Have used them for over couple of years. Initially they were really good, rather I should say the technician who showed up weekly was good. Then they switched to someone not knowledgeable, he broke the filter pump housing while cleaning the pump filter and left without telling us. They then called to say that pump needs to be repaired. I was not going to let that go, I had photos to show that he broke it. Blue science relented and fixed it for me, they also removed that technician. Fast forward few more months, now they called and said pump is damaged and needs to be replaced. When I checked, the new tech had closed off the wrong valves, pump was not getting any water and was shutting off. When I opened the valves, pump turned on and was circulating. This was the last straw and their services were terminated. A pool service company is only as good as the techs that they sent.

At first I was really skeptical, but after their technician, Nate Phillips came, he explained everything, I was really more at ease. My pool is kept very clean and well cared for. I go away on business and have no more worries because I know Nate takes care of my pool. I highly recommended blue science and hopefully you will get Nate too.

Im new to the Frisco area and a college recommended Blue Science. Ive signed up for their service and am please with the personal attention I have received. Since this was my first pool, they took the time to answer questions, explain details. I would strongly recommend Blue Science.

I absolutely loved the service Nate provided us with! His professionalism, knowledgeable expertise and attitude really stood out. He is absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our pool is in great shape (picked up my calls over the weekend, came to check on the pool personally after it was serviced the first time). Mike is always extremely responsive to any requests, and willing to resolve any requests asked of him and his team. Brandon also does a great job of keep our pool sparkling each week! These guys are awesome, highly recommend!
