Very impressed with the store! Fiance and I had a bit of a complicated issue. We were trying to migrate a line from one plan to another plus add a couple. The manager was so helpful! He took his time with us, went over the best options for us based on what we do and how we use our phones. Overall, very satisfied with everything we experienced at the store, it has definitely enhanced our overall AT&T Experience!

I am new to AT&T and a little technology challenged. I have asked a ton of questions and Ahmed has been very patient and helpful. He is always there and super knowledgeable.

On Monday afternoon June 21 I went into the ATT store on Rte.481 in Fulton, New York. Ashton helped me switch from my old plan to a new one. He was friendly, informative and responsive to my needs. I thanked him and told him he hsd my vote for employee of the day. He deserves a hugh 👍.

The manager at this store was very courteous and professional. She was the only employee dealing with multiple customers and made sure she greeted and acknowledged each one that walked in. She dealt with a rude and frustrated customer very professionally and helped my wife and I with our upgrades. My recommendation, get her some assistance. She did a great job and could benefit from having another employee assist her.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new phone here today. Melissa was extremely helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, and honest. Would recommend this store if you have any in-person AT&T business to do.

This is a good store, they do what they can for you in a timely manner. Garry is an excellent manager and salesperson! Some stuff is just unfortunately out of their hands but they are prompt and professional when telling you so. What more could you ask :)

No good deals! I dont need to buy and get one for free, nor do I need direct tv. I just want to buy a phone at a great price. If you can buy one get one free then you aught to be able to buy one at a reduced price. After 19 years and multiple lines with AT&T Im really wondering why I stayed with them! Sell me what I need. Not what you want to sell to help out stock prices.

Just so Google and anyone reading reviews for this store or any store owned by Prime Communications, most of these reviews are done by staff members from the various other att stores owned by Prime Communications. Leadership forces their employees to leave false 5 star reviews for all of their locations, at least in the Northeast. For a period of time they would have employees go into customers phones and leave reviews without their knowledge, and we were coached to make sure to take the phones off of WiFi so there were no red flags. I have always had the best experience with AT&T. Stopped in feeling like i was paying too much and they were able to put me on a new plan with unlimited data and a free smartphone!

Had great customer service here, we went in to get a new phone expecting to have to pay a lot, but left with three new phones for free and saving a hundred bucks a month on our monthly phone bill thanks to suggestions from the staff here.
