Callabyte is amazing! We have consistent connection speeds, and they gave us a higher speed during the Christmas season because they know people have visitors and use more. Their price is a flat rate, no extra fees or surprises. We have only lost service so far during planned maintenance which they tell us about before it happens. Seriously the best!

Friendly staff, excellent response time, and great service at a great rate! I love the fact of having a person to talk to when I call and they always figure out any issue the first call without transferring me to a million different people. Yes it took about a month or so to get hooked up, only because they are in high demand. I have internet and TV service and love it! Only had 1 issue with TV and they were on the phone walking me through some steps and were able to get it back on in a short time. Fast friendly service! Highly recommend!

Weve had Callabyte Technology for our internet provider, telephone service and television service for several years. They provide high quality products for a reasonable price. Living in a very rural area, this is unusual and many times unheard of.....When you do call them, the customer service from the technicians is professional and the issues are addressed immediately! We highly recommend them!

The service is less expensive than old internet provider. If there is an issue, Callabyte is quick to resolve it. Customer service is top notch & employees are friendly and make themselves available.

We went with their second fast WiFi option thinking we wouldn’t use it much but ended up adding a couple more Rokus to it and the speed hasn’t changed! still works great! Also the guys and came to install it were super patient with my then 4 year old asking a million question.

I feel the install was backwards. I was asked where cable entry should be. Of course not being of high tech knowledge I chose out of sight area, which happened to be by my air conditioner. When inside guys came in they had difficulty finding good place for router since on inside house it was close to furnace ducts. Now that summer has arrived, every time my air conditioner comes on my service pauses. Also disappointed outside cable installers did not scoot dug dirt back under weed barrier. Did put decorative rock back on top of dirt, so first rain I had a big mess! .The internet service is really good otherwise

I switched from mediacom to Callabyte over a year ago. It has been rock solid compared to mediacom, not to mention a much better value and no data cap. The service has been so good I will take it in to consideration when looking for a new home, to make sure Callabyte is available wherever I go.

We recently moved out to Callaway County and have been waiting 3 weeks for internet. Someone 2 weeks ago came out to put the box in and told us the following week someone would come to dig and still nobody has come. My husband works from home and has been driving an hour and a half to a relatives house to use their internet. He called the office this morning with a complaint asking what is taking so long and the guy on the phone said he would see what date they were going to come dig and as usual no response. Ive never heard of an internet company taking this long and its utterly ridiculous! Callabyte has one more week to get it together or we will move forward with a different internet provider.

Had fiber optic internet service ran all the way into our home. Personal met with us to see where we wanted equipment and gave us a step by step of every phase. Work was completed by 3 difference workers in less than 10 days. Service is fast and rates are super affordable .

Signed up for service with them 2 years ago and paid a $100 fee. Which they now dont charge. I called back in early July 2020 to see about getting that refunded since they no longer charge the fee. Called and talked to Danielle and they said they would be able to put a credit on my account. Just received my bill this month and notice that no credit wasnt issued. So I called and asked why I didnt have my credit on my account. They now say they have no recognition of this call or notes on my account about it. When I first called I figured they wouldnt refund me and when they said they would I thrilled. Now not getting a refund im upset and frustrated how they can lie about it. Along with not go back less than a month ago and listen to the recording of the phone call. In my opinion and a few others that have gotten their service at the beginning and had to pay the $100 or even the $200 sign up fee. Feel that we are the ones that helped them get started and let them know that the need for better internet would be welcome in our area. We should get our money back in either check or credit on our account. These people are no different than any other cable company and will screw you one way or another.

We LOVE Callabyte!

At first I loved callabyte. But two year later it reloads all the time and the auto cuts in and out so you miss half of what they are saying.I think they need to update.

I never have any issues whether Im streaming or gaming. Service has only went down when maintenance was planned
