The people that work here make it the best. So kind always greeting you hyping you up for your session and never on their phones or acting a fool. Equipment is nice and new. Only complaint is they need more support for hip thrusts - a machine or a better setup or more platforms.

Beware that some of their memberships are a 12 month installment plan that comes with a $50 dollar cancellation fee. When you sign up for the gym this is stated on one of the many pages you sign, but it is never verbally stated by the person signing you up; a scenario of fine print.Other than that, this gym is super packed, no gym bags allowed on the floor (which kinda makes sense given that its super packed in there), absolutely no chalk. Know what youre paying for before signing up.Notice the gyms response to this review below does not adress the issues mentioned at all. 🤷‍♂️

Ive been to multiple gyms across CA and this gym is the best. Customer service is amazing, gym equipment is top notch, bathrooms are clean, and enough parking for a lot of people. Sadly, I moved to riverside and had to cancel my membership. Gyms out here are not the same. Please open a crunch gym in Riverside.

This is our preferred place to workout. We, me the wife and son never have to wait for the cardio machines and we have easy access to targeted machines for when we need to work specific muscles. Oh and best of all it does not smell like butt. Laugh but I don’t like to taste people working out.

Its a clean gym with friendly staff, however if you move or change gyms be ready to get a lot of push back when you try to cancel. I moved a year and a half ago. And paid the annual fee + monthly fee this entire time. Tried calling multiple times to cancel throughout but they required an email document that they sent to the wrong email address and I couldnt get a hold of them during the pandemic. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth

Best gym in the world. Great customer service and awesome variety of equipment to suit the needs of beginners and more advanced gym goers. Classes available for those who life group exercises. I like the availability of heavy dumbbells and free weights although those get busy because of demand. Welcoming and not intimidating.

I was a member here for around a year. The facility is awesome. The people who work at the facility are awesome. The people who worked out here were awesome. Corporate is AWFUL and I would rather give my money to any other $10/month gym rather than Chuze after dealing with corporate. Theyre treating their customers poorly during the pandemic with a customer is wrong mindset. I e-mailed Chuze when it reopened that I was uncomfortable coming to Chuze because of the pandemic and I would like to freeze my account. Chuze replied that they were happy to freeze my account. 4 months later, I notice that theyve been charging my account every month and they also charged the yearly $49 fee while my account was supposed to be frozen. Contacted Chuze - they wont do anything and it is my fault. You chose 3 months of income over a customer that loved your brand and would have paid you $22.05 a month for decade.

Chuze fitness is absolutely the greatest place to workout at. Friendly staff, a variety of workout equipment and the cardio cinema are great reasons to workout here. They are constantly cleaning and disinfecting to ensure safety as well. Overall great place to workout at. They offer a service that is hard to come nowadays. I am extremely appreciative of them for that.

Its great that theyre open but I have a big gripe. I usually go around lunch time and there is always space. I just went at night for the first time. I had a reservation to enter and workout. There was a 15 person line to enter. Reservations are worthless. I only go here because your location is open.

This was the first gym Ive ever been to, much less had a membership to, and I have been incredibly impressed from day one! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and its a joy to walk into because of this. I always get a warm reception. The facilitys environment is welcoming and the equipment is plentiful. Being a 24 hour establishment is huge for me as I work odd hours. Cant wait to try some more of the amenities. Chuze in Fullerton has set the bar high for me as far as both gyms and customer service go!

I like the fact that the staff is always down rounds threw the gym to see and making sure it’s clean it not all gyms do that like 24 hr fit some are dirty and machines are not fixed. I think they shouldn’t close chuze

Ive been trying to cancel my membership for over 3yrs, I have called and called to no avail Chuse just keep charging my account. I called my bank and they have told me that would have to change my account because its processed through my account # no through my debit card. So beware of giving your account # for auto payment.OH JUST FYI THERE IS NOT CORP OFFICE FOR CHUSE NO NUMBER TO CALL JUST ALL YOUR GYM OR A GYM !!!! SHYSTERS!!!!!

The gym itself is nice. Friendly staff and clean facility. I love using the hydromassage after a heavy workout in the morning. I do have a few complaints though. First off i hate that you cant make any noise when trying to squeeze out that last rep. Sometimes you need a grunt to help push through it. Second the people who come here dont seem all that serious. They are on there phones alot and talking and quite frankly not putting up or trying to lift heavy. Kinda a bummer. Sometimes you need that enviroment to motivate you.

Love it. Super large, very clean, great staff (Eli signed me up, super nice guy), cinema cardio room is neat, gets a little busy at certain times, but thats pretty inescapable for most large gyms. Best gym Ive been a member of so far, and ive done Golds and LA fitness.

Jeff at the Fullerton location on Lemon got me set up with the 7 day trial really fast. Courteous, always smiling, and complimented my hand shake! Gym was clean, bright, and the machines were in great condition. Check it out!

New member with a couple visits so far. Great layout and a good variety of machines by muscle group. Availability of equipment has not been an issue at all (Mon-Wed busiest). Upbeat atmosphere. Awesome team work in the free weights section!! Looking forward to trying out the Turf area. A unique workout area with cushy green turf to indulge in floor exercises of your choice.

