That is the best place to rase your kid. Teachers there care about kids, they teach how to recognize good or bad, my daughter totally change her behavior in a good sense. I just can thank this place.

AMAA has provided me the most positive and supportive community to be a part of and grow up with. The instructors are unbelievably compassionate role-models! I am so thankful for having learned so much from this family and cant wait to learn so much more!

My girls love this place! Both my girls are in the Black Belt Club and Love it. They enjoy every aspect of the program. They look forward to going to practice and seeing there friends. They practice at home together and look forward to competitions. After gaining full custody of my kids my first step was to get them into a great Karate school. I needed them in a positive, fun and caring environment that would help me mold my girls into being awesome individuals. They are doing a great job!

American Martial Arts Academy is the premier karate studio in Orange County, if not the world!! This studio is a family-oriented-owned-operated facility that has over & over established themselves as the best place to be families looking for fitness, fun, and after school programs.We have been students of AMAA-Fullerton for over 7 years, my three kids ages 14 (black belt), 10 (brown belt), and 6 (yellow belt) are all enrolled as well as my wife and myself. This place is fantastic, and very different from your average establishment... The staff all represent the same message of integrity, honesty, and respect. The training is well organized, easy to start, and easy to jump back in at any point after taking a break of days (or even years). They will even pickup your kids from school, take them to the studio, have them do home work and karate class, then have them ready to go home when you pick them up... One stop shop even summer camps and weekend parents night out sessions throughout the year. Cant say enough positive things about these guys! Come try a free class anytime!!Cheers!

This place is amazing! my son came home from school and said “ the real ninjas was at school mom” 😂 we tried out a free class and never looked back, My son Miguel is 6 y/o and in a black belt club, he has made friends and he is focused and really want to do well in both karate and school. He is proud of his accomplishment and this place is helping him reach his full potential not only in karate but in life. we are glad we found this place. and we highly recommend this place.

Throughout the years you’ve all made such a difference in my son. He’s developed more self confidence and is developing his self control. He loves helping with tasks around the studio and helping with classes. It makes him feel like he has a part in giving back what you all have given him. The instructors are awesome and the camp is a wonderful experience where he can have fun. I would recommend you guys to anyone!

We started off with the Summer Karate Camp and it was a great fit for my active boys ages 5 and 7. Theyve learned so much from the excellent staff at AMA and have developed strength and balance over the past several months. We are now doing the after school program and its great! Pick up, homework/play time, and karate class. Its a perfect day for them! Highly recommend this studio!

Heaven BarrI started Karate 2 years ago and I am so happy. I am more focused in school. Everybody that works there are great. They are so good with all ages of Children like me and younger. Please check the AMAA Academy out, you will love it.

My son is now a yellow belt and we are all so happy we decided to give this place a shot. We did the summer camp and was blown away by the attention to service and care. It is the most kid friendly place I have ever been to and our son absolutely loves coming here. It is more expensive than other places but it is worth it especially if your young one is going there.

AMAA is the only option for top notch kids karate. Family owned and family oriented. Full time instructors that are great at what they do, and a very generous student to instructor ratio.My 7 year old daughter has been attending the after school program for several months and weve signed her up for the rest of the school year (THEY PICK HER UP FROM SCHOOL AND HELP HER WITH HER HOMEWORK!). Weve also signed her up for the summer camp program, and we are even having her 8th birthday party there in a couple weeks.My daughter is doing very well there and is very excited to be attending. She gets her homework done there before class and we have seen great improvement. She has also become much more independent.They teach all the traditional Karate fundamentals, morals, and ethics needed for good child development.We are super pleased and feel that its well worth it, a true investment for our daughters future.

Totally loved it! Joining karate class here has been the best decision Ive made for my son. They taught my children respect, focus and discipline.

I cant say enough good things about AMAA. Everyone here is either one of the best people you will ever meet in your life, or theyre impossibly good at pretending to be! My 6 yr old daughter loves coming here. Shes sad that she only gets to go 3 days per week. She wants to go every day. The facility is spotlessly clean, the classes are fun and engaging, and the staff is amazing.

What can I say, the staffs great way at handling our autistic son has us driving 45 minutes each way three times each week.The staff is very knowledgeable and well trained in handling teens, preteens, and special needs. Plus for an extra $20 a month my wife and I have access to the weight room so we can workout while the boys are having their lesions.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My daughter has Autism & ADHD. Im being totally honest when I say these people have changed her life. She has grown in ways I never thought possible. The staff here is THE BEST! Everyone is very welcoming and kind. We are like a BIG FAMILY. My daughter tells me it feels like home, Mom! We LOVE AMAA!

Me and my son absolutely love this karate academy!! The trainers/senseis are phenominal. They are super friendly, funny, kind, professional kids love them! Monthly fee is only 169$ and beginners gear is 200$ very affordable and they have a VIP black belt club with its own gear as well. I highly recommend this place! And I am glad my son is getting his training done here.

I started training with my boys, both are in College now and we all have promoted to black belts, in 2006-2008. We have amazing memories of classes, tournaments, testing, summer picnics and of our outstanding and caring karate friends, instructors, Sensei’s and Shihan! We have ͏Li͏f͏e skills and lifelong friendships from this gem of a studio. We are blessed and forever thankful that AMAA is part of our lives.

My daughter and I have been training at AMAA for more than 7 years and have had a wonderful experience throughout that time. The staff are amazingly talented, resourceful, and friendly. They really take the time to get to know you and your family on a personal level and are happy to accommodate any specific needs you might have. Our journey to black belt has been incredibly rewarding - when we have been super committed, they have been so helpful with advancing our skills and our mindsets. But perhaps even more importantly, when we have fallen out of training (a few times over the years!), they reach out to us and draw us back in with a warm invitation and some motivation to get back in the game. My daughter and I have not just learned karate - we have matured spiritually as well. AMAA encourages not just the athlete in you, but also the person!

We really appreciate the care and attention of the instructors. Senseis Schilling, Jason and Mr. Rigsby have always been very strong with instruction and family care and checking in, etc. Its worthwhile to make it a point to come here during a busy work week to bring your kids to a place with good people, values, and focus-in addition to the skills the kids learn in karate and even in leadership. This is one of the best places Ive ever been and truly felt at home. I absolutly love it and it has become a second family and an escape from anything outside the door. The instructures are some of the best, funniest, most caring people Ive ever met and they not only teach you but will be your friend. Its an absolutly amazing place to be.

Weve had nothing but amazing experiences at American Martial Arts Academy. This has become my sons family his first class was i believe over 5 years ago and his growth is phenomenal he has so much confidence he follows direction he has learned patience and so much more! My six year old boy/girl twins began attending the AMAA after-school program after a lot of debate between my husband and I. They started in Kindergarten and are currently completing first grade. To say that were happy with our decision to send our kids to the caring and disciplined environment provided by the Karate Studio would be an understatement. It has, without a doubt, been one of the best, most influential decisions weve made as parents.My husband and I are firm believers in the saying It takes a village to raise a child.
