I have had the good fortune to have worked with Geni Manning for the last two years and during this time I have witnessed firsthand her tenacity and perseverance in getting a clients home sold or in working through issues with a buyer. I could relate many situations but one in particular that I will not forget is a short-sale that involved a divorce, bankruptcy and foreclosure. As if things werent complicated enough, the husband was totally uncooperative and uncommunicative. Adding to the complications was a the finding, late in the process, that the property was encumbered with an IRS Tax Lien preventing the sale from moving forward as the couple lacked the funds to clear it. Short-sale, foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce, IRS Tax Lien and an uncooperative spouse - but Geni stayed with it, worked with buyers, lender, title company and attorneys and got the home sold!! It was a true miracle and I doubt anyone but Geni could have pulled it off - she had to do some many peoples jobs for them but she did and no complaints.I have known many Realtors through the years but I have never met anyone with the CAN DO attitude that Geni has or her personal, heart-felt commitment to her clients. Geni is truly a one-of-a-kind and anyone that hires Geni Manning as their Realtor will not be disappointed.

I cant say enough how grateful I am to work with Geni. She is beyond expectation. Geni was like my best friend trying to help me selling my house. She is very easy to reach and fast responding.I never felt pressure of making decision but got very honest opinion and expert advise.  Doesnt matter how small or big is the project she was always there and helped me with her wonderful team. I wont work with anyone else but her. Surely, I recommand her to whoever looking for house or selling it. I worked with other good real estate agents in past and in my opinion, Geni is the best of the best and  whoever has her as real estate agent is blessed.
