Recently I had the pleasure of working with Korbin on a complete upgrade to our pool and spa system.Korbin is extremely knowledgeable of all of the necessary equipment for an energy efficient upgrade. He was able to educate me on the filter, pump, blower, appropriate settings, salt and chlorine levels, alkalinity levels, how to balance PH, and use of the pool/spa app. He was very patient with my endless questions. I appreciate his communication on parts, supplies, and scheduled arrival times. As long as Korbin is at Aqua Clean they have a returning customer!

I have had Scott and his guys taking care of our pool for nine years. In that time their service and work ethic has been nothing short of amazing. They got to me as soon as they could after the big freeze and saved me from some expensive repairs. Prices are fair and work is perfect. And if something is not right they come out and fix it right away. I won’t work with anyone else as long as I have a pool in Dallas.

The owner/technician arrived within an hour of the call and started to work immediately. The technician patiently explained each step as he started to diagnose the problem. Having had several pools before, I learned new details on servicing my pool During this visit. What I appreciated most was the technician could have fixed the problem, and not taught me anything to create a dependent customer. He didn’t, and by this simple act they have retained a valuable and loyal customer. I highly recommend Aqua Pool Service after a job well done!!!

Nice guy and came out quickly. But then tried to force me into buying new equipment from him. With no breakdown of the charges. Not very professional. If you are a pool maintenance company your goal should be to maintain my pool and retain me as a client. Not refuse to let me install my own equipment that you wanted to charge me double for. Not everybody should be a business owner. You have a lot to learn buddy.

We have had pools for many years and believe that Aqua Clean Pool Service is simply the best. Our pool and equipment are maintained to perfection and are in much better condition since they began servicing our pool. They are also very responsive - for example we recently discovered a problem with our pool heater that they took care of immediately so our guests could use the pool.

The offer to repair my pool heater was fair. The work done quickly and to my fullest satisfaction. The communication with Scott was great - I always knew what would happen and when. I can recommend Aqua Clean Pool Services any day.

Im happy. I was wondering why my pool pump wasnt working and my water looked hazy. I called Aqua Clean at about 9 a.m. and they arrived during a 2 hour window on the same day. The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad motor and said hed be back later in the day. The tech did return a few hours later, replaced the motor and the pump was working again. The newly installed motor looked good and the pool had good circulation. The price they charged to replace the motor was fair. I called a couple places to see what the competition was charging. I will have them back and would recommend Aqua Clean.

Quickly came the next day on got me up to speed. For a first home owner, this is a must if you have a pool.

Dont do it if you are a single woman - you will be taken advantage of and their will be hidden costs. Whatever you do, dont give him your credit/debit card ahead of time to secure your appointment.
