Nail techs are awesome but they are always really busy but do attend to you

Best pedicure Ive had in a long time. Super fair prices and when I called, they were able to see me in 10 minutes. The free water and chip bag was a nice touch! Will definitely be back!

Anna does an awesome job on my nails. She takes her time and knows exactly what I like. I take my younger kid there to get a pedicure and they are always so nice to him.

Terrible atmosphere. I was a couple minutes late due to traffic and the lady said thats your fault, however. everyone was already providing services to other patrons. Very snippy and rude to me. I walked out due to the fact that they were probably going to give me terrible service after I told her that was a rude thing to say to a customer. Ill never go back, there are too many other places to choose from to be treated like that and give them my money. I do not suggest this place.

I called ahead to schedule an appt. I left work early, arrived for my appt on time, and still had to wait 30 mins before anyone started my mani. While I was getting my mani, I saw a baby roach crawling across the middle of the floor. It makes me question the sanitation procedures. In the middle of my manicure, they switched the technicians. Also, the 2nd technician filed my some of my nails crooked.

I do not like pushy service providers. I told the lady what I wanted and she did what she wanted then charged me for the upgraded pedicure that took forever to complete. How many times should you tell someone that you have other appointments during the day? I also told her many times that I was recovering from a broken foot and she continued to pound on my foot anyway. Then a different person completed my nails. While the nail art was beautiful my nails had cracks and chips in them within a day. I do not work a physical job and I was unhappy because after I paid for services that took too long, was painful, and then over charged I was asked when I am returning. How about NEVER!! I will just continue to get my services in Las Vegas before I Come to California for business. My daughter in law and I were really looking forward to our time together and it did not go as planned.

ANA was so welcoming and dressed fantastic she did my nails so good no errors they all were the same shape perfect nail polish applying. Professional and the shop was kept clean. Safe I def will be returning!

I dont normally write bad reviews but I had to write this one. I had scheduled an appointment with Anna a week prior. My appointment was for 5pm but I got there little early like 5 mins before 5 but I had to wait about 25 min longer and Anna wasnt still finished with her customer. Because she was so busy I left to come back after another 30 min but in that time she took another walk in customer.. Whats the point of making an appointment?? If she wasnt going to keep her schedule open.? What made it worse was that the owner was never apologetic but rather rude and told me that waiting is normal at their salon. I understand if the wait is 5-15min but anything longer shouldnt be tolerated especially if you made an appointment way before.

Moved to fullerton pre covid and needed a new salon once everything opened up. Someone recommended this hidden gem on a Facebook group, so I decided to check it out. Everyone that works there were super friendly, and their work was spot on. I highly recommend checking this place out. I promise you wont be disappointed.

They did a great job doing my pedicure and it was perfect I love it

Nails were nice but one nail was crooked and a few had small bubbles from the nail polish. Paid $43 for a full set w gel and a design. There is a $1 fee for credit.

Very rude and bad service. My nails were filed so thin they broke off on my skin later. Prior I tried mentioning 3 times how it hurt. I actually came back 2 days later to show them and try to fix my nails they were very rude and said that my nails were naturally to thin.

Ive been to at least a hundred nail salons and they are the best 👌I live 35 mins away and sometimes dont have time for the drive, but believe me I make time I wont go to anyone else !

I go to Tammy to get my acrylics and she always goes above and beyond and does everything I come up with or find on Pinterest! Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Great service ! Great nails ! Hard workers!

The design on my nails was super uneven, i regret paying $55. It was my first time going, never again!!!!

I was a walk in from the reviews and was lucky enough to get Anna, the owner. I have to have my nails neutral for work, and she helped me pick the perfect color. I got the dip and they are amazing! I can honestly say it is the ONLY time Ive gotten my nails done where they had to use a drill and didnt cut me! I will definitely be back.

I went to get a fill then ended up getting a whole new set put on, the next day my pinky on my right had has little blisters under it and is leaking a yellowish fluid I don’t know why or if it’s even okay to take the nail off . They’re so pretty put this is disappointing I’ve never had this happen before .

I love coming here. The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. My nails are done beautifully every time I go there. I love their deluxe manicure and pedicure with gel.

I used to go to this place because the price was fair and the job was excellent but now not so much. I paid $80 not including tip just for gel pedicure and manicure. I had a marble design done that cost $6 each finger thankfully I only did two. I was expecting something grand and it took her less than five minutes to finish. I feel I was ripped off. I wouldnt go back there again.

Anne did a wonderful job with my acrylic claws. Absolutely in love. Pricing was fair and they lasted much longer than anywhere else Ive been. Another woman did the ombre coloring. Definitely recommend!
