I was visiting from out of state and decided to try Allure Nails. I can honestly say I’ve never received such terrible service. I was asked 3 times if I wanted to upgrade my $20 pedicure to a $30-$50 pedicure to which I kindly said “no thank you.” I didn’t come to a nail salon to try to be sold to. I came to relax. I understand asking once, but to ask 3 times and be told that I “needed” a manicure was just ridiculous. After the paint & top coat was applied, I looked at the finished product and was in shock. THIS is what they gave me. I had complained to another gal that they needed to fix this and that there was paint all over my toes. They tried fixing the issue with some acetone but it didn’t look professional at all. At the end of my visit, another lady came in for her nails and sat in the same chair as I did WITHOUT BEING SANITIZED OR CLEANED! It’s as if COVID wasn’t a thing. They didn’t give a darn about cleanliness or precision. I will NEVER return here.

Its so awful that I dont want to think about it. She cut my fingers and I cant find my finger without a scratch on it. I went to refresh myself, but I was stressed out. Itll be even more amazing to see my nails put on gel. If youre thinking about going, youd better not go. I never wrote a review, but I had to write it because thats very terrible!!!!!

Had to find a shop for the wife and didnt know that right across the street was a pretty good shop taking late appointments. The owner is very nice and did a great job for under $50 bucks.

Kudos to Jackie. She is great and very accommodating, and shes the manager!! I went in yesterday morning and not having an idea of what I wanted. She was able to explain to me the different kinds of ways you could style your nails such as you could get them dipped, get an overlay, get a gel set, or this new thing called chrome nails. I decided to get a gel set. Overall, I am very satisfied with my nails they are hip, sparkly and jazzy!!

Kimberly has been making my nails beautiful for 13 years. Going to see her every 2 weeks, is like going to visit a longtime friend. She is so sweet and really cares about her customers (friends). Ask for her, you can thank me later! 😉

The girlfriend convinced me to go with her while visiting. The ladies were really nice, especially Jackie. The salon was clean and had a nice ambience. It wasnt busy when we went, so we got taken care of pretty well. We both liked what we got, and I think thats saying a lot.

I had a great experience with the ladies here. Jackie and Kim(?) did my nails. They were so friendly, and my nails turned out beautifully. Although the reviews werent so great, I gave it a shot because I was in the area and in a hurry. I guess sometimes you just cant please difficult people 😅

I was there yesterday for a pedicure. A lady walked in 10 minutes after me. They had me sit at a chair with feet in water. The person came over to start on me and before she started she said Can you wait a few minutes I said Ok she said Good because the lady who came in after you is in a hurry so you just relax They started on the hurry lady who took 10 minutes to pick a color. Some hurry. After sitting there for 45 minutes they still hadnt started on me so I got up and left. I guess they dont need any new customers.

Manager did my nails. I’m a guy, so I don’t use nail polish. She asked me if I wanted my nails shined, I said sure. She scarred up the top of my nails with a regular nail filer, and tried to buff it all out with the sponge. I ended up with shinny scarred up, scratched up nails. No way to fix it.***Update: Went back. The manager was very nice, and gave me the money back for the manicure, but the damage had been done. Nails still scarred. Will have to wait for the damage to grow out.

Ive been here a few times and love it every time. Jackie is very friendly. She is probably the sweetest youll ever find. This is my go to salon in Fullerton.

This place is clean and excellent. We came in right after lunch time so it was less busy. They did a good job on my nails as well as the wife’s nails . We are for sure to come back again! Thank you!!

Language barrier. It was so hard to communicate and very pushy. Lady who did my pedi was noisy and unfriendly and lady who did my nail was not professional. Seems like she is trainee. No customer showed while i was there

I try my hardest to never give up on a place based on the first bad experience.... but 3 bad experiences back to back... not cool! They have Noo concern for the costumers and I truely hope no one has to go through this as well. They are always understaffed... they tell you the wait will be 5 minutes.... 15 minutes later “ohh I’m sorry another 5 minutes... “ next thing you know an hour has passed... also pointless to make appointments.. tried that after having to wait over an hour... the lady (Jacqueline) never showed up and had me come back 3 hours later... also on one of my visits getting my nails done there was an angry costumer that came in because her Finger was cut the day before and hadn’t stop bleeding for a whole day. Their response was “well we did take off 10 dollars” hope this post helps not only the staff but also warns new people of the horrible costumer service.

I only give reviews when I either LOVE or HATE and unfortunately, this is a HATE. I didnt like this place one other time I tried it, but gave it one more shot out of convenience and now its a hate. Have you ever had someone put acrylic on your nails and NOT sand it & smooth it afterwards? Well, this girl did just that. My nails were SOOO THICK. They immediately lifted off my real nails, probably from the weight! Oh and this girl thought she was awesome. I could just tell by her rush and too cool attitude. Nope, I wont go back to this place again. I hate to condemn the place based on one person, but I have no choice.

I really tried giving this place another try set last year when I got my nails done and the chipped and broke within a few days. Went in today for a Deluxe Pedicure . I advised the technician of mt time constraints and she said no problem. Probably wouldnt have been a problem had she kept to the task at hand. But no, this tech got easily distracted by customers walking in when there were 3 other techs just sitting there who couldve helped and was chatting with the other techs. I reminded her that I needed to leave by a certain time and she said no worry, youll be done. Well lets just say I ended up with a basic pedicure and very dull looking gel polish. Im not happy at all!! Ill be making an appt somewhere else to fix this.

Worst nail salon i,ve ever been to. Manicure chipped on the day I got it painted, filed my nailes crooked, painted over skin, and cut my cuticles too much!

Very terrible service I was waiting for 10 min to have someone else walk in and get treated before me. They didnt even acknowledge me till I walked out. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
