Like most people today in this covid marked world, we were not planning nor wanting to purchase a vehicle. Everyone knows that this is not a time to buy cars. We did what many may do.......we PRAYED! We prayed for direction, where what & how to proceed.Due to life circumstances & a non functioning vehicle, we were pushed into this life decision. With no other choice, we did copious amounts of research, calling, emailing & texting using every major car website. After narrowing to a specific make/model, we were able to a focus on a few used car dealers. We found 2 cars then planned a visit to test drive. It was miraculous that Carraige Nissan/Mitsubishi had both cars in their possession in a time when buying cars is a tough hill to climb.Without a doubt we know that God sent us to Carraige Nissan in Gainesville GA. where we met the most phenomenal Salesman; Kevin Nottingham. He was our perfect fit. There was abosolutely no pressure, no hard sales tactics, no bait & switch etc. We were given a wealth of knowlege from a real gentlemen who clearly loves people & wants to have each customer feel important. As lagnaippe we were given a world tour through wonderful conversation with Kevin. He is a walking wealth of knowledge. Based on time & ability, Kevin should be given a HUGE RAISE!Everyone we encountered was kind helpful & friendly. I had my car in the service department for diagnostics. I made an appointment, arrived for my appointment 1.5 hours early and was called to come back just 30 minutes after my actual appointment time!! Overall, my experience was pretty good! Problem was, what exactly is the lady sitting at the desk at the front door there for? The first time I EVER ENTERED THAT PLACE was Wednesday, when I made my appointment. I had to stand there like I was lost for her to even look at me. I understand she was on the phone but I do retail with the public, too. Its not hard!! So, I go in this afternoon to get my car, shes NOT on the phone AND DOES NOT EVEN SAY HELLO TO ME!! Does she have a problem with the way I look or what??? Its ok, Ive dealt with this many times in my life. I think maybe it was my color. Either way, get her an office over away from the front door because if shes not doing anything, she can at LEAST SPEAK TO THE PAYING CUSTOMERS WHO ENTER YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!! PROVE ME WRONG!

I recently purchased a used Nissan from Carriage Nissan. The manager was Chris Stanford and the sales associate’ s first name was Jamie. The vehicle was my son’s first car, using money he had earned and saved up and we had hoped to have a good experience buying and enjoying the vehicle. Through the purchasing process, we ran into a bit of an issue … which is not so much why I write this review but instead of what happened as a result. Chris and Jamie could have overlooked, disregarded, and dismissed me and the issue…as others likely would have. Instead, they went so far above and beyond to rectify the situation, ensured that it was properly addressed, while being understanding and even sympathetic to the situation. When telling a friend in business of what transpired, he said, “Now that is an organization that gets customer service big time!” He was right! I’m grateful for how Chris and Jamie addressed the problem seeing it through the lens of not just dollars but people first. The service Team was awesome..Jake and Jennifer was on top of all my needs. Had a brake lights was staying on.they had the guys jump on it. Found out it was a after market trailer control. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I left, my car drove funny so I turned around and went back. One of the techs told me they did not fasten the lug nuts on one tire and one was missing - maybe it’s sitting out in the main road. No apologies or anything. And they did not replace the lug nut, so I’m still missing one. I also requested a battery for my key - it’s on the bill, but the low battery symbol still shows up on the dash. The tires had different air pressures and I had warning lights on the dash. I told them about it when I dropped it off. They said it was taken care of. When I finally left I had one tire at 36 pounds and the others at 31 and 32. It just seems like they don’t seem concerned about taking care of the customer. I’d go to Gwinnett but it’s so far from my work. Just very aggravating.
Nice employees.Since there is no restaurant within walking distance it would be nice if better/more vending options offered.Rack cards on table in waiting area were promoting Nissan contest that expired 7 months ago.

The customer service was good and service was performed in a quick and timely manner. The issues I had were with all the greasy prints on my vehicle and the inside smelt like gear oil for awhile. Plus they used to wash the vehicle before you got it back. That did not happen. But other then that it was fine.
The sales team was a pleasure to work with. Very up front and honest with everything. Extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased. Michael was great and did his utmost to work with me.

I was informed of the progress and the completion with all the information,. The vehicle was checked thoroughly to ensure it was in proper driving condition. The Rogue was returned to me washed and looking new. Jake and the service team did a great job and I thank Nissan and Carriage for having such quality personnel!

