Went in at 4 pm & sign out front said $21 for a mani/pedi. I ask if they could do me and they said yes, it would be $25. I was disapounted once I satdown at spa chair she asked if I could come back tge next day. I said no as I was leaving out of town. Ok she continue, I then noticed how dirty it was and I was the only customer. After she trimed my toes she asked if I could come back the next day to do my nails and she would do my mani today.I said no I was leaving and I would give her $5. She said that wasnt fair. I answered that it wasnt fair that she said she would do the job, that it is advertised for $21 and wanted to charge $25 and I was leaving. Water off my feet made dirty puddles on the floor. I gave a 5 and some chage and walked out with wet feet. Gross, unprofessional and no customer service!

Honestly my nail tech is the sweetest and makes me feel beautiful anytime i go, its one thing to just make my nails look nice but another to make me feel like a new person

I went to go get a haircut and on google maps it said the place closed at 5pm today (Sunday). I walked over because I don’t live far and when I got to the place it was closed. It’s 3:11pm right now and the doors are locked and no one is in there. Extremely unprofessional!

Horrible just horrible!! There is a reason why I dont do my own damn nails at home. $25 to the trash.. she left nail polish all around my nail and her excuse was that my nails were too short and that it would come off once I showered. Seriously?!

Horrible expirence split my nail in half and the acrylics came out so ugly i dont know how they are in business
