Great place! We called to see if they have opening that day, day before my wedding, he said come now so I went! Did beautiful job! I’m a nail biter, after 2 weeks, they still look good! I haven’t had nails done in years! I used to chew them off in within a week, but not this time! Thanks for fitting me in at last minute!

She did a terrible job, The gel Polish is all over my fingers, In some places it is pulling away from my nails. No discount or refund was offered

I went to Pro nail yesterday to get my nails done for a photo shoot this weekend. It was the worst experiences and customer service ever! Left me shocked and speechless. It was my first time going to pro nail. David put my nails on and his wife painted them. It took her less than five minutes to paint my nails. They took my payment before my nails were done drying after they were done, I noticed one whole side of my nail wasn’t painted so I asked David if he could please paint that side, he did, but with a different shade of pink... Once I got to my car I noticed that my nails were terrible, I had glue all over my fingers, paint all over my fingers, none of them were the same shape or size, little air bubbles in the paint, he didn’t file them down so they were all bumpy. At this time I was late for my next appointment. So I called to see if he could fix them after my next appointment. I spoke with David, I explained to him that my nails are not what I wanted and that they look terrible. He said “I paint them again, but that’s it.” Then he hangs up on me. At this point I’m in complete shock couldn’t believe the terrible service I just received. After that I decided I’m not going back there. I went to imperial nails in Jeff city and they fix them. They had to charge me for full set because they were so bad they had to basically redo all of them. Well this morning I go to Pro nail, to speak with them about my horrible experience and how I had to pay to get them redone. I was very polite and asked for a refund. David got so angry. He started screaming at me telling me we don’t do refunds, I need to leave, he has enough clients he doesn’t need me..I’m definitely filing a business complaint with the Better Business Bureau..

It was relaxing and refreshing after a days at work with a pedicure and manicure which came out pretty well.They were a nice family business and happy to support them!

May not always be “my perfect nails” but they always do a fantastic job and would fix anything you weren’t satisfied with in a blink. AND they deal with a lot of “high maintenance”...”not having to pay very much for the service” picky people. They work their TAILS off everyday. This town is very lucky to have them not only for the work they do in our town (they are the soul survivors of multiple nail salons that have tried to make a go here), but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere they always create. Very sweet and talented people. I appreciate you!

I had nails done here before. I am diabetic and they took extra care to not injure me while doing my nails. They were very beautiful when completed.

Not impressed. Polish wasn’t even painted on evenly and tips were left bare. Informed us that their debit card machine wasn’t working after they already started. Didn’t wash their hands which caused me to have dust particles settle in the paint. Going to Columbia is worth the drive.

A Sweet family business that is very focused on the customers and what their likings are.I think it’s great to have a nail salon like this in Fulton and I only wish to come back next time.

First off this woman the older one she doesn’t even have a license there and if you ask for a touch up she doesn’t even listen and our nails look terrible the man and woman with long dark black hair and wears tall filpflops is nice I wish I could give the old lady a one star
