One of the cleanest 24 hours that Ive been to in a while. They actually had paper towels in the despeners. Staff actually said hello and good bye. The restrooms didnt stink. I think my new favorite 24hr to go to. I just wish they were opened a little later, 9pm is a bit early.

I have tried just about everything at this gym and I have nothing to complain about. This is a great gym.

I came in to check it out and days later I upgraded, this gym has all new equipment and Olympic weights for those heavy lifters, sauna and steam room, towel service, huge basketball court and great workout room plus the cycling room is amazing. Its an all new gym so everything is extremely new and definitely worth an upgrade.

People hog machines and weights and some stay on for 30 min. with no recourse. Face mask wearing is loosely enforced. Paper towel machines were empty. It would be great if staff walked the room every 10 min. to ensure masks are worn instead of screaming it over intercom which nobody can hear because all are wearing ear pods

The staff is so friendly and attentive...I came all this way to live out here because LA gym in Santa Monica, super sport I was a member of had been closed down forever and I cannot live n work in a city that isnt promoting health!!!!

Love this gym!! The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I can always count on Alex at the front desk to greet me with a big cheerful smile and to help me with any questions or concerns I might have. Brian, one of the personal trainers, has also gone above and beyond to help me with some problem areas in my back and target some muscle soreness/stiffness. This gym has a great energy whenever you walk into it and I can’t help but highly recommend it to many of my family members and friends. Yeet

I use gym 3 to 4 days in a week. Good equipment and good customer service. Bench press and weight lifting area is always crowded it’s tough to get a spot. Other than that nice place to work out after work .

This is one of my favorite 24 hour fitness gyms it gets pretty busy and you might have to wait in line but it flows in pretty quickly. This gym has all the essentials and plenty of squat racks and benches for all the compound movements

Really clean gym (an employee actually walks club and dusts/cleans the equipment!). That is really impressive since most clubs do not do this. They offer a variety of new equipment and the staff is friendly. A small retail store is in front where you can purchase drinks, protein powder, supplements etc. Ample fitness classes are offered (which are posted on large TV monitors in several areas) and has a nice HITT training area. Pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna and mens locker areas are kept clean. Ive worked out for years and this is one of the first fitness clubs that works hard to provide a good experience for their members.

Management is not the most honest. When I signed up they convinced me to upgrade to the super sport by taking away the $50 annual fee. Well when it came around to it I still got charged for it and when I spoke to them about it they said that it shouldn’t have been allowed and nothing they could do to reimburse me for it. Just curious if that happened to me what else they promise people and it not falling through. Gym is still nice and clean, but I’ll be moving on to another gym.

Personal Training Review: I just completed my 40th personal training session at this location and I am really happy with the results. I was able to reach my weight-loss and strength-training goals in a short amount of time (much faster than just training on my own). The sessions were always challenging but approachable and the trainers really know what they are doing. The entire staff is well-trained, professional, and are always genuinely happy to be there. I would recommend Fullerton’s PT program to anyone.Gym Review: Love this gym. Always clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. Very solid 24 hour fitness. I would have given it 5 starts, but they actually play the worst music extremely loudly in one section of the gym. It’s so loud I cannot hear my own music, please turn it down. Very annoying.

This 24-Hour fitness location is not too bad. I do not really see too much of a difference between a super sport and sport other than the potential for a larger building but limited by layout of said building. The new machines or what appear to be new compared to other 24-Hour locations seem to be good, well kept and maintained. Which is a huge plus, as some locations the stationary bicycles have seen their fair share of use and should be replaced. Does not seem this location has hand me downs from another. Where the equipment is either new or at least maintained properly.

Came into this new 24 Hr on Imperial for a drop in day. I am in town from NYC to visit my family. Raymond was very helpful and this location is great...clean, lots of available equipment. Will def be back on my next visit.

I worked with personal trainer Lily. She has so much knowledge on training. She is a very comfortable person to work with. She promoted to master trainer.This location, they have good personal trainers.But their classes are not fun as other location classes. I wish I can find fun classes at this location.

Pros: Very clean gym! I noticed the janitors is very thorough and proficient when they clean the gym at nights especially the locker rooms and sauna!

