We recently had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Tracy Tesmer Design/Remodeling. We were very pleased with the results. They did a great job. They were always here when they said they would be and on time. Everyone involved in the job was courteous and very professional. Hector our project manager did a great job communicating what would be done and when. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and always called back promptly if we left a message. Sara also did a great job with the design, and was very helpful in picking out colors, tile, etc. They also did a great job protecting our floors and furniture during the project. My new kitchen is a real pleasure. It is attractive, compact, convenient, and it allows me to enjoy my in-law apartment in my sons home. At 83, having a cozy place to live near family is a wonderful thing.Working with the Tesmer company was easy. I was given a schedule and each event took place on schedule. The only delay was waiting for the cabinets to be delivered, but even there, the delivery took place within the expected delivery time. I was given a firm contract price which was agreeable. Any additions were billed separately. The quality of the materials used and their installation was outstanding.The thing I liked most about the Tesmer process is that there were no surprises. The Tesmer design and construction staff and the sub-contractors were all pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and thoroughly professional.

Best in the business! Tracy and Charles did a great job for us. We did full remodel of our master bath, kitchen, repainted full interior of our house, replaced all bath counter tops and refinished all wood floors. Tracy has the best subs and the quality of their work was exceptional. The 2 year warranty Tracy offers is a big differentiation. Tracy’s discounts at suppliers offered substantial savings.We highly recommend Tracy, Charles and all their subs!

Tracy Tesmer and his subcontractors just completed a renovation of my master bathroom. It turned out beautifully. I really appreciate the General Manager, Charles Rogers. He always responded to my questions quickly and scheduled the different subs as smoothly as possible, even though this went on through Thanksgiving and Christmas. I even left the country for 10 days while they were working in my house! Everyone was polite, professional, and competent. Any problems were corrected quickly. Tracy had replaced all our windows several years prior to this job. We were pleased then and trusted him again. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Tracy, Charles and Sara were a total pleasure to work with. We have nothing but great things to say about working with the Tesmer team and the remodel that they did for us. Charles kept us informed on the remodel every step of the way. He is a perfectionist and it truly shows in our home. Sara was wonderful to work with and was at our side for choosing tile, cabinets, granite, fixtures and colors etc.. I called 5 different remodeling companies and they were either “too busy” or they didn’t answer the phone or return phone calls. Tracey Tesmer answered the phone on the second ring and immediately set up an appointment with me to look at my house. After We got money/payment issues sorted out his whole crew showed up at my house and gave me a detailed plan about what would happen next. Charles took over that and during the process he called me just about every week for updates. He answered the phone just about every time I called and if he didn’t he returned my call with in an hour or less!My house which was built in the 40’s looks amazing now. They really made this place look like a new modern home. Sarah the interior designer was so helpful in helping me pick out colors, flooring, cabinets...etc. She even helped me out after the project was completed in picking out some furniture.If I ever need any type of work like this done again Tracey Tesmer will be the first phone call I make because I know it will be done right.

We loved absolutely everything about dealing with Tracy Tesmer and his crews. Work was on time, efficient, etc. After several bad expeiences with construction/repairs, our faith was restored. We are so pleased we went this great company!

I have turned to Tracy for home projects for years - ranging from small projects to large projects (e.g., tearing down walls and restructuring our dining room and kitchen, laying down tile, reroofing, changing gutters, etc). We also had them completely remodel our houseboat. Their workmanship is superb, communication with me excellent. The attention to detail is phenomenal. At the beginning of the project, we are given the plan. I am able to get in touch with them throughout the project so that I know exactly what’s going on. At the end of the project, they clean up after themselves (which means that I have never had to haul things off after a project has been completed). There is no one I would rather work with than Tracy Tesmer.

Tracy makes a big deal how wonderful he is then he gets your money and he sends in people that rush and do poor quality work. He claims to be a design business and charges for drawings that none of his people look at. In my experience they made constant errors and I, the home owner had to do daily inspections and point out everything that was wrong. Construction was done incorrectly, large gaps left in walls, unfinished painting and too much more to list. The project manager had no idea what he was doing and everything they did wrong was answered with an excuse. Based on my experience with them my advise is to go elsewhere, all Tracy wants is a lot of your money in exchange for a bad job.

Extremely overpriced. Comes across as professional and courteous at the beginning of the repair/remodeling, but when challenged on the price and the quality of the work, be becomes very unprofessional and RUDE.

Of course...the project ended with a Wow. Thanks Tracy for staying on time and on budget.
