Our trip from South Texas to Oklahoma was interrupted by a nail in one of our tires today, September 30, 2021. Not knowing the Gainesville area, we drove to Casey’s Tire late in the afternoon and asked for our tire to be repaired. Their service was immediate and excellent. The technician removed our tire and installed a Patch on the inside of the tire and we were on our way in less than an hour. Thank you.

My truck was showing different crazy PSI on my tires, stopped in and in 5 minutes, I was out the door, flying down the highway! There on top of it! Fast, friendly service and didnt even charge me a dime! Even though I would have gladly paid them!

Absolutely horrible service. Needed tires check after driving 45 min on highway and low tire warning light came on. Still had hour drive on interstate ahead of me. They checked tires by leaving them on the car. No way they can see whole tire this way. Pure laziness as far as Im concerned. Will have checked by my own guys back in denton because these guys were a total joke. No customer service skills at all. So disappointing

Needed some a/c work done on older model pickup. Called Caseys and they scheduled it right away. Dropped vehicle off and after a few hours received a phone call explaining what they proposed to do andestimated time frame. Received a call at the end of the day that it was ready! Very pleased with the service,communications, and cost.

Very professional and helpful. Didnt over charge or try to get me to do repairs that werent needed. Explained the issue and pointed out what else was wrong. I think he gave me a discount, not really sure. He also found several other issues and showed me the problem. He repaired what needed to be done and nothing more. Even pointed out a discount program. I will definitely use them in the future.

Where do I start... the young man at the front desk, excellent customer care. Very helpful, 1000% attentive and understood our needs and met them in every way... The older gentleman who charged our battery. Wonderful man with a heart of gold. His willingness to help : Outstanding! He went above and beyond his services to help. The young man who fixed our car: fast and effecient and handled our cat with care. Our story: We were in root coming from arkansas in dallas for a very important doc appointment and our car died in 100 degrees weather and God sent us Angeles to help us along the way. I went and got tires for my Chevy truck I had a flat and I was told that I had warranty on my tires that wasn’t the case there was no warranty on them I’ll never go back to that place again

This place was fabulous! I had a tire light come on while traveling with my kids, and I was concerned about having a flat or blow out on the highway. They were close, answered their phone, got me in quickly, checked thoroughly, and really gave me peace of mind. They were efficient, professional, and kind. My visit was quick, maybe twenty minutes, but they wouldnt let me pay, since they hadnt fixed anything, but I hope they know how their kindness and time, did fix my concern.

Fair prices on tires and they will have you in and out quickly. Also do tire alignment which is a plus. I would recommend this place if needing new tires

My daughter called me on her road trip asking what to do because her TPMS light came on. I searched for tire shops and found that Caseys was the closest to her location so I directed her to them. She told me they were great!!! They checked out the tires and adjusted the pressure as needed and ensured her that she was safe to continue on her journey. We had a blowout on camper coming back from vacation, and Casey had one of his guys come out and take care of us. Great service, and gentleman that came out was super cool too. Would highly recommend!

They always do a good job on my tires and brakes and keep me safe on the road. Several times they had hit me from heaven blow out because I didnt know my tires were bad. One had a bubble in it one time and I didnt know and then they showed it to me and I new I was blessed not to have had a blowout before I brought my car in.

This was the best flat tire repair experience we have ever had. The service techs were clean polite and faster than greased lightning.

I took my vehicle there due to coolant/ antifreeze leaking from under the car. They told me I needed a new water pump, new thermostat, new upper and lower radiator hoses and new heater hoses, and quoted a price of over $1000. I asked them why I needed all of that, and was told it was all leaking. Luckily I took it to another place for a second opinion. It turns out the problem was a bad radiator cap. They had it fixed for under $50. I asked them to check the hoses and water pump to be sure, and they said nothing else was leaking and the hoses all appeared to be in good condition. This was several weeks ago, and there has been no more leaks. Moral of the story... always get a second opinion. Im left wondering if the mechanic at Caseys knew it was just the radiator cap and was just trying to take advantage of me, or if he is just incompetent. Either way, I wont be back.

Don’t go anywhere else, this is a class act. They have always been honest with my husband, but today I worried about being taken advantage of: I am a woman who knows nothing of trucks. Thankfully they dealt with my husband over the phone. He expected to pay $800 to $1,000–but they fixed it for $100. Very pleased.

