Letizia Knapp’s incompetence and downright negligence led NY State and NY City to issue me late payment penalties totaling $2,528.65 (see screenshots).[ UPDATE: I received an additional late payment penalty from the IRS in the amount of $840, for a grand total of $3,368.65 ]It started with her filing 2020 extensions on my behalf - which I wasnt actually aware she was doing.Then it turned out that she had filed some of them INCORRECTLY (or not at all).For WEEKS leading up to tax day, I contacted Letizia by text, email and phone to ensure that all of my taxes had been paid on time and that I would not be subject to late fees. She repeatedly ignored me or evaded the question, until ultimately telling me there was nothing to worry about because of the extensions she had filed.Beyond incompetence, negligence, and having NO BUSINESS handling anyone’s finances, Letizia has shown herself to have zero integrity, as she has made no effort to recognize and own up to her mistake.If you’re a business owner who would like to avoid being slapped with thousands of dollars in penalties, please avoid Letizia Knapp and Focused Fiscal Force at ALL COSTS.UPDATE: the owners response below is a blatant lie. I literally sent her an email on May 18th - one day AFTER tax day - with a subject title termination. I did not fire her until I found out how badly she screwed up.

I have been so impressed with Letizias work ethic. Shes great at helping customers understand how their business should be working and getting you on track. I have greatly appreciated working with you.

They are amazing! I have never dealt with anybody as helpful, fast, friendly, and competent as Focused Fiscal Force. Totally worth the hour drive for me to get there from Oneida.