Were in Fullerton for one week business and found the 24 Hour Fitness gym for a weekly training, cool place, good training equipment and great staff.

Clean and well maintained machines. Plenty of available equipments. Not much of a wait for equipments. Classes available also for yoga and Zumba but the downside is that the latest classes on weekdays are currently scheduled at 5-6PM mostly, which needs improving because how will 8-5 workers get their classes in? You need to have more classes at 6:30, 7, and 7:30PM.

The best super sport Ive been too, Andrea and Matt were very helpful showing me the different areas. They were lively and I felt as if I was at my local 24hr gym. Highly recommend going to them for any questions!

I absolutely LOVE Flora the Zumba instructor!! She is a ball full of energy and it flows out to everyone taking her class! I just wish she had more than one class at this location. I go to Yorba Linda twice a week to take her class. I am pretty bummed that Ace no longer does his group boxing training. That was one of the best trainings Ive ever taken! Another thing about boxing, Im glad that youve recently gotten a punching bag but the location (up high, between TRX) is horrible!!! Im 410 and that does not help! That is another reason Ive been going to Yorba Linda more, there bag is on its own in an area where you arent inconveniencing others workouts.

First time and last time here. Bunch of ignorant people who take over your machines although your bag and belongings are there. Then they dont use the machines but they do work outs like push ups and sit ups by the machine. Way too packed and weights all over the floor. Staff is cool though

Very nice and clean gym. All new machines. Good customer service as well. Also gym has free WiFi.

This location is kept clean. Weight and Cardio equipment seem pretty new. I like using the free weight machines, not benches for chest workout. It helps with working around shoulder injury. Unfortunately this location does not have an Incline or Decline machine. I have to go to Anaheim Gateway for these machines. Overall this location is a good one, but can get very packed at times.

This is a newer gym and definitely my favorite within 10 miles of me, the night staff is very friendly which I appreciate. This gym has lots of great new equipment and is surprisingly empty most of the time. My 90 minute gym time is cut by 30 mins because there is never anyone slowing down my session.

I used to work out at CHUZE in fullerton, I switched to 24 Hr due to location, and i know it sounds silly, but I really liked the towel service. I hate having wet towels in my car all day while I am at work. Since joining they have removed the towel service, this seems so disappointing. Also I wish there were more yoga classes in the evening, the class schedule seems pretty light since I dont like spin classes. I had a personal trainer Tim off and on,... Very motivating and supportive. Truly the only reason I stay.

SHADY SALES PEOPLE!!!.I joined this gym before it was opened and was told by the sales person it was 29.99 a month. That is why I switched from LA Fitness. However, the first months bill was $39.00 a month. When I confronted the salesman who told me it was $29.00 a month he said he never said that. So I decided to let that go. Now that I have been a member for 3 months I got a charge for $49.99 for an annual membership fee. Which I was never told about! When I inquired about it, the assistant manager, Albert, said the sales person should have told you about it. I told him he didnt and then told him who the sales person was. He told me that salesperson had been fired for saying similar things to other customers. So I asked him to refund me the $49.99 for this year since I was sold on the gym without that information. He told me he couldnt and wouldnt do that since it was in the contract. So bottom line is, be sure you read everything, because it is not what it seems. Clearly they are not concerned with the ethics of their sales staff. Also, the customer service rendered by Albert was terrible! He basically could care less if I was a satisfied client or not. He admitted fault by their sales staff and did absolutely nothing to try and resolve the issue. Hopefully he will receive some customer service training in the future.

This gym is great on the morning as it isnt too busy yet, but the evenings are very busy. New equipment and top of the line cardio and weight machines. Great training area as well. The pool area is clean and well maintained.

Really disappointed with the discontinuing of their towel service. They say its to save the environment, but thats a bunch of BS. Theyre just trying to save money. They should lose their super sport status if theyre not providing a simple service like towels.

Waited 30 minutes in line to get in because of Covid. They are allowing Sport members to come to Super Sport Clubs and “buddies” to be brought in for free creating longer lines.The men’s locker room needs to be kept clean as well. Workout areas are fine.