You can get a fair deal on tires, and they’ll install them quickly. I went in one day on my way to work with a low tire. I had about 30 minutes. They had me in and out in less time than that. Great service and nice people!!!

Bought a set of tires for a family member over the phone. I was told there would be a 17% charge to do that. When I decided to drive to town to pay, the employee changed his mind and did not charge the 17%. I later I figured out I was overcharged for the tires. I was told I would receive a $40 credit to my card, but it still hasn’t happened. They do great work, but make sure you are being charged fairly before you leave!

I discovered a nail in my left front tire and used Google to find a tire shop near me. Caseys had excellent reviews so I drove in. They were very nice and fixed me up immediately. I definitely will use them again.

We had a fuel pump fail on a long trip and they graciously made room in their busy schedule to get us fixed and back on the road. It took a lot of effort by their mechanic to drop the fuel tank and replace the pump. We were ready to go in as short a time as possible. Highly Recommend!

We were hauling a tractor from south of Dallas to central Kansas the day after Christmas, December 26, 2014, when we experienced a blowout on the trailer outside of Gainsville. With no spare, our roadside assistance took us to town with the wheel/ruined tire. When entering the business, noticed several vehicles in bays having work performed and a gentleman eating lunch. He immediately placed his lunch on hold and began to assist with replacing a new tire on the wheel. It seems very rare to witness this quality of customer service!! Our total time on side of interstate from blow-out to new tire back on trailer was about an hour, 10 minutes! Not too bad, and we feel the main reason is due to the excellent customer service displayed by the employee at Caseys Tire!!

Found out my battery that i had from dealership is still goid and under warranty. Got a new one. I was charge at caseys 50 dollars to install a battery. Really? 50 bucks. Im very greatful my car is fixed. But im not made of money. So being 160 out is not good. People who read this, they will fix your car.deal and parts are honest price. Just mecanics need to check to make sure whats the problem.Ty.

Broke the tire sensors and told me it would be 200 more to fix after I already payed 400 for tires. Wont be going back. Dont waste your money go to discount tire thats where I had to go to get the sensors installed and reset and discount didnt even charge me.

Before I ended up getting my new car, these people had been incredibly helpful in finding what was wrong with my car and fixing it at a reasonable price. Theyre one of the few places I trust with my car.

I took my range rover into caseys and asked them to patch my tire where it got a small nail in it instead they took it upon themselves to plug it (which ruins the tire and is only necessary if the nail is in the side wall it wasnt) so they ruined a two hundred dollar tire and then because of the plug i had a blowout on 82. I went into caseys showed him my tire he aknowldged that they had plugged it instead of patching it and that the plug had ruined the tire said he would see what he could do to make it right and then proceeded to tell me he was not able to get my kind of tires AT ALL but i could purchase one and he would give me $20 dollars towards it! Ha 20 towards a 200 dollar tire that wasnt even a year old that his shop ruined! They are a joke, a tire shop that cant get a tire ordered??? No thanks i will take my business to denton to discount tire where they arent crooks.

I put 4 new Hercules Tires on my 40 ft Fifth wheel camper . The Factory Original Chinese tires were already developing leaks and had less than 5000 miles on them .The Chinese tires are notorious for blow outs . Caseys had me in and out in less than an hour

I went there this morning got a used tire after gttng a flat at 2am waited till 8 till they opened.. I shared how bad things have been goin for me.. I had $11 to my name he didnt want to help me out wit a tire.. Finally sum1 paid for my tire. I drive away get to Denton n tire goes flat I pulled in Exxon on 380 University tire is completely torned apart. I called them n ask if they can help me out (again Im stranded) he said nothing we can do n simply hanged phone up . I pray that no1 has to go through wat Im goin through right now. I wont ever go to them again..

Well I think caseys tire and brake is a rip off towards some people get thinks he can get away with it.For instance at caseys tire and brake estimated me getting my struts done. It would have cost me $1000.00.I called brads Automotive, and he estimaged me getting my struts done for $612.00 dollers.

This place gave me a tire repair that failed. It lasted one week and I had to buy a brand new tire at Discount Tire because they repaired it using stuff for lawnmowers. Buyer beware.
