Service is very expensive and basically useless. They use essentially a version of turbotax right in front of you. Literally nothing to maximize your return Ive used this service in hopes that Id have backup in case of an IRS problem, they reassure you that its YOUR problem. Id recommend doing your own taxes unless you have a very complex filing. No stars.

If anyone needs assistance with tax refund issues Kelly Hert is the woman to speak with, she was very professional, responsive and overall eased my stress.

They are alway polite and very patient with us, answering all of our questions.