I’ve requested IN WRITING multiple times to be removed from their email list over the past 2 months. I’ve unsubscribed through the link 2-3 times, with more than ample processing time (they say it takes up to 2 weeks), BUT I STILL GET EMAILS FROM THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Marketing turned into harassment. Ive received no email response from them.UPDATE 4/10 - called and spoke with the manager who immediately took care of the problem. That was after calling the general line and getting someone outsourced who couldn’t hear me or understand.Updating review from 1star to 4stars.

Ive been at this place for almost 2 years. There seems to be a push to default to conservative-leaning channels.----------------------------------Just open one week ago. This club is classified as super sport. I believe its about $40/month. Not all 24 hr members are allowed access. So far so good. Machines work, not crowded, and clean. Biggest challenge for the club is maintaining these qualities.

When in worked out August 11th I seen this place getting worse and worse. It was good when I first started early this morning they had nobody from 24 Hour Fitness Super Sports working. They can look at their cameras. There was a guy dressed in regular nice clothes that came in the gym asking me if I knew where to get some coke drugs. When I look for somebody for 24 Hour Fitness there was nobody there. I told the guy to leave before I call the cops which he did. Then when I finally want to use the restrooms there was no toilet paper in either bathroom there was trash all over the floor. And there was weights everywhere on the ground on the floor and I picked a lot of them up so people wouldnt trip on them or break an ankle. This place went downhill quick. They had a few good people in the morning before but not now. One watches videos and doesnt even know youre in the place. I asked you will be closing my membership from that 24 Hour Fitness this month. I took video of this and going to put it on Facebook to show how disgusting and how nobody was in that gym working. If there was an emergency we would have had 2 call.

I have been actively coming to this 24hour Fitness since January. Ubong, one of the personal trainers there approached me while I was warming up on the bike and talked about my tattoos all while asking if I would like to do a free training session. I agreed and have been working out with him since. He works with your injuries and takes the time to listen to what is going on with your body. If something is uncomfortable he provides a modification. I am thankful for him and for pushing me to keep coming to the gym despite my injuries.Having arm and leg injuries often puts me in a bad funk and he pulled me out of it.Everyone there is amazing and I love seeing everyones progress. If you cant afford personal training look into TC24 and do group sessions with Ubong on M,W,F at 6pm. Its a great way to boost your morale and get you into a consistent workout routine.Thanks Ubong and Thanks 24 Hour Fitness Fullerton!!!

Very good place & working guys.. Clean place & equipments!! But just cleaning crews something wrong cuz he clean by high pressure water every night in mens restroom & shower area. I think its worst for electric, wooden & iron equipment. It will be rotten soon & need repair!!

I didnt realize it was new, I assumed the now open banner had been there for a while (seriously, places do that!) - this location is great. Not too crowded, and despite the kinda drab, strip mall appearance, the interior looks tight, with a great selection of machines. Slightly inferior to Yorba Linda, but really tho aint no shame in that.

Like that the gym isnt crowded. But on Sunday morning August 20th my plates on my car were stolen! So I dont plan on using this gym again!

I currently go to Chuze fitness and I really do not like how packed it gets there sometimes, so I was interested in checking out this gym. Unfortunately I was met by rude and pushy sales people, I asked if I could just get one workout session and initially they said that would be fine, after the girl toured me she sat me down and was wanting me to join on the spot, she kept asking me over and over whats stopping you I said I want to try the equipment and see how I like it. Then some sales guy sitting next to her computer says what do you want to try? I said Idk maybe the dumbbells, just to dimiss him because he butted in our convo. He then said all dumbbells are the same everywhere you go I let that go, but then the girl I was sitting with demanded I give her 10 leads from my phone or I couldnt work out here, keep in my mind Ive never come to 24 and I know the guest pass is complimentary and she was demanding leads from me. I refused and was just disgusted with how pushy they were getting, it was bad real bad, really makes the company look sleazy. Im joining a different gym and not coming back.

I would give it a 5 star, but there is a crossfit section and the weight rack is in the middle of the rig...you cant even use the pull up bars....super annoying

Meh. Same equipment, same layout, nothing special compare to other 24 Super Sport. This ones a bit more cramped than the one in Yorba Linda. Only upside - not crowded because its new, everything works and clean. But thatll change as time passes. The one in Yorba Linda is still the best in North OC.
