Great Service! I have 3 children and my vehicle needed major work, with food, juice and other stains inside the car. They went above and beyond left my car looking brand new! really brought it back to life. Not to mention the outside it was love at first sight when it was brought back to me. CTAD did a great job detailing my BMW. What ensued shortly after was nothing short of a nightmare. The head liner, which CTAD cleaned, fell off ($375). Within two weeks the clear coat started pealing off.The engine compartment was cleaned and now no air conditioning.When I confronted the sales person that took my money, she claimed that it was all a coincidence and it had nothing to do with them. They, CTAD, were the last ones to touch it. Im out over two grand not to mention the $220 that they charged me to have them butcher my vehicle.
