Jonathan was super! He has mastered the art of great customer service. He resolved the problem caused by a somewhat indifferent salesperson at the Oswego Verizon store. There are not enough superlatives to describe how helpful he was. He not only knows a lot, but he makes the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend the Fulton Verizon store.

Went in and asked about a phone and some features and was definitely not treated like I should ever come back . I guess sales are not important to who ever runs this box store.

Our Verizon representative was ASHLEIGH In Fulton, NY. She was the best rep we have encountered in a Verizon store anywhere. Very helpful, very thoughtful and kind. Sales men was very knowledgeable and helpful about all products in the store. Was able to order the 1 thing they didnt have in store and its arriving in a short time.

Avoid at all costs- was referred to a store to make my prepaid account regular account and port a number over existing number-had to deal with Dave who didnt want to answer my questions but instead tried to walk all over me saying Ive been doing this for over 10 years. Have not been able to access my I cloud account for 3+ years, have called apple support, been to apple store no luck ! Was ready to give up and switch phones and carriers. Stopped into the Fulton Verizon store Brayden fixed it all in no time, no waiting on the phone for an hour, nobody behind the counter saying sorry can’t seem to help you. Patience, polite quick service, hard to find that nowadays. Thanks again Brayden.

We had Brayden as our customer service help, we needed to get my boyfriend from AT&T over to Verizon, he help us do that and get a new iPhone for him. I went to the Verizon store in Fulton not even expecting to buy a phone because I have just started looking. I talked to Abby there she was kind and patient with me and did not force anything on me. I really appreciated, when we talked more about the options of the phones features and prices i thought why wouldn’t I buy a phone today. So instead of waiting I jumped onto the deal right away. I highly recommend Abby to everyone that comes in she made my phone buying experience a great one and I will be coming in next time when I need other devices or when I need my next phone!

My bf was having problems with his Samsung phone on 10/27/2019. The female employee who was working was absolutely amazing. She worked with us for over an hour. She was able to help my boyfriend find a new phone, case and was able to qualify him for up to $3000 for a new phone.(only spent $950). Then she explained the features, transferred all of his photos, contacts and videos. Ive never been to a business that had an employee that was as professional and helpful. We were never made to feel rushed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

John was amazing to deal with and helped with both a new phone and tablet. Just simply outstanding service!!! Will definitely be back when I need an upgrade!!

Lifetime customer of Fulton TCC, until tonight. I drive from Pulaski just to come to this store for the upbeat, knowledgeable people who work here and have for years. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back again unless I call ahead and know David or Ashley are working. I was pretty much ignored by the girl there tonight. I believe her name was Abby. I could be wrong. Nevertheless, the facial expressions and attitude were actually mind blowing. Terrible customer service ! Sorry Fulton for the bad review, but I wasn’t impressed.

I needed a new sim card and the rep helped me replace it and handled multiple customers by himself and was professional the whole time

I was in a few weeks ago with my daughter. I was going to get a new phone and then the manager I believe his name was David was extremely rude to another customer in the store which turned me off completely. My daughter got the phone because she needed it but I will never ever return to that store. He is a big bully it seemed like. If he is not making a sale he is down right rude ! Terrible experience

First time I was disappointed at the Fulton store the other night. . Went to get a new phone and walked out going to corporate location. The blonde girl was super rude and looked like she didn’t want my business so I left. Hopefully when I come back it’s a better experience.

My old phone died, or rather warned me it planned on dying, I went to see what we could do. The sales team was great, the did not try to sell me something I didnt want, in fact based on what I had the recommended the perfect phone, the could have pushed and maybe made a lot more on a sale, but the didnt, the cared about me.

David is a great guy and a friend. I have known him for years and trust him him. Wont do business with anyone else, if I need anything or help, he is right there!

Came to the store to pay a bill for a friend this morning and was pretty much given a bad attitude by the young lady working. I’ll pay their bill elsewhere from now on. People working in customer service should smile more I guess and not be concerned with their phone more than the customer.

Dave was very helpful. Stayed after hours twice to hook us up with a good deal and transfer our old numbers.

This is the SECOND time my wife and I have walked into Verizon here in Fulton and have been completely ignored by the same girl! We literally had to walk up the girl to even get her to say anything to us! I guess blonde hair and a fake face doesn’t make you any better in customer service. Never will we go back there. We only came back because a few nights ago she told us she was closed! Also terrible that we get stared at as we walk in and aren’t even smiled at. Very upsetting.

Big company, if you can waive the fee why even bring it up? Verizon needs to allow its authourized Verizon stores the same conveniences as corporate or change those store fronts completely. I walk into a Verizon store and I expect the same conviences as any where else. If I go to corporate Im talking to the CEO.

Unbelievably shady business. These slimy sales people will lie and say whatever they need to in order to get their commission. They have no problem committing fraud in order to make a sale! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment. They wont last much longer if they continue to represent Verizon in such a poor manner.

Store manager David was very good to me helped us save 160 dollars a month and got our bill down to 180 a month Verizon Rocks

I am posting for my mother who is in the other night seeing she does not have a Google account. She worked with Abby And it was the worst experience she’s been through. She was very unknowledgeable, and seemed to rush my mother out of the store. My mother will not be going back I will be going in for her if need be and I will have a discussion with the representative who worked with her. If I could give zero stars I would!

Every time I go there they have issues helping me out. Customer service is lacking because they want to get every penny they can from you. I bought an otter box for $50.00 and the clip broke in 2 days. I brought it back because they said it was guaranteed for 1 year and they said I need to go through Otterbox to get a new one. I didnt buy it at Otterbox! I have been a Verizon Customer for 18 years and it is worth the drive to go to Great Northern Mall in Clay where its actually a Verizon owned store and get better customer service. Will not use them anymore.
