Both of my previous homes were contingent on me selling my current home, and she certainly knows how to handle the process. She knows the proper price to list your home for, and she knows what you should pay for your next home. She is very detail oriented, and takes times to understand the wants and needs of her client. She seems very concerned with making sure that you not only get the right deal for the house you are selling, but, also you are buying. And her care does not stop there, she wants you to get a good deal on the home you are buying, but, more importantly, she wants to make sure that the home you are buying is a perfect fit for you. I worked with Jennifer when I was buying selling and buying a home in Plano. I had issues with my buyers financing but she continued to work with me while the issue was ironed out. Eventually everything was resolved. She was very patient and continued to work with me extensively to find just the right home for me. I think we must have looked at 40 homes in one weekend, not finding anything until Monday when three new listings popped up and I found JUST the right home. Would definitely work with her again if I moved back to Texas.
