This a review for the night time. Place is well kept. There is a lady that is always keeping it clean. The guys at the counter are great both the guy with long hair and the bald guy. Great customer service. It is very quiet during the night. I go there almost every night and only run into about 4 or 5 other people at the gym. It starts to get packed at around 4:30 am. Overall a great gym at night.

I went in to reactivate my membership. I had not been in since it closed. I am 78 and my wife is high -risk. I waited until I and her felt comfortable with my going in and were vaccinated along with most others, I was told I had had outstanding balance since September . i had a new credit card number and they could not auto-charge me. That is good since I was not using them anyway. I said forget it, I was not going to pay for eight months of non-use.He asked if I ever came in and signed a cancellation, as stated I had not been in. On my way out I said to mark me as cancelled. he said I had to sign to cancel. I keep walking. this is a very poor way to do business

So glad this place opened back up,its the only gym I really feel comfortable, employees and other guests are a good vibe,every one cleans their equipment when done and its not busy at the times I go. Wifi is strong too so bonus points!

Nice, clean and empty at early mornings

I had an excellent experience, Great collaboration of gym workers. Facility is super clean and a great service. Im surprised because It is so cheap and they have an excellent group of work. Congratulations because are the best.

Men’s bathroom is mostly dirty. Changing stalls are dirty as well, shower curtains are moldy. You can see streaks in the changing stalls that have been there for a while. Trash really doesn’t get picked up in the changing stalls.I really do love going to this location. Bathroom really needs to be kept up more. I do bring my stuff to shower at the gym but when I walk in to even attempt to take a shower I don’t want to because it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned.

Of All 8 local P.F. this one shines...Other layouts have locker room way in the back...and the lighting is too low and no waterpressure...Only Fullerton PF has these amenities and more...

They dont help you when you need assistance with your membership if you are from another planet fitness due to it being a different franchise. They could have at least let me work out, I pay for black membership, but they didnt even try to search me, quick to turn me away. They need better trained front staff.

Planet Fitness, especially the Planet Fitness in Fullerton is the best gym ever.I just wish that they were able to go back to being 24 hours.I will be so happy when they finally are able to do that.This one in Fullerton is the cleanest and has a great group of people running it.

This is by far one of the best gyms Ive been to.If you really want to truly get inspired. Then admit its to this gym in Fullerton is crucial to your educational and Fitness potential. Customer service is top-notch every morning Im greeted with smiles from either Jesus or Brian the manager. I just really love coming to this Planet Fitness. Thats why Im putting Planet Fitness in Fullerton on my top five a five-star gyms within the Southern California region.

Showed up at 9:15 Monday night and they were already closed. 45 minutes earlier than what the hours posted states. Also really irritated i have to wear my mask at all times while working out.....I guess its not the individual gyms fault for this, Im just irritated how heavily they enforce it.But closing early, on top of hours being cut already :(Not cool manNot cool

The staff is unprofessional! Literally harassing people while they are in between their reps to talk to them.I’m only at this gym because 24 hour fitness is shut down by me. Planet fitness is a joke of a gym. It is just filled with people who aren’t even serious about fitness.

I go in early, no waiting for a machine or rack. Everything is relatively new. Lots of room, I love the stretching and ab area. The 360 room is so versatile, I start with 3 sets of Man-makers. I watched YouTube and picked out 5 exercises. I do each for 30 seconds-- 3 sets, be careful, you could die. Me Im a former Marine, its just my speed. You wanna socialize, go to Starbucks and suck on a sugar injection straw, but if you wanna locate, close with, and DESTROY the enemy in quick efficient military manner, then come to Planet Fitness in boots and Utes and get hard or die trying. Semper Fi

Pretty nice. Theres definitely plenty of cardio machines and it stays very clean from what Ive experienced

This is a pretty great gym. The staff are lovely and helpful. The equipment is in awesome shape and they usually have a fitness instructor walking around that can answer questions. I also have access to their spa, and everything in there is a great supplement to a workout.

Poor customer service and Brian the manager is unprofessional and never available to address issues and Ruby Islas and Erika Flores don’t return phone calls And they are area and regional managers !!! So your automated response isn’t needed @planetfitness!! You officially SUcK. Go to another gym if you can.

A clean environment with spatial area.

Its clean and they have all I need to get a great workout in. The employees are cool and always on the move making sure the area is clean and prepped. Bless their hearts and families.

New gym looks clean high turn around on staff, could use more personal checking walking and checking paper towel dispenser and the need a drinking fountain northeast side of gym, they only have one at entrance that i know of

Always has a stinky BO foot odor smell, they need to get fresh outdoor air, and NO just spraying chemical air fresheners doesnt do it how about cleaning the air filters ducts ! As a bonus it reduces Covid ! Also manager Jasmine us lazy and bitchy, agree with all the people saying staff is unhelpful

I wish there is a ZERO star rating. They are doing business by cheating. I went to the gym personally and cancelled the membership 6 months ago. They told me the membership was cancelled, but it is actually not. But they still charge me member fee and monthly fee continuously every month. As most of people will not pay attention to $10 each month in the credit card or bank account. I call them several times, they said they could not do anything until I come personally. or waiting for their manager show up, but I never received any phone call from their manager.Update： The manager do not refund me the past 6 months membership after they finally cancelled my membership.

They moved 5 miles away from my house. They used to be Across the street. Then I tried to cancel they wanted to charge me 56 dollars.

I got the worse service here at this gym. Since when do they ask for IDs upon entering the gym. I know they are franchised but why treat people like that. The girl was rude and made my visit very uncomfortable. Never coming back!

I have two days that I started my routine in the gym and it is calm and very clean ... and the price is right ... it has different machines to exercise maybe in the future they can put bars to work the chest ... the ones that are there number of machine .153.152.151.150 that are to make chest, shoulder and legs are fine ... just that they are a bit hard to lift maybe they can put oil so that they are a little more mobile ... I would appreciate them very much ...
