This is my first negative review of a company and it gives me no pleasure to do so. I was a ten year customer of Aqua Bright and they have some excellent employees. Their pool equipment repairman James is the best and their office manager Laurie, has always been a pleasure to work with. If asked a year ago, I would have given Aqua Bright 5 stars. Unfortunately, the past few months, the unreliability of the pool technician has soured me. The pool technician has another job as a fireman in a neighboring city. When his work schedule changes, he changes the day he cleans my pool. Because of security concerns, I only unlock my gate on the day he is supposed to come. Before this technician, the service was reliable and the pool technicians kept a consistent schedule. However, over the past several months, this technician would either not show up on the scheduled day or cancel. It became problematic despite my understanding that emergencies come up. Earlier this month I emailed Emily in the front office asking for another technician, Dominic, (very reliable) but was told he was in another service area and only filled in as needed when my technician was gone. Thus, I had to stay with my current technician.I was going out of town this Wednesday and saw where my technician was scheduled for Tuesday. Excellent, I thought, as I wanted my pool serviced before I left. I confirmed with the technician the prior week and he said he would be there Tuesday and also confirmed with Laurie. But Tuesday came and at 5:00 I text Laurie wondering if the technician was coming. I was then told his vacuum was broken and wouldn’t be out. I would have understood if he had contacted me earlier or had let Laurie know. I found it to be very unprofessional to be stood up (again) after stressing the importance of having my pool service before going out of town. I am a patient man, but do not like having to track down my pool technician or have to guess when he is going to come (if at all).It’s a shame really, as there are good professional people working at Aqua Bright, but could no longer put up with the unreliability of this employee and the company that makes excuses for him and didn’t make customer satisfaction a priority.

This company has my business for life! Laurie is always delivering top notch service. Dominic has my pool looking amazing year round! Couldn’t recommend this business enough.

I have been with this company for years. Laurie is amazing!!!!!! My pool is always clean and if there is ever an issue, their repair guy is quick to get my pool back up and running.

We used them for 2 years. In the last 8 months we have experienced so many issues with the quality of the service to our pool that we decided to go with another company. The new company came today which our day that Aqua Bright would come out. Come to find out the tech that has been servicing our pool had messed with the setting to our pool and it was not running properly. They claim to have researched my account to investigate what happened with my pool, well if you have any questions please email me and I will gladly show you how well they treat their customers. I have been in and out of the hospital for the last year and a half due to illness. The condition that my pool was in during their service only added more undo stress and frustration. I feel like I was more than patient and my husband will also confirm the poor customer service received with this company. We took photos and sent them to an email on their site only to get a response stating that they need to get it together, that email is not longer linked to them and they were sick and tired of get Aqua Brifht’s customer complaints. That added with the fact our pool look the same way it looked did when the tech arrived as it did when left pretty much made our decision to leave and go with another company. High price for low quality work!!! Beware

Quick response time. They were a pleasure to deal with. Chris came out the next day to give me an estimate to clean my pool, filter, and salt generator. They are very fair priced and had someone come out the very next morning to clean everything. I highly recommend them!

People who answer phones are rude!We’ve consistently had algae in our brand new pool.The people who answer the phones only make excuses!!!!Look elsewhere!

Anytime i call they answer and the work they so has been impeccable, not like some of these start up companys ive used in the past.

Aqua Bright Pool services has been one of the best companies I have worked with. The customer service here, especially Chris, are amazing at answering questions and doing immediate house calls - they even teach pool school. They really go out of there way to make sure you are completely satisfied with their service and are always there to help in any way that they can. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Chris and his team are phenomenal! Im a first time pool owner, and they have been so patient answering all my questions. They have done a beautiful job caring for my pool and addressed any problem weve encountered with very cost effective solutions. I cant recommend them enough!

I signed up for bi-weekly pool service which is what made sense for my budget as a single mom. At the point of sign up, there was no indication that the bi-weekly service was to ever change or end as well as they advertised it. My bill drastically changed (which they require auto debit) and they said that starting at this time of year they no longer offer bi-weekly services. I was in shock because it was never discussed when I signed up for the service...instead they said well we put a small note on the invoice that it was going to be changed and believe that is appropriate notification which it is not appropriate notification when you have never indicated that you service would change when someone signs up for something, let alone that they auto debt and you see the invoice, but would never see the note unless you downloaded and opened everything. They refused to refund the services and believe that it was ok what they did. It was horrible service which they also charged me because there were issues with my pump because there was debris in it....later I come to find out that there was debris in it because they technician was not emptying the pump basket!

Every single time I use these guys they just rock it out. Great work..great customer service!

Excellent customer service with competitive pricing! The technician does a great job cleaning and servicing our pool and I am appreciative for their responsiveness when we have had issues. It is nice to see a business that has a heavy emphasis on customer service.

I have used multiple companys until I found Aqua Bright 2 years ago. They are the best pool company I have found so far and have been very reliable.

Weve used Aqua Bright for our weekly pool service for over 2 years and couldnt be happier with the service. Chris and his team are always on hand of answer (sometimes random!) questions and for repairs. They also walk you through everything so you understand what could otherwise be very complicated and are very responsive. Cant recommend them enough.

Terrible customer service. There was no communication between the person servicing your pool and the homeowner. Our pool equipment lost power and they failed to tell us for 1 1/2 weeks (during winter). They do not recommend any services or practices to help keep your pool clean. They hate dogs so if you have any dogs in the yard be careful. We figure our service person must have done something to our dogs because they wouldnt even go near him. If you are trusting someone to come into your property near your pets you want to be able to trust them and this was not the case for us. When you try to talk with someone if you have an issue it is very difficult to get someone to call you back. Laurie in the office was wonderful but you cannot say the same for other manager or the service people.There are too many pool companies out there for this kind of customer service (or lack of) and expect your company to be recommended. This is not a service company that I would recommend.

I don’t know who drives the white Toyota pickup but if he’s willing to break the law trying to save some time on the road and put other people’s lives in danger, then I wouldn’t trust him on my property.
