of our house. They had missed some areas and the quality of their work was really bad and I had them come over and re-do MANY missed spots. Also, they failed to properly cover the floors, countertops, outlets, and etc. so paint residue is all over the place. They offered to come and clean their mess but I was done with them. For the money they take, their job quality is very poor.

DO NOT USE!!! I paid CoverAll to completely replace my rotten chimney in a manner that it wouldnt rot again as I was told that the builder didnt properly flash the chimney. I was also told that their work is 100% guaranteed. Ive contacted the company three or four times now and have spoken directly to the owner Phil, who is now avoiding me. I had a roofer come by the house to take a look at the work and he told me that the chimney will rot again as they didnt properly flash the chimney with with kickout flashing as I was told that they would do. The roofer also told me that they failed to nail down the shingles they pulled back to do the chimney repair. They refuse to come out to the house and are now just avoiding my calls. The owner said he would come out the same day that I talked to him last and he failed to, which has now been weeks.They take forever to complete projects. They dont come out when they say they will. When they do show up, its often unannounced. The communication is terrible. When they were removing the old siding from my chimney, they piled the removed siding on top of my oakleaf hydrangeas. When I pointed it out to the owner, Phil Sr., he said looks fine to me. Theyll come back! Never offered to replace the hydrangea they completely destroy and that still hasnt fully recovered. They charged me for all new siding boards on the chimney yet cut large sections of the original siding and re-used them. I also paid them to completely caulk the entire house and they missed large sections of the house. I called and had them come back out and they still missed several spots. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

VERY PLEASED! Cover-All Painting and Repair completed my painting project professionally and on-time. They were neat, thorough and detail-oriented. The entire staff - from the office to the field - communicated effectively throughout the job. I am an out of town property owner and they kept me updated continuously from quote to punch list. While they were painting, they repaired some minor water damage they discovered near an air handler and straightened a warped kitchen backsplash -- and did a beautiful job. Neither of these issues were a part of the original contract - they just saw a problem and fixed it! They have become my GO-TO painting contractor in Gainesville.

I would not hire this painting company. They do not have a great eye for attention to detail. My wife and i had to call them back to touch up our hardie board exterior three times, and finally gave up and finished the work ourselves. If you want the best, then we suggest going with a company that will stand behind their work, and not send flunkie after flunkie to try to complete the job. Whoever Phil is, should get some customer service education as well. He was not very nice, as if it were our fault the underside of the Hardie had not been painted. I believe his words were, thats normal? Normal? I guess its good my doctor doesnt tell me that its normal to miss a beat of the heart. Good riddance