This gym has enough machines, you dont have to wait for one. The staff is very respectful and friendly. The only bad thing about the facilities is the cinema area: It is small and therefore there are not enough machines.

I cannot say enough positive things about Chuze. They had a five star in my book even before they got real powerlifting equipment. I very sadly had to cancel my membership due to moving far away but during my time there I experienced friendly staff, a clean facility, and great equipment, all for ridiculously affordable prices. Unfortunately, I now have to pay three times as much for a gym that pales in comparison. If you live near a Chuze, you would be a fool to even THINK about joining anywhere else. Thank you Chuze for the best overall gym experience ever. I miss you already!

They tried to get me locked up for a lie claiming that I was going asleep. Which tried to keep harass me for a lie, the individual that saw did escort the cop the sauna area like instructed. When needing assistance no waste the front desk. Tried use QRC SCAN CODE get into the sauna did work. Was able to get after one of the employees that saw early. Some person to person arrest isinconceivable because you are in a gym.Two, Im suppose to get a copy of sect document so I can know who my accuser is

I love it here! So far this has been my favorite gym to go to. Ive had memberships at other gyms and they really dont compare. Not only is this a clean location with lots of machines and equipment to choose from, but the staff is also really friendly. I love that they have a juice bar and a cinema to exercise in, as well as childcare. Only wish they had more locations closer to the San Gabriel Valley, but other than that, Ive got zero complaints.

This place is so awesome!! It’s super clean because the staff constantly cleans everything. Staff is super professional and friendly. Music is perfect. It has a movie theater so you nice if that’s your thing. 👍🏻

The staff is great and friendly, the machines look new and kept clean. I see staff fixing machines all the time when theyre broken. the place is bright, audio and visuals are great. hours are great. the only downside is a lack of pool, but that shouldnt take away a star imo.

Amazing facility! The Chuze Fitness organization outdid themselves again with the Fullerton location. Im impressed with the layout of the two-story facility, the amazing friendly-upbeat staff, and even the people that are there hustling to see results.This is a results-driven gym so if youre looking to see results and looking to be part of a great facility and be motivated...this is the spot!

Not too crazy packed like 24 Hr Fitness. Lots of equipment. Very clean. Love the turf training area. The classes are fun too. Zumba with Rene and Angela are both great. I enjoy going to either because they are totally different. Gotta get there early if you want to ensure a ticket in and a good spot. Joe in Team Training really gets you motivated to push yourself harder.

I was on Auto Payments and had to get a new credit card because I lost the previous card.Chuze tried to charge my old card 4 times without contacting me to let me know that it had been declined.Working in Property Management and dealing with these types of issues, as a professional, we follow certain protocols in regards to these types of situations. We contact the tenants to let them know that there card had been declined and try to figure out a way to obtain the payment before waiting for additional fees to be accrued.Chuze not once tried to contact me.Chuze management waited for fees to go higher before contacting MasterCard. Very unprofessional and no sense of business ethics.Used a card not on file to charge my account double what my monthly payment is.Bad business.Feels illegal for a company to charge a card without it being on file or communicating with the customer at all.Canceling membership after 2 years because of the ethical standards and unprofessional-ism of management.

Smaller gym, usually pretty quiet, down to earth crowd, and I love working out in their cinema. I wish this location had a pool, but there are plenty of other options for getting in a good workout. There are a number of classes offered, but I prefer low impact exercise, so only offering 2 yoga classes a week, means I need to visit a different location to get my yoga fix. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they do a great job of making sure the place stays tidy.

I used to like this gym a lot, but now I will avoid it because they dont enforce the Covid19 safety procedures. I went today and found many people not wearing masks.

Ive been to the Chuze gym in Garden Grove and it was good. I was super excited to see one opened up 10 minutes away from my house. Its super clean, friendly staff. I enjoy coming everyday.

This is the worst gym ever! One they have to make up for all the lost money they had when they let people in for free, causing them to charge multiple annual fees. I wish I can rate 0 stars! If you have absolutely no clue about fitness, Chuze isnt the right place for you! Dont base your fitness off a price!!! I have been a 24 hour fitness member since the age of 14! They have been nothing but awesome! They treat me like family and when I went to go check out Chuze I felt like I was just a dollar to them. Most 24 hour fitness gyms are a little older but they have been or are being remodeled. The super sports they have offer way more things than Chuze has! 3 Chuze gyms equals the size of the super sport! Dont go here!!! Be smart about your fitness!

Kinda sad that a company refuses to refund you for months not used. I managed for a company that had monthly subscription services and we would gladly refund customers that haven’t used it. Also, make sure you’re very clear when you want to cancel your membership. Because if there’s any doubt and it doesn’t get closed, they’ll charge you again and guess what? No refund for that either.

I love Chuze. Very affordable. Ten dollar for the basic gym and 20 dollar for the one with classes. They offer a variety of classes here and also child care.

Clean and very friendly place. After being a member for 8 months now I can say it’s the best gym in Fullerton. It’s got all the equipment you need for a low price that others can’t beat.

