Literally perfectly symmetrical and no weird lumps or unevenness in the acrylic. I love them! They were done by the man in the first chair in front of the desk!

I love coming here - best prices around, and everyone works quickly and with good quality, the only time there are wait times is because theyre providing a lot of services and you just have to wait your turn even with appointments. I never mind waiting, they have a cool fish tank and plants to enjoy besides just browsing the colors. I always get exactly what I ask for with my designs and shapes and Ive never lost a nail yet! Got sns powder on a Wednesday. By Saturday both of my thumb nails snapped off. These were long natural nails btw. Extremely painful when they broke. One of my fingers bled. It is broken into the nail bed so I can’t even get an extension. And I can remove it cause the remover will burn my cut. I’m so angry, paid over $70 for all services. I told Cathy to do 3 coats of the dip powder but she only did 2 because she said that would make them too thick. I always get 3 everywhere else I go and this has never happened. Also the color looks different on my nail bed compared to the part that is extended because it is too thin from the 2 coats. This was especially upsetting cause I was a bridesmaid on Saturday with two jagged broken thumb nails.

Made an appointment in advance and got an acrylic set of gel nails! Took 45 minutes altogether and she did a cat eye for me! It was $52 with the cat eye. Otherwise it is normally $42. I love this place, they are very friendly and take care of their customers!

Nails turned out great but the service was not very enjoyable. The person did not talk at all not listen to how I wanted them done. Thankfully I said again what I wanted and he fixed it. May or may not go back.

I just got my nails done there...a full set $40! They are horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! The fake nails are popped off my real nails because the extension was too small, also they are so thick! I lit have a blunt edge on the end of My nail...not to mention they were soooooo rude when I asked to have them fixed she said there is nothing wrong with them, if you want them different you will have to come back tomorrow and you will have to pay.

Completely messed up my eyebrows, so now they are so uneven that it looks ridiculous. Made my toe bleed during the pedicure. Chairs were filthy and one employee was sleeping. Not to mention they argued with me over my eyebrows. Overall unprofessional and poor customer service. I will definitely not be going back there again.

This place is a hit or miss. sometimes they do well and sometimes they do real bad. honestly they over charge a lot, and they keep it hush hush bc in the end end they don’t give you a break down of what you got. if you cut down they add, if you want long nails they add, if they shape your nails they add. in the end you pay twice as much as you were expecting. even a nail polish change is overpriced 🤦🏻‍♀️ this is the only decent place i’ve found in the area but today they just disappointed me so much i’m going to need to look elsewhere once again. also, i’d like to add that just because two coats of polish is the standard, it does not mean that it will look good, sometimes a third coat is necessary but god forbid you ask for a third coat at this place 🤷🏻‍♀️

If I could give them no stars I would me and my sister in law went to get a pedicure they used the same tools on me that they did her all they did was swish them around in her dirty water I am still dealing with infections almost 2 months later. Do not go here

I’m here from Wisconsin and this salon is the closest for me so I chose to go for my fill and pedicure. Emily is extremely rude and unprofessional. The pedicure was not enjoyable whatsoever! You feel like a burden the whole time you’re with her. And to top it all off, my nails are so uneven it’s embarrassing. I will definitely take my business elsewhere

Had a whole acrylic set applied, asked for the color orange on tips. He applied a pink base coat. I then asked why he used pink, that it’s not gonna match the orange tips. He replied “it’s too late I can’t change it”. He did not LISTEN! Wish I could post a picture!!!

I had a wonderful experience here with a friendly man who was very gentle while doing my nails. They werent left bloody like some other salons. The nails were good quality and lasted. Even after telling him I didnt have cash to tip (they only accept cash for tips) he still was very polite and did an excellent job.

Salon is open 7 days a week although their hours are different depending on what internet site you visit. Prices are high compared to other area salons. The salon itself is usually clean however its unnerving to see staff wearing medical face masks with no explanation (does the general public need to be concerned?) and to be clear, what I saw was not for the purpose of doing nails. The employee literally did not take the mask off between customers, going to the restroom and talking on the phone! Customer service mainly depends on the mood of the employees and often you are rushed through your service(s). The employees are typically rude and obnoxious to clients, talking among themselves in Vietnamese. I am by no means a difficult customer however when I am paying for a service I expect to be treated decently, not talked down to or berated. The quality of the services ranges from excellent to shoddy. Its hit or miss at this salon, leaning heavily towards miss. There are plenty of other salons that I will gladly spend my money at. Diamond Nails needs a reality check.

Had a mani/pedi w/gel nails last weekend. Waited 90 minutes on a Sunday. The day after, tops of my feet & hand broke out in a terrible rash, itching horribly with bumps all over. Went to Dr. said they see this a lot in customers who go to this salon. Had to go on antibiotics & prednisone for 10 days. Would post a pic but I don’t know how. Looked like little bumps, red and inflamed. Tops of feet up to my ankles. Tops of hands & in between fingers.

After going here for years they have significantly gone down hill. I have since found a much better nail salon.

Not the best place to go. Waited a while every time Ive gone there and the people dont take their time. Today I went to get my acrilics taken off and half my nail was ripped off. She then used nail glue to stop the bleeding.

Called ahead to make an appointment for five of us to get our nails and feet done done and asked if they could fit us in at the same time. They said yes. They failed to mention the place is extremely small with only two chairs and that its not by appointment.

My girl went there and was treated unfairly waited over an hour still didn’t get her nails done . They pick who they want to wait on first . A person called made an appointment while she was there and she even went before her . Sound fair. ..?...I think not!!

Stood at the entrance while a gentleman played on his phone on the chair next to the entrance (he worked there) never loozed up to look at me. During pedicure my toenails were not even fully painted. Just terrible service as well as the shortest pedicure I have ever gotten. I wouldnt ever come here again.

Horrible! I got acrylics done and had to take them off and found out there was fungus growing underneath my nails they never clean any of there tools or brushed! And was getting my feet done and the were going to use the lady’s next to me tools for my feet and I asked for clean ones and they were clueless!!