An oi[ change, brake fluid flush, and check up was performed. They just forgot to fill the window wash liquid . An d I guess the vacuuming of the front floor is no longer part of the service.I do truly appreciate the ride to shopping while my car is being serviced.
Needed new transmission and torque converter for my Juke. Carriage Nissan got it done in a week. Great crew, gave the price up front.
The service tech assigned to our car did a phenomenal job keeping us updated. The mechanics first performed a recall and then located the source of our problems. We were quoted a price for repairs, and then we had to decide if we were willing to pay that much to get them done. Fortunately for us, we chatted with an acquaintance who mentioned our repairs should have been covered under warranty. We discussed this with our tech, and he confirmed all repairs were covered, along with the use of a rental car. We were quite bothered that Nissan could find all recalls associated with our car but couldnt find its extended warranty information. Thats the only reason for the deduction of a star. So, within two weeks, they took care of all of our issues and sent us on our way. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
This place is usually good. Some of the people are kind. I usually have a good experience although this time I spent nearly four hours for them to tell me that my wheel bearing was bad and that they would have to order the part and gave me a rental. The wheel bearing was not covered on my power train warranty. I don’t know how we could have affected it to cause the condition? One tire had a screw in it which we knew the air pressure was low to begin with. I ordered two tires to keep them even. $655 and a day later, I went home with the car.Like I said in the beginning the service is usually good. Maybe better next time?
I brought my car in to get routine maintenance and the staff was friendly and professional. The work was going to take about an hour so they offered to give me a ride home and pick me up. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I arrived at Carriage Nissan on Wednesday July 26 at about 10:30 and was greeted by Kyle Nielsen . Kyle asked how he could help us and we told him we were looking for small pickup. He took us out to look at his inventory and we found a 2021 Nissan Frontier s. He showed us the features and had us take a test ride. We went back inside and negotiated a fair price. After a day thinking it over we returned purchase the Truck. He did a great job and never pressured us. We then sat with Rafil who did all the paperwork. He also made it a pleasant experience. Christopher Stanford Sales Manager then introduced himself and asked if we had any issues or questions and also tried to be helpful. Lastly we were introduced to the service manager Mike who our first service appointment and asked if we had any questions. Lastly Kyle went over truck us filled with gas and left with truck. We pleased and very satisfied with everyone’s help.

Thanks so very much for the service Michael Chamorro gave us on our 2002 Maxims. Our airbags had been recalled and we came in for that.reason. Michael offered us an oil change which we needed but also did the complimentary multi point inspection. We were a little concerned about our tire pressure and he double checked that for us. The return trip over Blood Mtn was much smoother and our airbags were replaced. Michael did a great job and it was done professionally and quickly Glad you have such nice young men working for you!
The Carriage Nissan service department is my go to place for regular maintenance service on my Pathefinder. The team in the garage are very courteous and genuine. Since I only use their services, all my information is saved in the system and literally takes 2 minutes to drop the car off. I personally drop off the car and allow them to get my car services done throughout the day. They are very accommodating on days that I need quicker turnaround, but also, on occasion they have kept my car overnight when I couldn’t get back to it in the same day. I recommend them for any services needs.
I’m really happy with the service here. John was a lot of help, he’s a very nice and funny guy. This was my first car and I was a little bit hesitant about doing all of this by myself. I felt very comfortable and cared for through out the whole process. I could tell they all had my best interest in mind. All the guys that helped me were very welcoming. I definitely recommend them for first time buyers! Great experience!
WARNING!!! Do not do business with this dealership. First when I bought my car in 2017, I dropped it over night at the drop area for an oil change. My car had less than a Thousand miles on it. While my car was at the dealership the service mechanic decided to take it on a 25 mile joy ride. Later on in my ownership a service writer yells at me across the service drop off area in front of other customers and wants to know why I gave him a bad review. Now fast forward I sold my car that I purchased from CARRIAGE NISSAN. I returned to the dealership to get a refund for the GAP insurance and Wheel insurance that I purchased when I bought the car. I have called many times questioning where my money is and In this process they have not returned any of my calls This is the most unprofessional place you could do business. If i could post with no stars I would.

For 49.95 for a full synthetic oil change its pretty affordable. I pay more at walmart to have inexperienced noobs do an oil change on my car. Well worth the experience.
Said theyd fix the charge station, but didnt! Its been down for almost two months. Every time we check, it has an error. Theyre super rude as well.Update: sure, Ill GLADLY update to accurately reflect your attitude! Thanks for gaslighting on top of the awful experience! Will be sure to pass that on to customer support when we call them tomorrow!!We were told it was fixed, went to charge, and it was still busted. Now youre saying theres parts needed and youre guilt tripping, claiming its cause of covid? You really want to lie? Or would you like to try again? Cause weve already filed one complaint prior to being told it was fixed. Im SURE nissan is going to love the way youve handled this.

Service Advisor was not at all helpful. I purchased my car at Carriage and have always serviced there as well and been very happy in the past. Did not wash and vacuum this time. When I asked why he just said we are not doing that now. Very disappointing.

Bruce Fields from the collision center was the sweetest, most helpful and informative throughout my repair process! And when I got my car back not only were the repairs perfectly done but my car was cleaned and detailed. Not having my car for a while was not fun but the people at Nissan made the process as painless as possible.

I was sold a verified lemon with a branded title and was told it was a newer vehicle still under warranty. No mention of the Branded Title ever!! I didnt find out the truth about the vehicle until I tried to trade it and got zero for my trade! I asked for them to make it right but as I suspected, they would not!

I was there for about an hour to get my oil changed. The person who waited on me was very nice, professional, explained things well. No problems with that. However, as I was checking my car in, a gentlemen, who I assume was a supervisor, was in his office with the door open and was talking very loud. He was having a conversation with an employee who decided not to show up for work and evidently this was an issue because the supervisor fired this person over the phone. I know that’s a conversation that has to be had and that’s fine, but it doesn’t need to be in ear shot of customers, especially when the supervisor says F*** you and hangs up the phone for us all to hear. Very unprofessional. He did apologize to me.

Taking my 2020 Frontier SV in for 5000 mile Oil change filter and check up arrived a couple minutes late sorry about that. But drove into the service bayAnd a nice young lady Sam Brickhouse took care of me right away she was very nice and explained everything in detail before we got things going. Service took about and hour or so which wasnt bad at all. After the guys were done with my truck Sam came got me and my wife from there waiting area and gave me a mobile status report show everything done to my truck and explained how it would work for later inspections and services.