All i needed was to cancel my kids club plan. Two times i missed the cut off by 1 day and would not be able to cancel my kids club plan. I thats $60 that went out the window. So i decided to cancel my memebership, which they said they would still charge me for my kids pack but would cancel mine. Which meant i would be only paying for my kids...but i cant just leave my kids there (nor would i). So they can still process my kids...and gladly cancel mine. I had to pay an additonal month to cancel. And i wont be able to go to the gym for the next month. Another 50 dollars out the door. If they didnt have such black and white policy on the kids, maybe they would still have me as a loyal member. As of now, ill be looking for another gym. I was there for over one year. Terrible policy that resulted in terrible customer sevice.

This is my go to gym every week. Every time Im in there, there is staff cleaning one thing or another, which makes me feel a lot better about using the equipment. I love the cinema room. It helps me get my cardio in even when Im super low on motivation. It does get packed at peak hours, but what gym doesnt. I just try to go after everyone leaves, which is usually around 9:30-10:00. Super friendly staff!

What kind of pervert idiot builds a gym with steam and sauna room and builds it so women cant be free to be in a towel only..who wants to relax and detox with soggy gym clothes on with a guy possibly inappropriately gulking at you while you try to relax..research has proved guys constantly have sex on the mind so what makes you think guys are not using this as an opportunity to be pervs..watching girls in wet t- shirts..I walked in ready to join but as soon as I took a tour of the facility and saw the saunas are co Ed and that you have to be fully clothed to go in I stopped the tour and declined to join..I love to be able to walk in a sauna with towel only without some guy making me feel uncomfortable..and no Im not lesbian..I just shouldnt have to wear soggy clothes in a hot sauna!!

Everything about Chuze fitness is amazing I cannot say enough great things about this place. The employees are very friendly and they really help you out when it comes to everything. The entire facility is extremely clean and there are so many options to work out. Im glad I found this place I would give this place ten Stars if I could.

Tried planet fitness and a couple of private gyms and its been 16 months since Ive been a Chuze member. I have the $40 membership which offers me to take guests everyday if I want, take their fitness classes, use the hydromassage thing daily, etc but really the only reason I chose it was because, while they do have a $9.99 membership option, I know my lazy arse will NOT go in if Im only paying the $9.99. Theres a huge variety of machines. There are 2 floors, the top floor has all their weights as well as a treadmill cinema. The only down side is that the closest they have to a squat bar is the Smith machine (they have 3) but I did hear last week that theyll be adding actual squat racks in April. The place itself is great, but it does get pretty crowded in the evenings, parking become a a bit tedious to find, so I recommend going before 4:30pm. Their child care option is great too, super friendly staff and they allow for 1.5hr of child care per day for $20 extra a month. Depending on how often you go to the gym, thats potentially less than $1 per hour for childcare. If Im honest, in the beginning of go just to get that hour away from my adorably raging toddler. Best part is you get a full detailed tour before signing up and theres always someone willing to help and answer your questions.

Wanna be healthy? Go to chuze where everyone greets you and my personal favorite: the movie theater room where you work put and watch your favorite movie just like youre at a real movie theater

You get what you paid for. Would have given a higher rating but the sauna is co-ed. I dont need perverts staring at me while I just want to sit and relax in there. How about building a mens only and womens only sauna for future locations.

Friendly staff, great machines. There is an upstairs workout area as well. Out of all thier locations this one is the best. Clean restrooms and showers. I have always had a wonderful visit here every time.

What kind of gym doesnt use squat racks .What kind of gym doesnt even have dumbells that go over 80, in fact they go to 75 . I havent stepped foot in this facility and Im already turned off by the two facts above. Here is why, based off many many studies done on free weight barbell exercises vs Smith machines or any other machines . The subject only uses up 75% of their muscles to lift the weight. Vs barbell training where you use all of them . Im sure this gym will be good for people who are interested in toning and tanning, but thats not my style

Had a bad experience with manager Yuni today! She came in and interrupted the 815AM Zumba class, and asked me to move claiming that was not giving enough space to the instructor. The usual etiquette is to spread your arms out and do a circle around you to give someone next to you enough room to move which I did! And if theres an issue, the instructor takes control and managers the class not an ousider coming in and interrupting the class and asking people to move without the request of the instructor!! It was embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable and I ended up leaving a few minutes later. When I went and complained, she eventually appologized and asked what can she do to make it up and I said maybe some credits for a monthly membership?....and her answer was a flat NO....I cant do that. No counter offer! No problem, I am going to check out LA Fitness and give them a try. 9/12

Ive worked out at lots of gyms as a guest, but this was the first time I became a member because it is far better than the rest at a fair price the staff is friendly, it always feels freshly cleaned. The circuit area and movie room are great when you need a quick workout or are not sure what to do. Best gym ever. Like I said, usually always clean but sometimes there occasional Rattatas around. Maybe they should get an exterminator,or more pokeballs.

My local fitness center. I like it. Except this one time this girl was bothered by my presence. She also had a crucifix i was expecting a positive reaction but was slighlty rude with no appreciation of my presence as a man bieng there. She couldve been a bisexual. Who knows.
