I had a pretty good leak with my pool equipment. Pool Care America sent someone to my house and determined the leak was coming from the heat exchanger. We set an appointment for a few days later to get the heater replaced. There was good communication of what they found, what they could do, and pricing. Thanks for resolving the leak!

Called Mike a couple of weeks ago on a weekend about several issues we were having with our pool & Brian arrived in a few hours. Brian had the parts he needed on his truck and went right to work. Worked fast & efficiently and was able to resolve the issues we were having the same day. Mike & Brian made a very good impression w/regards to their professionalism, knowledge, friendly attitudes and the costs of the repairs were a true value. Keep up the good work guys & we’ll continue to use your services for all of our pool repair needs.

Was promised to have my pool attended to by a specific day. Then was pushed aside for the entire week. After all that they wanted to fit me in at night, (instead of attending to my pool at a reasonable time) which who knows how quality of a job that would’ve been. Just as other reviewers said, full of empty promises.

Called in the morning due to pool issues and they came out within a couple of hours. Brian was great and spent hours working on my pool. Mike was very responsive and they had good communication. Will use again.

On a Sunday evening, in 10 degree weather and on Valentines day they came within the hour and emergency weather proofed our pool. We are recent pool owners and our pool was literally freezing. Very responsive and quick to come and help us. Will definitely continue using you as our pool service. Thanks again!

I really wanted to to continue pool maintaining service. But this is my first and last week with this company, even though I already paid for January service.PROS:1-Mike very good at talking and advertising.2-Over promised under delivery.CONS:1-Not detail oriented for completing the project.2-Not an honest business.( If you don’t want to accept card payment for pool project, you should let the customer know in advance. Not when the project already started or haft way done and you started demanding for CASH.)3-Calling to collect payment when the 2 projects is not even done yet. At least called 4 times that is not included exchanged texts.4-Super aggressive for cash, keep asking me to pay cash ( he said he wanted to save $ for not paying tax ).please note: No one can pull cash more than $600 from ATM on Sunday.5-Pool doesn’t look any better or cleaner for what I paid for starter package.

Pool Care America was wonderful to work with. They came out immediately to fix our pool issue and have continued to maintain it. They were responsive, professional, and competitively priced. We would recommend them.
