I wanted my daughter to join an extracurricular activity that was both fun and would teach her discipline. Black Belt Kids has turned out to be a wonderful program to join. While she still has a lot of work on holding back her social butterfly personality during class, she is learning a lot and having tons of fun. Sensei Archie is absolutely amazing with the kids. When he is old enough, I will enrolling my son into the early skills program. The price for the program is reasonable and they offer different schedules that makes it possible to at least attend class once a week.

My son Izzy loves coming here, he’s learned to be more patient, he’s learned to follow directions better & to be more focused.. Soo happy I found this place for him !! 100% recommended

We just moved to Fullerton and looking for a place for our son to continue his karate. We signed up for the free class and liked what we saw. Archie is very knowledgeable and great with kids. I like the variety of training offered and class sizes are small enough for individual training.

Really enjoy personal touch to our little ninja. My daughter seems to enjoy it. She is 3. Sensei does take his time to make sure she and other kids to listen and perform well. They offer free trial for one session.

My daughter been asking to do karate for couple of years now. Finally signed her up and she loves it. This is the only activity that she looks forward to and enjoys. Sensei Chris is great with her and her classmates, he makes it fun for the kids. I love to see the joy and passion on their faces.

My granddaughter loves going to Karate class. From what I see, she gets the attention she needs within the class. I’m happy it is so positive.

My two boys love coming to BBK. Sensei Chris is so patient with the students. Prices are very reasonable as well . This is my first time putting my children in a after school activity. In this short time I could say I have seen an improvement in themselves. They get super excited and always look forward for the classes.

My kids just joined Sensei Chris’s class a few weeks ago and so far they are enjoying it. They engage in every drill Sensei Chris teaches them. It gets them out of there comfort zone and learn to defend themselves plus self discipline. Black Belt Kids is great. I was able to get a family plan price for signing up my 3 granddaughters.Sensi Chris is great with the kids. My granddaughters love going to karate. Sensi Chris gives the kids a ninja at the end of each class. Once they collect 10 ninjas they get a patch.You can tell Black Belt Kids really cares about the children. Our boys love their karate class here. Sensei James is great with young kids (our boys started here at age 3 & 5). Hes patient with the kids and does a fantastic job keeping them engaged.

My daughter, age 3, attends twice weekly. Sensei Jim is kind, patient, and instructive, teaching the kids basic skills and encouraging them to succeed all the way. In the 6 months shes been there, weve noticed improvement in her listening skills, following instructions, and willingness to try new activities. Physical skills such as coordination, balance, and paying attention have all grown visible.You owe it to your child to bring them to karate. Itll really teach them a lot :).

We have been coming here since they opened a couple years ago. My kids are in the older class now and are learning a ton. They are stronger and more confident. Sensei James is great with the kids and is an incredible teacher.

My son is learning at his pace. Instructor works with the children really well and knows how to get through them. My son always is excited when he goes to class.

Im a high school teacher, and so Im always sensitive to teaching practices. Sensei James is an incredible educator, which shows in his ceaseless patience, constant encouragement, calm discipline, and behavioral standards.My daughter began training with Sensei James when she turned five years old. I say training because that is the most accurate term I can use for such a professional and organized curriculum; she learned how to do (real) push-ups, sit-ups, the splits, and more, which all contributed to her being such a strong athlete. Seriously. I never thought my child would be so buff at this age. Also, there have been two occasions at school when a boy on the playground has tried to physically overpower her, and she used the self defense techniques that were taught to her in order to defend herself and get away. She didnt even think about it; the defense she used was automatic due to all the training by Sensei James.A year and a half later, we are still with Black Belt Kids. My daughter is on her way to earning her double stripe black belt. Her timid voice as a five year old has been replaced by a powerful and confident tone that doesnt tolerate any bullying. As a parent of a little girl, thats all I wanted to be instilled in her (and my main reason for enrolling her in karate), and Im so grateful that Sensei James was conducive to creating that strength in her.

Awesome place, my 7 year old sons attitude towards school and everything he does has improve significantly and he enjoys the class which is a win win for me.

Sensei James is amazing! Incredibly patient with and kind to the kids while keeping them motivated and interested. I definitely recommend BBK as the classes are geared toward specific age groups, even 3-4 year olds! Great exercise for kids of all ages!
