Nails looked awful!! It was the end of the evening and she was rushing to get another girl in, my nails turned out terrible!!

We called and made an appointment for 3 pedicuresWe show up on time. They had us pick a color. This place is jammed pack. We sat and waited. 30 minutes later, 2 of us were seated. I waited so my daughters could go first. 1:15 and I am beyond irritated. In the mean time they continue to take calls for appointments....Why???? I dont appreciate that they dont value others time. I will not go back. My daughters were happy with their package.

I frequent this place because I love their spa pedicure. Some of the manicurist are a bit older and tend to be kind of lazy. I usually get amazing pedicures with a 15 minute massage. It is the most expensive package but it is worth it for my feet!!! A couple of observations I have made. They do horrible with scheduling. I saw them tell so many people to come back but did not write their names down. They were not organized. .I picked a color which was way too light once they applied it. I told them it didnt look like the color on the sample and asked if I could change the color. They ended up just putting another color on top and refused to take it off. The second color was lumpy and did not come out good. I was so tired at that point I just let it be.

Mindy is the rudest person on earth she has no compassion for customer she doesn’t even acknowledge them as they walk in and leaves them at door for long time before she greets them and is mean rough rude don’t come here I miss Debbie

This was the first time weve been out for a manicure / pedicure since the nail salons were closed a couple months ago. This salon, on appearance, has all the latest upgrades in terms of construction, etc. however, the chemicals were so strong I had trouble breathing and by the end of it I was so thankful to get out of there I felt convinced that staying longer one could have a heart attack... too many chemicals and not enough oxygen/airflow. No thanks!!! If this were the only place to get my nails done Id rather go au natural!

Under new management was very dissatisfied the pedicure felt like a 4yr old was massaging me!! Her name was Cathy !! Then I went on to get a manicure same girl cathy & no massage just a real quick clean up of nails & polished them and thats it!!!😥 I made an appointment for manicure 1st and wanted my regular Jenny to no avail left very disappointed I will try one more time & be very specific who I want & if that dont work I will look for another place I been going there for 25yrs Im sad😥💅

Terrible service & they messed up my pinky. Talking about “it’s just your finger” 🙄🤮! Never again!!

Do not recommend went in for a pedi and acrylic mani. The main lady from the salon was too busy talking on the phone and skipped steps while doing my acrylics, and went straight to putting the nails. She didn’t even do a hand massage. Same with the pedi she finished with in 10 min. Was charged $70 for a poor job that was done !!

I had an appointment, arrived five minutes early and had to wait 25 minutes. 😕

First time here and love the patience the lady had. She took her time I didnt see her rushing and when she was done my nails look amazing.

The lady who did my toes was gentle and did a really nice job. The one who did my hands was a really nice lady. I will be coming back here soon.

I visited this nail salon when I had a competition in Anaheim California the nail tech that repaired my nails was very professional when I go back to Anaheim California again I will definitely be going back to Tip Top Nails

Place is reasonably priced but old inside. The people are very nice. I dont mind it. No massage chairs etc

Horrible place ! They are so rude and always speaking about you. They added extra charges without even asking me. When I was about to pay the lady that did my nails had already left and they called her to see if I was lying. And she demanded to speak to my mom and then to speak to me! She was just ridiculous. I will never come here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Horrible two ladies that attended me. Absolutely ridiculous

UPDATE: I ended up with an infection in my big toe and now have to be on antibiotics. Be careful! The nails all looked fine but a day later I could barely wear a shoe. My experience was fine, but Ive never gotten an infection before and it was very disappointing.

WORST EXPERIENCE ! I dont even know where to begin.. The lady working on my feet was more into gossip than working. And the one working on my hands just wanted to get it done. They rushed through it and were trying to convince me to get a different job. I wanted acrylic tips and dark purple gel polish. They kept telling me that the acrylic will break and that nails grow fast either way. Im pretty sure I know what Im asking for. Anyways, I walked out before they finished because my finger nails were hurting and thats never happened before. I hope they didnt ruin my nails! 😖

Loved my nails and they did an excellent job on my feet, too. My feet and hands desperately needed some tender, love, and care. It was a mess and they were able to make it look beautiful. On my nails, I got gel for the first time. I loved it! The price is decent while the service is spectacular. Highly recommended.

I went in asking for a mani and pedi but the man at the front shooed me away saying he has a very long wait and couldnt take walk ins. I asked what time they would be available and if I had to make an appointment before hand, but he interrupted me and said until 2...4 hours later. Honestly so rude. A d to be honest, now that Im looking at all their reviews, Im glad I didnt go through with it. STAY AWAY!!

Dirty, super scarred of sanation works at this place. Cleaning toe dirt out then brushing it on the floor. So gross to walk with no shoes on over to dry my toes. Not ever going again. Not sure how they are still buisness. Nice ladys but super dirty place. Need to go shower now.

Horrible horrible horrible I waited 1hour to be seated and when I told the lady I wanted white she kept saying maybe red or purple over and over and said white get dirty to fast do a different color like 6 times and I was like no no I want white I know it gets dirty but iam fine with it but she was still saying are you sure about that and it was a dirty smelly place and my nail came out lookin bumpy very terrible place do not recommend very rude and bad service and a lil over priced

Horrible service!! I asked how much was their mani -pedi and she said basic was $19, then she said if you want few more minutes spent on your feet, then it cost $24. She gave me the clear impression, they were going to be adding charges left and right. But I gave them a chance because maybe it was a language barrier. The moment I sat down, there were no massage chairs and sure enough, thd girl began to say, I need this and that done to my feet (which are really decent feet), each time she added $5. ..she was trying to sale me off...bad service, not clean, dont risk getting ripped off ...

They don’t do your nails good they mess them up the nails come off easily i don’t recommend coming to this place

Do not waste your time... so i got my nails on thursday and by saturday the nail polish started chipping off this has never happened to me. They have a very small selection of colors. The ladies are rude my sister complained about how a nail was crooked she told her, her fingers are crooked when my sis responded if all her fingers are crooked then? She rolled her eyes and handed her the nail filer told her to fix it the way she wants.... client behind me wanted purple french tip they misunderstood her and painted her whole nail purple when she complained about it i heard the asian lady tell her oh my god you never told me that and then told her to let her do her job shes the specialist... never have i experienced such bad customer service and nail work ..will never return to this spot!!

OMG! i love tip top nails!!!❤ all the ladies are amazing! this place is affordable && great quality.even thoe i moved to riverside county, i still make my way to Anaheim/Fullerton when i can! sooooooo worth it!!!!
